Abstract

Sustainable development of Early Childhood Education (ECE) heavily relies on the effectiveness of institutional management strategies. This study aims to analyze management strategies in enhancing quality and developing ECE institutions at TKIT Daarussakiinah, covering aspects of planning, organizing, implementation of the Edu Fun Activity flagship program, and quality control. A qualitative descriptive methodology with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the School Principal, teachers, and administrative staff, participatory observation of learning and extracurricular activities, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the management strategies implemented at TKIT Daarussakiinah include: (1) participatory strategic planning based on child and community needs assessment, (2) transparent organizational structuring with clear job descriptions between educators and administrative staff, (3) implementation of interactive play-based learning through Edu Fun Activity (such as wooden clogs game, rope jumping, marching band, and building blocks), and (4) internal quality assurance combined with reflective supervision. Implementing this quality-oriented management significantly enhances institutional accreditation, community trust, and overall quality of early childhood development.
