Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the relationship between performance incentives and employee motivation at PT. PELINDO IV The results of this research are drawn from a quantitative survey. This technique is referred to as random and proportional sampling. SmartPLS v.3.8 was employed in this study Incidentally, the results demonstrated that monetary incentives had a significant effect on motivation. With regard to productivity, the only thing that incentives do is to is move resources from one place to another. People who are motivated perform better. Incentives affect performance by influencing the degree of motivation, and performance is positively influenced by the medium of incentives.

Abstract

Lazada is one of the most popular e-commerce apps in ASEAN, with the most users in Indonesia; of course, it continues to compete with its rivals in attracting customers to make purchases. The purpose of this research is to look into the impact of trust on purchasing decisions, the impact of price on purchasing decisions, and the impact of the tagline on purchasing decisions—a survey method using a questionnaire. The population consists of Makassar Lazada shoppers. The sample size was 96 people, and the method used was random sampling. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression techniques are used in data analysis. A total of 96 people took part in the survey. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression techniques are used in data analysis. Trust, price, and tagline all influenced positive and significant purchasing decisions, according to the findings

Abstract

Researchers want to find benefits and trust in the interest in using e-banking. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch. The sample technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire which was distributed directly to the sample. Data analysis using multiple linear regression approach. The results of this study found that the benefits and beliefs have an effect on the interest in using e-banking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and investigate the impact of competence, experience, and work environment on Inspectorate of Makassar City employees performance. The parties involved in the Makassar City Inspectorate employees' performance, a total of 66 people, were the study's target population. Using multiple linear regression analysis models, they all became respondents. This study's findings show that competency, experience, and work environment variables all positively and significantly impact Makassar City Inspectorate Employees' performance. While only partially, the competency factor has the most significant impact on the Inspectorate of Makassar City Employees' performance. According to this study's findings, Makassar City Inspectorate employees should pay more attention to factors that can improve employee performance, such as human resource development through education and training, and create a more conducive work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how the capital structure measured by using DER affects the profitability of companies engaged in real estate listed on the IDX during 2017-2018. This research is a causality study that will identify the causeand effect of the capital structure variable on company profitability. The population in this study, namely all real estate companies listed on the IDX, as many as 65, then those that meet the sample criteria are 42 companies taken based on purposivesampling criteria. Hypothesis testing is done using the SPSS for the windows 24.0 test tool. The results of the study indicate that the capital structure has a significant positive effect on company profitability. These results indicate that when there is an increase in debt use, there is an increase in the company's profitability. Companies with ownership conditions. Long-term debt is used for long-term funding to buy fixed assets of the company to increase its production and sales in the hope that the company can get more significant profits. Although there is interest that must be paid if the company chooses to finance with debt, the trade-off theory states that companies with high profitability will maximize their long-term debt because the interest expensearising from these debts can reduce taxes that the company's profitability will increase. In line with the data tested in this study, 9 of the companies optimize debt to increase the company's profitability.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Suzuki Pettarani Makassar. This research approach uses quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Suzuki Pettarani Makassar, totaling 52 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test. The results of the study found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Suzuki Pettarani Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan antara anggaran dan realisasi pada AIRNAV Indonesiacabang utama MATSC serta untuk mengetahui kategori selisih perbandingan tersebut baik itu favorablemaupun unfavorble. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, denganmenggunakan perhitungan analisis varians terhadap anggaran dan realisasi. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapatdilihat bahwa terdapat penyimpangan atau selisih atas anggaran dan realisasi pada akun pendapatandan biaya. Secara keseluruhan penyimpangan yang dihasilkan adalah penyimpangan yang favorable.Untuk meminimalkan selisih unfavorable maka dalam penyusunan anggaran harus dilakukan denganrealistis dan meningkatkan ketelitian saat mengevaluasi anggaran serta meningkatkan komunikasidengan pihak kantor pusat mengenai kebutuhan anggaran yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Salah upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi guru adalah dengan memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sarana dan prasarana terhadap prestasi kerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner/angket,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh saran dan prasarana secara bersamaan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah kewirausahaan yang ditujukan untuk kepentingan masyarakat bukan sekadar memaksimalkan keuntungan pribadi. Kewirausahaan sosial biasa disebut'pengembangan masyarakat' atau “organisasi bertujuan sosial' (Tan, 2005:1). Menurut J. Gregory Dees, Professor of Sosial Entrepreneurship at Duke University yang mengatakanbahwa wirausaha sosial adalah pelaku reformasi atau revolusi sektor sosial (pendidikan, kesehatan, pengembangan ekonomi, lingkungan, seni dan sebagainya). Menurut Bill Drayton,CEO and Chair of Ashoka, wirausaha sosial adalah individu yang memiliki solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah sosial dengan cara mengubah sistem, memberikan solusi dan memengaruhi masyarakat untuk melakukan perubahan. Perkembangan dunia usaha saat ini membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang mandiri, kreatif dan inovatif untuk menghadapi persaingan. Misi penciptaan nilai-nilai inovatif ini dengan melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penelitian/kajian dan pengabdian/penyuluhan bagi terciptanya social entrepreneur yang kreatif. Perguruan Tinggi harus peka dan peduli pada persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat dengan melakukan kegiatan nyata. Proses ini sebagai cara untuk menjalin ikatan emosional sehingga para lulusan sarjana nantinya mempunyai arti dan nilai ntuk membentuk lulusuan yang memiliki social entrepreneurship yang tinggi Perlu diciptakan lingkungan di Universitas yang kondusif dan nyata untuk membekali lulusannya.

Abstract

Banyak pertanyaan yang muncul mengapa biaya logistik di Indonesia masih tinggi. Untuk itu tujuan dari paper adalah melihat penyebab biaya logistik di Indonesia yang masih tinggi, serta keefektifan kegiatan logistik saat ini. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka melalui pencarian informasi sekunder dari berbagai buku, jurnal dan situs web. Indonesia masih terus melakukan berbagai upaya dalam memperbaiki logistik domestik. Namun kinerja logistik nasional belum menunjukkan perbaikan yang signifikan. Buruknya kinerja logistik terlihat dari biaya pergerakan barang yang masih sangat mahal, sehingga menghambat daya saing Negara Indonesia di tingkat Internasional, khususnya di bidang industri dan perdagangan.
