KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal harus memenuhi kriteria ini dan tidak boleh sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditelaah dan diedit.

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a software that is able to detect violations of mask use such as wearing a mask on the chin or not covering the mouth and nose incompletely using YoloV.3. The software development method is the incremental method. This research is divided into two incremental stages. Incremental one focuses on developing a model that will be evaluated using confusion matrix. The result of incremental one is a model with a mAP value of 77.92%, precision 90.00%, recall 74.00%, and f1-score 81.00%. Incremental two focuses on building a software display which is then evaluated using the black box method. The final result of this research is software that can detect violations of mask usage.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aim to determine the effects of promotions, and brand image on purchase decision on Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Based on this study, researchers used quantitative data from the distribution of questionnaires. The sample in this study was 105 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The tests in this study include istrument validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of promotion and brand image on the purchasing decision on the Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574. Based on the results of the F test, it can be concluded that Promotion and Brand Image jointly influence the purchase decision on the Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of the factors that encourage Indonesia's progress in the current economic field. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia is Jajanan Neng Gita which is engaged in the culinary field. The competition that occurs in the culinary field is very competitive to be able to attract repurchases made by consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of price, product variation, product quality and service quality on repurchase decisions. The method in this study used quantitative methods to the respondents of MSME Jajanan Neng Gita. The required data was collected through a questionnaire (Google Form) with the number of respondents in this study was 80 people. The results obtained from this study are the influence of Price, Product Variation, Product Quality and Service Quality on the Decision to Repurchase MSMEs of Neng Gita Snacks.]]>

<![CDATA[Quarter life crises tend to attack women compared to men, because women have more demands and roles to do at one time. For example, getting married, raising children, working and having a career, having a good financial condition, and building a social life. One of the efforts usually made by women in overcoming the quarter life crisis is by conducting interpersonal communication with other individuals to simply pour out their hearts or even find solutions. This study focuses on women's perceptions of the quarter life crisis and how they can overcome the quarter life crisis by conducting interpersonal communication. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that women's perceptions in overcoming the quarter life crisis phase were by doing all positive ways such as discussing and telling stories to friends or the surrounding environment, introspecting themselves, and reflecting on everything that had happened by thinking about solutions that would be done so that the problem was solved.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of increasingly advanced technology makes business actors have to follow developments that occur in the entrepreneurial environment. In this research, we do a website-based inventory design at Toko Yuda. The inventory system in the store is still done manually, so this study aims to build an inventory system at Yuda Stores web-based, to cover the process of incoming goods, outgoing goods, recording. The research method used is the development of a prototyping system that includes system analysis using cross-functional diagrams. The modeling in this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), this development system is built with a MySQL database and PHP programming and using Black Box testing. The purpose of this system is to make it easier for users to record inventory activities at Yuda's store and print goods reports. The result of this research is that the system has been successfully built based on the design of business requirements and provides functions that facilitate the storage process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing finance, third party funds affect the profitability of Islamic banking. The grand theory in this study uses Agency Theory. The population in this study is Islamic banking registered on the OJK website. Using purposive sampling technique by using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio has a positive and insignificant effect, third party funds have a negative and insignificant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking and non-performing finance has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to design software to classify Reggae music and other genres of music. The training data used is music audio data totaling 721 music audio and 309 audio data for test data. The method used in this study uses Scikit-learn software to create machine learning models and uses Flask software to create application displays. The final result in increment one is the accuracy of the training data and test data at 150 epochs, for the results of the training data accuracy of 75% and test data of 65% and getting a model evaluation with the results of Accuracy Score 95.27%, Precision Score 95.99%, Recall Score 98.87 %, F1 Score 97.41%. The results in the second increment are to produce a website-based application to select music, play music and get predictive results in the form of Reggae and Not Reggae.]]>

<![CDATA[Semper Coffee is an UMKM business that focuses on the food and beverage sector. Semper Coffee is a cafe business that still applies a manual system and does not yet have a system for its business sales process. This can lead to wrong recording for the documentation of each sales transaction. Therefore, by implementing ERP in Kopi Semper's business processes, it is expected to increase Kopi Semper's activities in order, sell and make documentation. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a system created to help business process activities more accurately and integrated. Point of Sale (POS) is an ERP-integrated Odoo application. POS is a system that is widely used by various retail businesses to make buying and selling transactions. Therefore, it is hoped that by using the Odoo ERP application which can help business processes at Kopi Semper so that every buying and selling transaction carried out by the purchasing department can be well documented. The waterfall method is the fastest and most efficient ERP implementation for the final project.]]>

<![CDATA[This study has one goal, namely to be able to identify the similarity of paintings through painting imagery and from the image of the painting that has been input will show which artist's work is supposedly similar to the image that has been input. The algorithm used is a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study used painting imagery data from Kaggle in the form of a folder. The image data used was 4299 which was divided into training data and testing data with a total of 3444 data from 11 classes and as testing data as many as 855 from 11 classes. The framework used in this study is ResNet-50 and the Convolutional Neural Network which is applied is Tensorflow Keras. From the results of the study, it has produced an accuracy value of 24% with an average probability of up to about 80% and above.]]>

<![CDATA[An operational system is a system that is used to simplify and speed up operational processes that occur by recording everything in the system and storing it in a database. That way the data will always be recorded, stored properly, will not be lost and can be used anytime when needed. This research was conducted to develop an operational system that already exists but is not optimal in use, because the process of creating documents manually will be very difficult when creating and storing them, this system should be able to automate the process. Interview and observation methods were used by researchers to collect the data needed to conduct this research. This research produces a proposed system that can be applied to maximize system performance to assist and be useful in operational processes.]]>
