<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of village officials in Ridan Permai. Emotional intelligence is measured through aspects such as emotion recognition, emotion management, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. Methods: This research used a survey to collect data which was distributed directly to Ridan Permai village officials at random. This research used the Slovin approach in determining the sample size and obtained 60 respondents who could be used for research. The simple linear regression analysis method is used to test the research hypothesis, then to test the research instrument using product moment for validity testing and Cronbach alpha for reliability testing, while testing classical assumptions using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Results: The results of this research show that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the work of Ridan Permai village officials. Conclusion and suggestion: These findings can be the basis for developing training and coaching programs aimed at increasing the emotional intelligence of village officials, with the hope of improving the quality of services and management at the village level. The practical implications of this research can support policymakers and stakeholders in optimizing the role of Ridan Permai village officials by increasing their emotional intelligence.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to investigate the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Indomaret retail company. As a leading company in the retail industry in Indonesia, employee performance at Indomaret is an important factor in maintaining competitiveness and meeting dynamic market demands. The concept of motivation, which has long been a focus of attention in the human resource management literature, plays an important role in shaping employee behavior and productivity. Methods: Data collection was carried out offline by distributing questionnaires to Indomaret employees in Malang. The number of research samples used purposive techniques and a sample of 32 samples was obtained. The research data analysis method uses simple linear regression, then the research instrument is tested using product moment for validity testing and Cronbach's alpha for reliability testing. Results: The results of this research show that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Conclusion and suggestion: It is hoped that the results of this research can provide concrete input for Indomaret management in designing more effective employee motivation policies. It is also hoped that these findings can contribute to human resource management literature, especially in the context of the retail industry in Indonesia. In addition, it is hoped that this research can pave the way for further, more in-depth research regarding motivation strategies that can improve employee performance in the competitive retail industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to evaluate the impact of training on employee work productivity at PDAM Tirta Kampar. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression as the analysis method. Research data was collected through a survey of PDAM Tirta Kampar employees which was conducted offline and after data screening a sample of 35 respondents was obtained which could be used in the research. Results: The research results show a significant increase in employee work productivity after participating in the training. This is reflected in increased operational efficiency, more optimal management of water resources, and improved services to the community. The analysis also shows increased employee motivation and job satisfaction, creating a more productive work environment. Conclusion and suggestion: This research provides an overview of management in integrating training concepts in the context of daily work, and the use of effective evaluation mechanisms to continue to support human resource development through targeted and planned training while ensuring continuous efforts in monitoring and evaluating its impact on the productivity and overall well-being of the organization.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to investigate the impact of intellectual intelligence on teacher performance in elementary schools. Methods: This research uses 30 surveys as the data collection method. The analytical method in this research is simple linear regression, then for testing the research instrument using product moment for validity testing and Cronbach alpha for reliability testing. Results: The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and teacher performance. High intellectual intelligence is closely related to improving the quality of teaching and effectiveness in classroom management. Teachers who show a higher level of intellectual intelligence tend to have good adaptability to various learning challenges in elementary schools. Conclusion and suggestion: The implications of these findings can provide a deeper view of the importance of paying attention to aspects of intellectual intelligence in developing human resources in the field of education, especially to improve the quality of teacher performance. This research provides an empirical basis for teacher professional development policies and programs to increase their intellectual intelligence to provide a more optimal contribution to the learning process in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This study aims to investigate the influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of high school teachers, by considering the moderating role of workload. Methods: This research uses 95 surveys as the data collection method. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear regression and moderation analysis, then testing the research instrument using product moment for validity testing and Cronbach alpha for reliability testing, while testing classical assumptions using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Results: The results of this research show that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a positive effect on performance, this indicates that the presence of both intellectual and emotional intelligence will increase the quality of work of high school teachers. Furthermore, the workload does not moderate the relationship between intellectual and emotional intelligence on the performance of high school teachers. Conclusion and suggestion: The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing more effective training and workload management programs to improve the performance of high school teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This article aims to provide a better understanding of Accounting Principles in Islamic Banking. Methods: The research method used is the literature research method or literature review. The purpose of literature research is to understand existing understanding of a research topic, identify knowledge gaps, and provide a conceptual basis for further research. Results: The research results provide a better understanding of the calculations and accounting treatment of sharia banking products, as well as discussing the importance of compliance with Islamic sharia principles in sharia banking operations. Conclusion and suggestion: This article highlights the importance of research and a deeper understanding of calculations and accounting treatment in sharia banking products to strengthen accounting practices following sharia principles. The implication of this article is to increase understanding and awareness of sharia banking among the wider community. <![CDATA[Introduction: KH Imam Zarkasyi merupakah ilmuan muslim yang sukses dalam menerapkan sistem Pendidikan islam bebasis kurikulum kurikulum (Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah) di pesantren gontor berupa gabungan dari sistem Pendidikan klasikal dan sistem Pendidikan berasrama yaitu mempertahankan kajian kitab kuning dengan cara kitab-kitab kuning dikemas sedemikian rupa kedalam buku teks pelajaran. Methods: Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, dengan analisis kajian kepustakaan. Results: Materi dan kurikulum Pendidikan Dalam Kurikulum pondok pesantren gontor Imam Zarkasyi menerapkan kurikulum itu dengan rata yaitu 100% umum dan 100% agama, beliau tidak memisahkan keduanya. Conclusion and suggestion: Imam Zarkasyi merupakan seorang pemikir pembaruan pendidikan islam dan pelaksana ide-ide Pendidikan. Pemikiran-pemikiran beliau lebih banyak diterapkan ke dalam Pondok Pesantran Darusalam Gontor. Secara garis besar pemikiran Pendidikan KH. Imam Zarkasyi meliputi empat hal pokok, yaitu system dan metode Pendidikan, materi dan kurikulum Pendidikan, struktur dan manajemen, dan pola pikir dan kebebasan.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to analyze consumer perceptions regarding their desire to purchase halal products in Pekanbaru City. In the era of globalization and increasing awareness of the importance of halal products, understanding the factors that influence consumer desires is very important. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The survey was conducted on 204 respondents who were randomly selected from various areas in Pekanbaru City. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and analyzed simply based on the highest indicator value of the variable being observed. Results: This research shows that the majority of respondents in Pekanbaru City have good knowledge about the latest halal logo from BPJPH and BPJPH's authority in managing halal certification. Respondents also felt that halal labeling was very helpful in making product purchasing decisions, and they tended to choose products labeled halal even though the price was more expensive. Quality standards, quality, and halal guarantees are the main considerations in purchasing products. Conclusion and Suggestions: This research concludes that consumers in Pekanbaru City pay great attention to knowledge about halal logos and certification authorities in choosing halal products. The halal label is considered to guarantee product quality, and consumers are willing to pay more for products labeled halal. Producers and marketers are advised to increase information and education about halal products, maintain brand quality and reputation, and ensure products have clear and reliable halal certification.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research aims to find out the influence of a branderpreneurship mindset on the intensity of MSMEs perpetrators in the use of technology. A branderprenuership mindset is an individual's attitude in using strategies to harness opportunities that focus on brand development.Methods: This research uses quantitative methods, which use studies of regression and correlation tests. The population that the researchers used for the research was the MSMEs perpetrators who resided in the city of Bekasi. Sampling using quantitative techniques. This study has 189 respondents that will be used by researchers.Results: According to Spearman's correlation analysis rho obtained the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.852, this value refers to the positive influence between branderpreneurship mindset and intensity. The positive value indicates that the higher the value branderprenuership mindset, the higher the intensity, and instead the lower the intensity is, the lower the brandepreneurships mindset. Umkm actors with a branderpreneurship mindset tend to have a better level of intensity in innovating and building greater confidence. It was further obtained that the branderpreneurship mindset played a role in the influence of 95.4% against the intensity of MSMEs perpetrators in Bekasi city.Conclusion and suggestion: Stated alternative hypothesis (ha) accepted. The higher the level of branderpreneurship mindset, the higher the intensity, and the lower the level, the lower it will be.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This research describes the relationship between Psychological well-being and work-life balance in early adults who work in Babelan District Methods: This research uses quantitative methods, which use studies of correlation tests. The population that the researchers used for the research was the early adults who work in babelan district. Sampling using is convenience sampling technique. This study has 100 respondents that will be used by researchers. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Psychological well-being scale and the modified Work life balance scale. Results: According to Pearson correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient value is 0.782, this value refers to the positive influence between Psychological well-being and Work-life balance. The positive value indicates that the higher the value of Psychological well-being, the higher the Work-life balance, and vice versa, the lower the Work-life balance, the lower the Psychological well-being. The correlation test results have a value of 0.782 or can be interpreted as 78.2%, this value explains that Psychological well-being as an independent variable has a relationship with Work-life balance as the dependent variable of 78.2%, and the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in the study. Conclusion and suggestion: Stating the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The higher the level of Psychological well-being, the higher the Work-life balance, and the lower the level of Work-life balance, the lower the Psychological well-being.]]>
