Abstract

Ekosistem mangrove memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan pesisir sekaligus menyimpan potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan. Di Kota Pasuruan, pemanfaatan mangrove oleh masyarakat pesisir selama ini masih terbatas pada fungsi ekologis, sementara potensi ekonominya belum dimaksimalkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah daun mangrove menjadi produk pangan inovatif berupa kripik, yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari ekonomi kreatif berbasis sumber daya lokal. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam aspek produksi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran kripik daun mangrove, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kelestarian ekosistem mangrove. Dengan demikian, pengolahan kripik daun mangrove tidak hanya memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi masyarakat pesisir, tetapi juga mendukung konservasi lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service initiative seeks to enhance the comprehension of students in the 11th grade Office Management 3 at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta regarding fundamental concepts of business law pertinent to entrepreneurship, including contracts, legitimacy in business, and protection for consumers. In addition, this initiative incorporates elements of legal philosophy, enabling students to realize that law in the context of business is not just a set of regulations, but also embodies principles of fairness, legal assurance, advantages, and accountability. The approaches employed include engaging counseling sessions, analysis of cases, and assessments carried out through initial and final tests. The findings of this initiative i ndicate an increased understanding of business law along with a heightened awareness among students about conducting their business affairs ethically and with integrity. This initiative aims to cultivate the character of young entrepreneurs who possess knowledge of the law and a sense of responsibility in managing their enterprises.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the local economy, yet many business owners still find it difficult to understand their consumers' behavior. This community service activity was carried out at Betterstore, an artificial flower bouquet business in Samarinda, with the goal of helping the owner and staff better understand consumer behavior, including purchasing habits, customer preferences, and the concept of consumer satisfaction. The activity was conducted through direct interviews and face -to-face educational sessions with Betterstore's owner and staff. As a result, the business owner gained a cl earer understanding of customer purchasing patterns, the importance of identifying the right target market, and the need to keep up with product trends on social media. Throughout the activity, Betterstore's team was enthusiastic and open, and expressed their commitment to applying these insights in their marketing and product development going forward. This activity is hoped to support Betterstore's growth and competitiveness within Samarinda's growing creative industry.
