Abstract

Introduction: Using interesting and fun learning methods will greatly affect the learning atmosphere in the classroom. To overcome this, a teacher's strategy is needed in the learning process, namely by applying an appropriate learning method or model to maintain a good learning process. One of them is by using the discovery learning learning model. Methods: This research is a type of qualitative research supported by data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: The study found that the implementation of discovery learning in the subject of aqidah morals at MTs Salafiyah Nurul Qomar Pekalongan involved three main stages. First, the planning stage included preparing lesson plans, syllabus, and handbooks to ensure material readiness. Second, the implementation stage consisted of three phases: the preliminary phase, where teachers greeted students, conveyed objectives, and conducted apperception; the content phase, involving stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, proof, and generalization; and the closing phase, where teachers appreciated student performance and provided motivational closure. Third, the evaluation stage showed the model's success, as indicated by students' improved grades. Conclusion and suggestion: The use of discovery learning methods in learning can improve the learning process of students in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and motor skills providing a broad understanding. For this reason, the discovery learning model needs to be consistently applied so that students can think critically, find new discoveries, and get used to examining problems.

Abstract

Introduction Indonesia is known for its rich arts and culture, one of which is batik. Innovations such as wooden batik open up new opportunities to combine traditional art with the modern market. Batik Kayu Dewi, located in Bogor, is a creative industry player developing wooden batik products. This study aims to examine marketing strategies, product innovations, and challenges faced by Batik Kayu Dewi in maintaining its existence and competitiveness in the modern market. Methods This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods that include interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with business owners and several parties involved in production and marketing activities. Observations were conducted at production and marketing locations, while documentation includes visual archives and records of business activities. Results The research findings show that Batik Kayu Dewi utilizes several marketing strategies, including through social media, organizing educational workshops, and collaborating with Imah Kramik as a partner in expanding the market network. Innovations made include the use of resin to increase the aesthetic and functional value of the product. However, Batik Kayu Dewi also faces several challenges, such as limited human resources (HR), access to raw materials, and low interest of the younger generation in traditional arts such as wooden batik. Conclusion and Suggestion This study concludes that although Batik Kayu Dewi has succeeded in combining traditional elements with a modern approach through innovation and marketing strategies, business sustainability still faces internal and external obstacles. Therefore, it is recommended that Batik Kayu Dewi develop educational digital content to attract the interest of the younger generation, seek local sources of raw materials to reduce external dependence, and create contemporary product designs to expand the market. These steps are expected to strengthen Batik Kayu Dewi's position in preserving culture while maintaining its competitiveness in the modern market.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the role of investment literacy in stock investment decision-making in the Indonesian capital market. Investment literacy is a crucial factor in shaping rational and long-term investment behavior, especially amidst increasing public participation in capital market instruments. Methods: This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach. Data was obtained from the Publish or Perish database and Google Scholar, with a total of 174 articles identified from 2021-2022. After a selection and eligibility assessment process, 20 articles that met the criteria were analyzed to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between relevant variables. Results: The results indicate that investment literacy positively influences the quality of investment decision-making. Investors with high levels of literacy are better able to understand risks, conduct rational analysis, and avoid behavioral biases such as overconfidence and herding. Furthermore, demographic factors such as age, education, experience, and gender also strengthen this relationship. Conclusion and Suggestion: The study concludes that improving investment literacy plays a significant role in fostering rational investment behavior in the Indonesian capital market. Efforts to improve financial literacy through education, training, and public outreach are needed. Future research is recommended to include variables such as digital financial literacy, fintech adoption, and Islamic financial literacy to make the results more relevant to modern financial developments.
