KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

The population of this study consisted of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period, this study used a purposive sampling and based on the criteria obtained as many as 42 companies with a total of 168 data analysis units. The data used in this study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. The data analysis method this study uses firm effect and time effect method, and hypothesis testing using Stata data management software version 17. The results showed that profitability showed positive butinsignificant, while liquidity , free cash flow, and company size together show a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an application that implement deep learning with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for classifying the sound of the kalimba and not kalimba. The application development in this research used the incremental method. In increment 1, the dataset will be cut into ten seconds and then converted into a mel-spectrogram image with the help of librosa. The test evaluation results from the experiments carried out were 98.33% accuracy, 0.0394 loss and 98% F1 score with 150 epochs of training. In increment 2, the model is implemented as a GUI with the help of TKinter. This study shows that CNN can be used to classify the sound of the kalimba.

Abstract

The research aims to the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability, firm size, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness.The research method is quzntitative research. The data used were obtained from the financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period. The population of this research are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2017-2020, which amounted to 48 companies. The sample in this research were 28 companies obtained using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed that corporate social reasponsibility (CSR) has a negative and not significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Profitability (ROA) has a negative and not significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Firm size (SIZE) has a negative and not significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Capital intensity (CAPN) has a negative and not significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Fast food, is a food with a fast-manufacturing process. According to the Statista website, the level of Indonesian people's fast-food consumption increased in 2018 to 36.81% of the total respondents. This shows that fast food is one type of food that is favored by all people. Researchers are interested in conducting research that aims to determine the effect of price, store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality, on customer satisfaction at Lawless Burgerbar Kemang. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling sample of 125 customers at Lawless Burgerbar Kemang. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to customers of Lawless Burgerbar Kemang. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and t-test using SPSS version 26. The conclusion of this study is that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then store atmosphere, product quality, and service have no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction. Advice that can be given by Lawless Burgerbar Kemang should be to improve the quality of their product.

Abstract

Sembilan Nine Shop online shop is a baking material store that serves online purchases through several online merchants. Sembilan Nine Shop have many types and variants of products that for sale. In managing its inventory, the Sembilan Nine Shop online store does not yet use information technology. Currently for warehouse activities still use the method of managing and collecting inventory data in the warehouse manually. This causes the goods in the warehouse to have no categories in their storage and the stock is the difference between physical and online merchants. This is the reason for the need for an information system that can manage inventory in the Sembilan Nine Shop online store. In this study, the author uses the ERP life cycle system implementation method. It is hoped that with the implementation of the Ginee Inventory ERP system for the online store, Sembilan Nine Shop can better manage and record the goods in its warehouse.

Abstract

This study aims to classify music by genre, which is used to group music by genre to make it easy to search. The data used audio data and then converted into melspectogram images of 10,000 data divided into ten genres. They are blues, classical, country, disco, hiphop, jazz, metal, pop, reggae dan rock. The data validation using the split test with the training and testing data ratio is 9:1. The method used in this study is a Convolution Neural Network (CNN) using the Tensorflow Keras library. This study conducted experiments with three different architectural models to compare and find the best model. Based on the results, the model that produced the best test accuracy value was the CNN_2 model, with an accuracy value of 81.7% in the test data and the accuracy of the training data of 95.5% by undergoing an epoch of 120 and with a configuration using adam optimizer, loss categorical-cross entropy and learning rate of 0.00005.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an image classification application for the ripeness level of apples using the Convolutional Neural Network method to group image data so that it can assist in determining the ripeness of apples. The dataset used is an image of unripe, ripe, and rotten apples. The data will be trained to obtain accuracy to determine the level of ripeness of apples. In this study, the accuracy was 96% for 20 epochs and 98% for 40 epochs.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology makes business actors have to follow the developments that occur in the entrepreneurial environment. In this study, he designed a website-based cash bookkeeping at Toko Jus 1 Putra. In-store cash bookkeeping is still done manually, so the creation of reports is quite time-consuming and what is produced cannot be optimally. The purpose of this study was to produce easy and accurate cash bookkeeping in recording reports during sales transactions, the purchase of Jus 1 Putra. The research method used is Waterfall and uses the Laravel framework. The testing method used is Black Box Testing. In data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this research that have been built by the infrastructure system are successful, based on the design of business needs provide with features that help to carry out business processes.

Abstract

This study discusses how to design and build a coffee ordering application at an Andorid-based coffee shop and to develop a drink order application so that it is easy for customers to order drinks online. The method used in application development is the Prototyping Method with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The application built is an Android-based application for ordering coffee in the Cikampek area. This admin version of the application, users must create category menu names, drink menus and update delivery orders to customers. While the customer version of this application, users can buy one or more drinks they want. The result of this research is an android-based application for ordering coffee in the Cikampek area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a website-based cashier application for the Roti Karkus Business. This application can record sales transactions and display sales reports per day and per month. This application is built using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript and MySQL as the database. The software development method used in building this application is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. This application is built in four phases, namely the inception phase, the elaboration phase, the construction phase and the transition phase. This web-based cashier application was tested using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods. The results of this study are a website-based cashier application that can be accessed by employees and owners of the Roti Karkus Business via a laptop or smart phone connected to the internet.
