KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational game to be a medium for introducing dog breeds based on Android and developed using the Unity game engine with a quiz-themed game model. Game Development Life Cycle(GDLC) is used as the method of developing this game with stages: initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta and release. The final result of this research is an educational game entitled “Introduction to Dog Races” which can be played on Android devices. Based on the results of the user trial questionnaire on 13 respondents, 38,5% (5 people) stated “Agree”, 53,8% (7people) stated “Strongly Agree” that the respondents became more familiar with dog breeds after playing the educational game “Introduction to Dog Races” .

Abstract

The effect of thin capitalization, transfer pricing, and earnings management towards tax aggressiveness. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of thin capitalization, transfer pricing, and earning management on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The number of research samples obtained by 39 companies using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 195 observational data. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The research results show that thin capitalization has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Transfer pricing and earnings management have no effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Films are often a reflection of reality in real life. This research is an analysis of parents in Bekasi regarding the film Girl in the Basement to find out the meaning of parents to the film by using the Encoding-Decoding Theory. The film girl in the basement is a film that reflects the phenomenon of violence against children that occurs in the family scope. The methodology in this research is a qualitative approach, and the constructivist paradigm with the research method is reception analysis from Stuart Hall. This research also used a study to determine the position of the informant, which consists of dominant position, negotiation, and opposition. This study interviewed six informants, and this research concludes that the informants are obliged to say that the film Girl in the Basement is a crime genre film. Parents educate children about violence; and sexual abuse. In interpreting violence, four informants were in a dominant position (did not agree to vote), and the rest were negotiation and opposition.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, understanding of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted in the Sunter area of North Jakarta with the Convenience Sampling method using primary data. This research is a quantitative approach by processing questionnaire data using multiple regression analysis methods. The population in this study are individual taxpayers who are in the Sunter area of North Jakarta so that a sample of 100 respondents is obtained. The results “of this study indicate that the understanding of taxpayers and tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and service quality has no effect on taxpayer compliance.”

Abstract

Shillo store is a women's clothing store based on an online shop where the products she sells are marketed on e-commerce Shoppe, this online shop has a problem where it is difficult to evaluate sales every month because the sales data produced is in excel format which is difficult to get the desired information because it is difficult to read it because there is so much data, as a result, when you get an order, the stock is not available. From this problem, it is proposed to use data visualization through a dashboard with a business intelligence roadmap technique. The output of this research is a visualization dashboard which helps the Shillo store to get the desired information in the monthly sales evaluation. And the tools used in this research are Tableau with the help of several charts and diagrams on Tableau.

Abstract

This research is aims to find out how the influence of sales marketing and taglines on consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. By discussing how companies can attract people to use the Tokopedia application as a shopping application. This type of research is a causal conclusive research where this study aims to obtain evidence of a causal relationship between sales promotion variables and taglines on purchasing decisions on sales in the Tokopedia application. This research uses quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that sales promotions have a positive but not significant effect on Tokopedia's consumer purchasing decisions. The results also show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to build software that can perform text extraction on an image containing text. This research uses a software development method called incremental. The application is built using the Python programming language and the use of Tesseract as a model. The output of this application is in the form of text that is put into the clipboard so that the user can paste the output into the preferred place. This research produces an application that can perform text extraction on an image containing text. This application was tested using black box testing, from several tests on the available features, all test results were successful because the features tested could function and be used.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an image classification application based on a website. An application will be made to be able to classify pictures of activities at Youth For Christ, KEGA Isa Almasih Church. In this study using the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) method to create a model. The machine learning model used in building this application uses the Tensorflow software library. The software development method used is the incremental method. The dataset used in this study was collected as much as 600 image data and will be divided into 3 data variables, namely praying, preaching, and worship. The result of the application that is built is a simple website-based image classification application so that users can easily use the application. By utilizing the HTML programming language in making application interfaces and Python as a programming language in creating machine learning models used in applications, in making this application the researcher also uses Flask as a backend for the application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, discipline, career development, and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This study uses a field research method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by the employee analyst unit of PT XYZ, with a population of 51 employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probablity sampling with saturated sampling with a total of 51 employees with data collection techniques using path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance, there is a negative effect of Discipline on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance and simultaneously Communication, Discipline, Career Development, and Work Motivation have an influence on Employee Performance of PT XYZ.
