Abstract

This study examines whether reading interest and study habits predict learning outcomes in the Road Pavement Structure course among sixth-semester Civil Engineering students at Universitas Musi Rawas. The study used a quantitative, non-experimental ex post facto correlational design involving the complete cohort of 32 students in the 2025-2026 academic year. Reading interest was measured using a 29-item Likert questionnaire, study habits using a 23-item Likert questionnaire, and learning outcomes using final-semester examination scores. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, simple regression, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The reported results indicate a positive association between reading interest and learning outcomes (r = 0.4388; coefficient of determination = 19.75%) and between study habits and learning outcomes (r = 0.430; coefficient of determination = 18.40%). When entered simultaneously, reading interest and study habits produced a multiple correlation of R = 0.563 and explained 31.554% of the variance in Road Pavement Structure learning outcomes, with F = 9.712 exceeding the reported critical value of 3.33. These findings suggest that academic reading engagement and consistent study routines are relevant non-cognitive contributors to achievement in a technically demanding civil engineering course. The results are interpreted as predictive associations rather than causal effects because the research design was observational. The study supports the integration of structured academic reading, time-management routines, and self-regulated learning practices into engineering instruction.

Abstract

This article examines good governance as a legal standard for controlling governmental authority in Indonesian administrative law. It addresses the persistent gap between extensive statutory recognition of legality, transparency, accountability, public service, and the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB) and the continuing risks of maladministration and abuse of authority. Using normative legal research, the study combines statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Primary legal materials include the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 28 of 1999, Law No. 14 of 2008, Law No. 25 of 2009, Law No. 37 of 2008, and Law No. 30 of 2014 as amended by Law No. 6 of 2023, together with Constitutional Court Decision No. 66/PUU-XXIV/2026. The analysis finds that good governance has evolved from an administrative management doctrine into a legally enforceable framework operating through four interrelated layers: legality and AUPB as standards for governmental action; transparency and participation as mechanisms of public scrutiny; public-service obligations as direct guarantees for citizens; and administrative and judicial accountability as corrective controls. Decision No. 66/PUU-XXIV/2026 further strengthens legal certainty by interpreting the phrase "state loss" in Article 20(5) and (6) of the Government Administration Law as "state financial loss." The article argues that effective good governance requires integration across these layers rather than fragmented compliance with individual principles. This integrated framework is especially relevant to digital government, where efficiency must remain consistent with legality, explainability, accountability, and the protection of citizens' rights.

Abstract

This study re-examines the marketing strategy of Sinar Jaya Snack, a local Indonesian snack MSME, by replacing an under-specified qualitative design with a transparent secondary case-data reanalysis and robustness assessment. The source manuscript reported Internal Factor Evaluation (IFAS), External Factor Evaluation (EFAS), SWOT, and Segmentation-Targeting-Positioning (STP) results, but arithmetic inconsistencies were identified in factor-weight totals and several reported subtotals. The reconstructed method therefore performs a data-integrity audit, normalizes the published weights while preserving their relative structure, recomputes weighted scores, derives strategic SWOT coordinates, maps source-supported customer descriptors into operational STP archetypes, and evaluates quadrant stability through 50,000 bounded Monte Carlo perturbations. After normalization, the IFAS score is 2.698 and the EFAS score is 3.118. The strategic coordinates are 1.106 for the internal balance and 1.141 for the external balance, placing the business in a growth-oriented position. This posture remained positive in 100% of the sensitivity simulations under the specified perturbation ranges. The strongest actionable factors are affordable pricing, reseller appeal, local product acceptance, customer service, and small-pack flexibility, while restricted geographic reach and weak promotional penetration remain structural constraints. Rather than prioritizing immediate branch expansion, the analysis supports an asset-light sequence centered on reseller-network development, digitally enabled local reach, event-oriented bundles, and loyalty or volume pricing. The study contributes a reproducible approach for converting subjective SWOT-STP inputs into an auditable and uncertainty-aware strategic diagnosis for resource-constrained MSMEs.

Abstract

This study reconstructs research on innovative educational administration in primary schools by replacing an under-specified single-case design with a structured integrative review and contextual evidence-mapping approach. The source manuscript positioned SDN 1 Banding Agung as an empirical case but did not report participant numbers, sampling logic, interview protocols, observation duration, or auditable primary-data extracts. To preserve analytical integrity, school-specific descriptions are therefore treated as contextual descriptors, while claims about mechanisms and outcomes are grounded in recent peer-reviewed evidence. Sixteen academic sources published between 2019 and 2025, supplemented by an authoritative international education report, were synthesized across five domains: strategic leadership, collaborative governance, teacher professional and digital capacity, equity-responsive resource management, and continuous evaluation. The synthesis indicates that administrative innovation influences learning environments primarily through indirect organizational mechanisms. Meta-analytic evidence links principal practices to teacher well-being, instructional practice, organizational health, and student outcomes, while longitudinal and review evidence highlights teacher collaboration, collective efficacy, digital competence, and coherent implementation routines as critical mediators. Digitalization contributes when it strengthens decision quality, communication, professional learning, and instructional responsiveness, but technology availability alone is insufficient. The study proposes an Integrated Administrative Innovation-to-Learning Environment Framework for resource-sensitive primary schools. Its contribution lies in shifting the unit of analysis from isolated innovations to the governance architecture that enables innovations to become sustainable learning conditions.

Abstract

This study reassesses brown clay inventory control for NPK fertilizer production at PT Pupuk Kujang by replacing a purely formula-driven EOQ application with a retrospective quantitative case-study design that integrates descriptive inventory analytics, arithmetic and semantic data auditing, EOQ identity validation, and scenario-based replenishment analysis. The dataset contains twelve monthly observations for 2023 covering procurement volume, replenishment frequency, and reported cost components. Recalculation from monthly entries yields 13,714.42 tons of annual procurement distributed across 594 reported order events. Monthly procurement is highly variable (coefficient of variation = 0.699), while order frequency is similarly dispersed (coefficient of variation = 0.682). January, February, and November alone account for 49.44% of annual procurement. The audit identifies a critical cost-classification problem: the reported "ordering cost" is almost exactly proportional to purchased tonnage at approximately Rp16,000 per ton, indicating a variable procurement expenditure rather than the fixed per-order setup cost required by the classical EOQ model. The reported EOQ of 3,509.87 tons also implies approximately 3.91 replenishments per year, not seven; seven annual orders would imply 1,959.20 tons per order. Consequently, the previously reported 98.4% cost reduction cannot be interpreted as validated EOQ savings because unlike cost bases were compared. Scenario analysis shows that four to twelve annual replenishments would imply average lot sizes of 3,428.61 to 1,142.87 tons, respectively, but economic ranking requires verified ordering cost, holding cost, lead time, storage capacity, and consumption data. The study contributes a reproducible validation framework for industrial EOQ studies and demonstrates that data semantics must be audited before optimization claims are accepted.

Abstract

This study reframes the role of educational technology in collaborative learning at SMKN 1 Negeri Besar by replacing an under-specified descriptive design with a structured integrative evidence synthesis and contextual implementation analysis. Eighteen peer-reviewed publications from 2017–2025 were purposively retained from recent literature on computer-supported collaborative learning, digital pedagogy, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), teacher digital competence, and digital equity. School-specific descriptions were treated as contextual documentary evidence rather than participant-level empirical findings. The synthesis shows that technology-supported collaboration is consistently associated with positive learning outcomes, but its effectiveness depends on pedagogical orchestration rather than platform availability alone. Recent meta-analyses report moderate positive effects on academic achievement and collaborative learning, while stronger effects emerge for critical thinking and collaboration skills when digital activities are structured through scripts, feedback, shared accountability, and reflective interaction. In vocational education, five interdependent implementation conditions are identified: equitable access and infrastructure, teacher digital competence, collaborative task architecture, vocational authenticity, and evidence-based feedback and assessment. These conditions are integrated into a contextual framework for SMKN 1 Negeri Besar. The contribution of the study is therefore not a causal estimate of technology effectiveness at a single school, but a theoretically grounded and evidence-informed model for designing collaborative digital learning in resource-sensitive vocational settings.
