Abstract

This study describes the influence of work discipline and work motivation in a company with the impact on employee performance variables. The object of this research is PT. Amar Bank Indonesia. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. (2) to determine and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. The data obtained in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses a quantitative method through a survey questionnaire distributed via google form to 40 respondents which is then processed using SPSS version 20.0 with the sampling method is saturated sampling technique. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a t count of (4.255) T table (1.971). work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with t count of (5.374) T table (1.971) with a coefficient of determination of 94%. Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The implications of this research can provide understanding for researchers to pay attention and build work motivation and good work discipline for PT. Tunaiku Amar Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

The number of employees with a low level of organizational commitment can raise a new concern. The level of organizational commitment can be influenced by several factors, such as external (from outside) employees such as leaders in the company, and internal employees such as the competence of the employees themselves.This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and employee competence on organizational commitment at Pt. Popular Main Glass. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 field employees from Pt. Popular Main Glass. Researchers conducted tests based on several backgrounds and expert opinions and examined and concluded into several conclusions. In this study it was found that there is an influence of leadership and employee competence on organizational commitment. Therefore, the researcher's suggestion for Pt. Popular Glass Utama is to always pay attention to leadership factors and employee competence to get organizational commitment from employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of product quality and lifestyle towards purchase decision of Toyota Yaris in partial and simultaneous. This research using quantitative approach. Where the amount of samples taken are 185 people using purposive sampling technique. The measurement used in the form of a questionnaire distributed through Google form. The analyzing technique is using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research has shown us that: according to the partial result on product quality, that variable have significant influence to purchase decision with Tvalue (7,384) > Ttable (0,298), and according to the partial result, even when the lifestyle varibale does not have significant influence to purchase decision with Tvalue (0,255) > Ttable (0,799), and according to the simultaneous test result on product quality and lifestyle have together influence on purchase intention with Fvalue (13,314)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on buying interest in Telkomsel by u. Determination of the sample in this study using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method with a sample of 180 students at Kalbis Institute. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the t test show that the service quality variable is 10.062 > t table (1.976) which means that the service quality variable partially affects buying interest and the price is -0.0271 < t table (1.976) which shows that partially the price variable has no significant effect on interest in buying Telkomsel by u.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of training and motivation on the productivity of PT Sigzacindo Nusantara (coloni) employees. the method in this research is quantitative. Based on this research, the researcher used quantitative data and distributed questionnaires. The sample in this study used a saturated sample and used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear tests and t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 22. The t count regression value was 6.360 t count > t table = 6,360 > 1,683. the t- count value is 2.915 where the t-count value > ttable 2.915 > 1.683 it can be said that there is a significant influence of training and motivation on productivity. Based on the results of the calculated F test > F table = 103.787 > 3.23 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be said that training and motivation together have an effect on productivity

Abstract

Essay bank is a process to store exam question with online method and it can also make and store exam question to the head of the major department through the application. So it's easier to make and store the exam question. The issues that appears is when the deadline is relatively short, worried that the lecture didn't covered the hard questions, and there's also the parallel class. The purpose of this research is to make a web based exam question bank to help the process of making and storing the questions. The method that this research use is system development Rapid application development (RAD) with UML model. The results of this research is a reference for the lecturer on making the exam questions and to help the process of storing the questions to the major's secretary and to the head of the major to create the making, storing, managing data structure

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a problem that is rife. Juvenile delinquency cases continue to increase both in terms of quantity and quality. Initially, adolescent behavioral deviations were in the form of cheating, truancy and smoking. But now it has been transformed into criminal behavior such as brawl, working in the world of prostitution, narcotics abuse, and free sex. This study uses Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding theory with a constructivism paradigm and a descriptive qualitative approach. The active audience in this study were students of SMK Perguruan Cikini. The meaning by the audience or the decoding process occurs using the frame of reference and the field of experience that is owned. Like the juvenile delinquency shown in the Extracurricular series. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the meaning of each informant regarding juvenile delinquency committed by high school students in the Extracurricular series. In adolescence who are still unstable, it is easy for teenagers to fall into negative things. Many factors influence the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, such as economic factors, lack of parental supervision, and adverse environmental influences.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and financial compensation on employees’ productivity and performance at the PT XYZ plant office in Bekasi, West Java. This research itself can be calculated. The sample taken was 40 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire shared and spreaded via google form. The data in this research were analyzed using SPSS 22. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that; Work discipline has a notable effect on employee work productivity, financial compensation does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, while the results of the f-test for the three variables effect simultaneously

Abstract

Coffee consumption in Indonesia is increasing along with the growth of coffee production in Indonesia. Kopi Kenangan is a coffee beverage producer that takes advantage of this opportunity. However, one of its outlets experienced low visitors. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, namely Perception of Product Quality and Price Perception on Purchase Intention as moderated by Service Quality. This study uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 193 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria that they already know the Kenangan Coffee brand and have tried processed coffee drinks. The research data processing used SPSS version 25, and the results showed that Perception of Product Quality and Perception of Price respectively had a significant effect on Purchase Intention, and Service Quality did not play a role as a moderating variable both in the effect of Perception of Product Quality on Purchase Intention, and in the Price Perception of Purchase Intention.

Abstract

One of the new media that is widely used to add insight and knowledge the Maxstream application. Maxstream provides a lot of informative content. Like the Neptune TV content channel. Neptune TV is educational content containing information about marine and fisheries issued by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.Considering that public knowledge related to the sea currently still relatively low, especially teenagers. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there an influence and how much influence the educational content of Neptune TV on Maxstream has on the level of knowledge of the maritime sector of students. By using the theory of hypodermic theory with a quantitative approach. This study uses a survey method of distributing questionnaires to 202 IPB student respondents. Based on the results of the processed data, correlation coefficient value is 0.878, so can be concluded that there a very strong influence of Neptune TV's educational content on Maxstream on the level of knowledge of IPB students. And the level of knowledge up to the level of understanding.
