Abstract

Learning the language is very important, including learning English. However, based onresearch conducted by EF World Institute of Education English First announced the firstcomprehensive report, the on index English proficiency index in 44 English proficiencycountries in Indonesia is very low in the 34th place. One of the biggest factors in Englishlearning is that students need vocabulary mastery. In learning English in elementaryschool the understanding of English vocabulary is still difficult because teachers deliverlearning only by lecture methods, let alone the use of very minimal media, so because ofthat method teaching and learning process makes the students feel boring because itfeels monotonous. One way to make English learning effective is to use a learning modelthat can provide meaning and fun for students. Team Game Tournament learning modelbased on Vocabulary Card Media is expected to make students active and excited so thatstudents can easily understand the material studied.

Abstract – Graph colouring has been applied in various problems. Graph colouring in particular vertex colouring is also applicable for arranging seat location. The arranging of seat location in many events is very concerned. Because it can avoiod rottenness that possibly happen. Vertex colouring for arranging seat location is started with representating participant’s seat as vertex and participant’s seat that adjacent with right or left or front or behind it is connected by edge, so that participant’s seat which adjacent is not placed by participant’s from the same school. Greedy algorithm will be used in this arranging of seat location that applied later in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software. From the testing of  program obtained that the program of arranging seat location has made exact solution where participant’s from the same school is not adjacent sit. Keywords – Vertex colouring, Arranging seat location, Greedy algorithm

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is highly relevant learning with a 21st century paradigm and competency framework formulated in the Partnership for 21st Century Skills, where 21st century student outcomes include learning and innovation skills that include creativity and innovation skills, thinking critical, and problem solving skills. , communication and collaboration skills (Partnership for 21st Century Skills, 2008). Based on observations of student learning at SMKN 6 Mataram, it shows that student learning outcomes are low (60% of students have not yet completed studying chemistry), and based on a search for alumni in October 2021, the alumni unemployment rate reaches 59.72%, the Project-based learning model (PjBL) is one way to do this. to resolve the issue. The PjBL learning model has a positive influence in improving problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity (Selçuk et al., 2013). This is supported by Miftahurrohmah et al 2021 who said that project-based learning using Zoom Meetings can have a positive influence on creative thinking skills and mastery of concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to train on “The Effectiveness of Project-Based Chemistry Learning on Concept Understanding and Creative Thinking Skills for Vocational Students. The training was held at SMKN 6 Mataram in April 2022. The population in this study were all X grade students of SMKN 6 Mataram in the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique in this training uses the "purposive sampling" technique. The sample to be taken is class X DPIB which uses a project-based learning model. This sampling is based on the material to be tested, namely acid and base. There are two variables in this training, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable is a project-based learning model, where the project used is the identification of acids and bases on several building materials and materials that are often used in everyday life, while the dependent variable is mastery of concepts with six indicators, namely remembering, understanding, and understanding. apply (apply), analyze (analyze), evaluate (evaluate), create (create). and creative thinking skills with indicators of Fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. The type of data used in this training is quantitative data in the form of a Chemistry concept mastery test and a Creative Thinking Test. The effectiveness of the Project-based learning model for students of SMKN 6 Mataram on acid-base material can be determined by taking into account the pretest and posttest scores obtained by students. Based on the data obtained, it shows that project-based learning is effective in increasing students' understanding of concepts with a learning mastery percentage of 78%, and high effectiveness in improving students' creative thinking skills with an N gain of 81.79%.

Abstract

Introduction: The incidence of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture is estimated to range from 30 to 78 per 100,000 people/year. After ACL reconstruction, 61% to 89% of athletes successfully return to sport, usually at 8 to 18 months after reconstruction, depending on the level of play. Surgical reconstruction of the ACL is often indicated to restore functional stability during athletic activity and prevent early degeneration of the knee. Case Presentation: A 17-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of post ACL reconstruction, and has entered phase 2 complained of knee pain when performing full flexion movements, especially when performing prostrate prayer movements and sitting tahiyat akhir. Management and Results: Patients attended 6 therapies, 1 therapy for 180 minutes for 2 weeks, with a therapy program in the form of SEBT (Star Exvursion Balance Test) exercises, dynamic bosu squats, single leg squats, bridging with gymball and step ups. Then the evaluation is carried out by measuring the degree of pain using NRS, measuring muscle strength with MMT, and also measuring Range of Motion using a Goniometer. Conclusion: Rehabilitation program after ACL reconstruction using balance and strengthening exercises including: SEBT (Star Excursion Balance Test), dynamic bosu squats, single leg squats, bridging with gymball and step ups can improve balance, increase muscle strength, and improve the functional abilities of patients after ACL reconstruction.

Abstract

Background: The ACL is a ligament in the knee joint which functions to stabilize the tibia when moving forward and in rotational movements of the knee joint. Treatment for Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries can be done with several procedures, namely reconstructive and conservative. ACL reconstruction is a surgical procedure that replaces the injured ACL with a tendon graft because the ACL does not heal after injury due to insufficient vascularization. Common conditions after undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery are complication problems such as experiencing knee stiffness which includes swelling, pain, limited Range of Motion (ROM), especially in extension, decreased muscle strength and decreased proprioception. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of providing exercise in handling post-operative cases of phase 1 ACL surgery. Method: This study used the Case Report method which was carried out at RSD KRMT Wongsonegoro, Semarang in January 2024. The patient was a 20 year old male, diagnosed with Post Op. ALCR phase 1. Results & Discussion: After being given physiotherapy intervention for 3 meetings. With each therapy, it appears that there continues to be improvement. Can increase joint range of motion, increase knee flexor muscle strength, reduce perceived pain, and change segment circumference. Results: Based on the research that has been carried out, the results showed that providing physiotherapy intervention can be effective in phase 1 ACLR cases.

Abstract

The ACL is the most frequently injured knee ligament, accounting for almost half of all knee injuries. from approximately 33 cases in 100,000 in 1994 to between 40 and 60 incidents in 100,000 in 2014. This number is expected to continue to increase as a result of increased participation of adolescents and young adults in athletic activities. The aim of providing interventions is to reduce pain, increase strength muscle, increase muscle strength and to increase the functional activity of the patient and the patient can continue to the next phase of training. In previous studies, physical therapy has been shown to be very important for surgical recovery to regain strength and range of motion. The results obtained were a decrease in pain which was related to an increase in muscle strength, a decrease in pain and an increase in muscle strength influenced the increase in ROM in the knee, which could increase the functional activity of the injured leg.
