Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending on conventional commercial bank credit distribution in South Sumatra Province during the 2024–2025 period. The research problem focuses on the shift in public financing preferences from conventional banking to the rapidly growing P2P lending fintech platform. The research method used is a quantitative approach utilizing secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) report. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect model. The dependent variable in this study is conventional commercial bank credit, while the independent variable is outstanding P2P lending, with control variables in the form of third-party funds and the number of bank offices. The results show that P2P lending has a significant effect on conventional commercial bank credit, especially in the MSME credit segment. This finding indicates a tendency for a substitution effect in certain segments, although conventional banking still dominates overall credit distribution. This study concludes that the growth of P2P lending requires conventional banks to adapt through digital innovation and collaboration to maintain the competitiveness and stability of the regional financial system.

Data were collected through a closed questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale distributed to 50 employees as respondents, with instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The results showed that education, work performance, and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee career development, both partially and simultaneously, with work performance being the most dominant variable. In conclusion, improving the quality of education, optimal performance, and adequate work experience plays an important role in supporting employee career development, which can serve as a basis for organizations in formulating more effective and sustainable career development policies.

Abstract

Abstract:This study analyzes the role of the tourism sector in improving the local economy in Moyo Island Tourism Village, Sumbawa Regency, where tourist visits jumped from 256 (2021) to 4,690 people (2024) but local economic benefits are limited. The purpose of the study is to examine the influence of job providers (X1), MSME development (X2), and community empowerment (X3) on improving the local economy (Y). A quantitative correlational verification approach was used with a population of 533 people and a sample of 84 respondents through the Slovin formula. The Likert scale questionnaire instrument was tested for validity and reliability, analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 after the classical assumption test. The results show that X1 (t = 3.548; sig = 0.001) and X3 (t = 2.176; sig = 0.033) have a significant partial effect, X2 is not significant (sig = 0.328), and simultaneously all three are significant (F = 21.089; sig = 0.000; R² = 44.3%).

Abstract

Locally-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in improving the welfare of rural communities. The cassava cracker industry in Brang Pelat Hamlet, Pelat Village, is a growing MSME, but still faces various production and income limitations. This study aims to analyze the influence of total production, labor absorption, market access, and business capital on increasing local community income. The study used a quantitative approach with a causality design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents from the cassava cracker industry selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The results showed that total production, labor absorption, and business capital had a positive and significant effect on increasing community income, while market access did not have a significant effect partially. However, simultaneously, these four variables had a significant effect on increasing local community income. The conclusion of this study confirms that optimizing production, labor, and capital are key factors in increasing community income in the cassava cracker industry in rural areas.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive fashion industry requires businesses to continuously innovate their products and build a strong brand image in order to attract consumers. Purchasing interest is an important indicator of marketing success because it reflects consumers' interest and intention to purchase a product. Therefore, companies need to understand the factors that can influence consumer purchasing interest. This study aims to describe product innovation, brand image, and purchasing interest, as well as analyze the influence of product innovation and brand image, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing interest in Tiema Collection in Majalaya District. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Tiema Collection consumers using a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Descriptive analysis results show that product innovation is in the strong category, brand image is in the strong category, and consumer purchase interest is in the very strong category. The results of the verification analysis show that product innovation does not have a significant effect on consumer purchasing interest, even though it has a positive direction of influence. Meanwhile, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results show that product innovation and brand image together have a significant effect on the purchasing interest of Tiema Collection consumers in Majalaya District. It can be concluded that brand image plays a more dominant role in influencing consumer purchase intention, while product innovation acts as a supporting factor.

Abstract

TikTok Shop's live streaming drives fashion MSMEs amid Indonesia's social commerce surge. This study examines live streaming strategy and consumer behavior's impact on purchasing decisions using a quantitative survey of 104 purposive-sampled TikTok Shop users buying MSME fashion products. An online ordinal-scale questionnaire was analyzed via non-parametric tests (Spearman correlation, Kruskal-Wallis) and curve estimation. Results show moderate correlation for live streaming (rho=0.512, p=0.000), strong for consumer behavior (rho=0.668, p=0.000), with cubic models yielding R²=0.215 (X1-Y) and R²=0.396 (X2-Y); multicollinearity noted. Both factors synergistically influence decisions, with consumer behavior dominant; MSMEs should optimize interactions and behavioral insights..
