Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of educational attainment, job satisfaction, and compensation on the performance of government private institutions in Mambi District Office, Mamasa District, West Sulawesi Province. It was to analyze the impact. Compensation for the performance of state private agencies in the Mambi district office. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Survey data were obtained from the State Civil Affairs Organization of the Mambi District Office of a total of 55 individuals. The research approach is causal and descriptive in character. The results of this study show that:1) Education level has been shown to have a significant positive impact on ASN performance. H. The higher the level of education, the higher the level of performance of ASNs in the Mambi district office. 2) Job satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive impact on ASN performance. In other words, the more ASN is satisfied with the results of her work, the better her ASN will perform in the Mambi district office. 3) Rewards have been shown to have a positive and significant impact on ASN performance. That is, the better the compensation, the higher the level of performance, the higher the level of performance of his ASN in the Mambi district office, and the higher the level of 4). Education, job satisfaction, and compensation have all been shown to have a significant positive impact on ASN performance. That is, the higher the level of education, the higher the level of performance due to the results of one's work and the provision of appropriate rewards. Also, his ASN in Mambi District Office is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion, work experience, and motivation on employee performance at the Kolaka Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Southeast Sulawesi, and became the object of this study. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative design and SPSS 22 multiple regression analysis. The population and research sample include all 58 employees, who were collected ex post facto. The results of the study show that all research variables, namely promotion, work experience, and motivation, have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kolaka Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of long service rewards, job satisfaction, and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. In this study, the design used was a descriptive design that also examined the relationship between variables (causal design), which is useful to measure the relationship between research variables or to analyze the influence of a variable on other variables. In this study, data were collected ex post facto; in other words, the researcher relied on the respondents' perceptions to explain their experiences and then analyzed them according to a descriptive and causal design. The data collection technique in this study used the survey method, using a closed questionnaire as a tool. The sample for this research involved all employees—as many as 63 people. The results of the study show that long service awards, job satisfaction, and work environment will affect employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate, Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and online shopping on student consumptive behavior. This research method is quantitative using primary data with survey techniques using an online questionnaire tool on Google form with measurements using a Likert scale with a population of respondents in this study of 85 students of Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The sample collection technique was carried out using the Slovin Method. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, Validity test, Reliability test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test and F statistic test. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that the independent variable Financial Literacy had a positive effect on Student Consumptive Behavior. This could be seen at a significant 0.002 <0.05, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence on Student Consumptive Behavior. And the Independent Online Shopping Variable has a positive and significant effect on Student Consumptive Behavior. This can be seen at a significant 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence on student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on interest in using fintech payment processors on the Shopee application. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. With a total sample of 87 respondents obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires online using a Google form with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results of the study support the conclusion that financial literacy has a significant effect on interest in using fintech payments (PayLater) in the Shopee application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions for students who use iPhones at the Indonesian Nobel Institute of Technology and Business. The population used in this study were all Indonesian Nobel Institute of Technology and Business students who used the iPhone, with a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classic assumption test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that brand image, product quality, and lifestyle simultaneously influence Iphone purchasing decisions. Brand image and lifestyle have a partial effect on iPhone purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research gap is the relationship between trust and behavioral intention. Trust will be an element of novelty in this study that affects behavioral intention. This research is based on the Theory of Reasoned Action, which explains attitudes, which are influenced by subjective norms and determine behavior. This research aims to assess the effect of the relationship between hypotheses in the modern market industry, especially minimarkets. It used the structural equation modeling (SEM) method to distribute samples from a total of 245 respondents in the questionnaire. The testing was done using the IBM SPSS 25 program and SEM-AMOS 24 software. The results of this study indicate the rejection of one hypothesis that connects the influence of Smart Shopper Self Perception on behavioral intention in customers in the modern market industry, namely minimarkets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pratomo Putra Teknik Palopo. This research method is a quantitative one, and data collection involved distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT Pratomo Putra Teknik Palopo, with the subject of this research involving 40 respondents. In this study, using a Likert scale with a questionnaire statement, respondents answered "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" to each question on each indicator. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partially tested research show that communication and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pratomo Putra Teknik Palopo. Meanwhile, work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and employee performance has a positive and significant impact on work discipline and communication teamwork at PT Pratomo Putra Teknik Palopo.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik. The population and samples were taken using the Slovin formula, with a total of 40 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik, who studied as many as 40 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the R square data (R2) are 0.874. The results showed that work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect performance, while the remaining 12.6% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Work motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on performance at PT. Praatomo Putra Teknik. The test results show that, partially, there is a significant influence of work motivation on performance at PT. Pratomo Putra Teknik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and workload on employee satisfaction at PT Pratomo Putra Teknik Palopo. The research method used was quantitative research with a total of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to employees at PT Pratomo Putra Palopo. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, while workload has a positive effect on employee satisfaction, while workload has a positive effect on employee satisfaction because the influence of employee satisfaction has increased by 0.400 units. The regression coefficient of the work motivation variable has a positive relationship with employee satisfaction.
