Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style , organizational culture and organizational justice partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique totaling 42 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that partially, leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, certain aspects such as decision making, motivation, communication, employee control, and emotional control play an important role. Improvements in this aspect can support performance indirectly. Organizational culture significantly affects employee performance. Self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, and team orientation play a role in creating a productive work environment. Organizational justice does not significantly affect employee performance. Indicators such as resource allocation, procedural fairness, and personal relationships play an important role. The three variables ( leadership style , organizational culture, and organizational justice) together affect employee performance. In addition, the researcher's suggestions for further research are expected to complement the limitations of the researcher's problems such as increasing the number of samples, for example all employees of KpwBI Jember, or adding independent variables to be studied, for example motivation, discipline, workload, occupational health and work life balance.

Abstract

International Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face significant challenges in improving global competitiveness due to limited resources and access to effective market analysis, despite contributing 45% to the global economy (OECD, 2025). This research aims to develop an integrated machine learning (ML) model with a mixed-methods approach to optimise cross-border MSME market analysis. A combination of quantitative (transaction data analysis of 500 Indonesian export MSMEs 2020-2024 using XGBoost and SEM-AMOS) and qualitative (interviews with 15 MSME players) methods revealed that the XGBoost model achieved 89% accuracy in predicting market trends, with key variables including social media sentiment (28%) and exchange rate fluctuations (19%). Qualitative results show that 65% of MSMEs face cross-border regulatory barriers that ML models do not detect. The findings extend the Resource-Based View theory by validating AI-driven market intelligence as a strategic asset (β = 0.67, p 0.7. This research highlights the importance of technology integration and contextual adaptation in the digital transformation of MSMEs.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce modern market competition, traditional beverage products such as sarabba from Makassar began to enter the competitive market. This study aims to analyze the market penetration strategy of Makassar's Sarabba traditional beverage product in an effort to expand its reach and increase competitiveness in local and national markets. Sarabba, as a traditional spice-based drink, has high cultural value and economic potential but faces challenges in terms of marketing and adaptation to modern consumer tastes. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, through direct observation, interviews with business actors, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the market penetration strategy implemented includes product innovation in the form of ready-to-eat packaging, utilization of digital media for promotion, and collaboration with local MSMEs and creative industry players. With the implementation of effective marketing strategies (4P), Saraba can maintain its traditional flavors while reaching new consumers in local and national markets. This research contributes to the development of marketing strategies for traditional products and suggests ways to improve the competitiveness of local products in the international market. This strategy is considered effective in increasing the visibility of Sarabba products among the younger generation and tourists. This research suggests the need for local government support in the form of training, product certification, and market access facilitation to strengthen Sarabba's existence as a competitive local culinary identity in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The abstract on the purchasing intention of tourists for Guizhou's intangible cultural heritage batik products explores the interplay of cultural significance, consumer attitudes, and social influence. It highlights how the rich history and craftsmanship associated with batik create a strong emotional connection for tourists, enhancing their willingness to purchase these items as authentic souvenirs. Positive consumer attitudes, shaped by prior experiences and appreciation for cultural heritage, further contribute to purchase intentions. Additionally, social influence plays a crucial role, as recommendations from peers and social media endorsements significantly impact tourists' perceptions and decisions. The study underscores the importance of effectively promoting these cultural products through storytelling, community engagement, and leveraging social proof to boost sales and preserve cultural traditions through the survey of 390 Guizhou residents.

Abstract

This research examines the governance of the National Amil Zakat Agency of Barito Kuala Regency as an effort to optimize transparent, professional, and sharia-compliant zakat management. Although South Kalimantan has the highest zakat potential in Kalimantan Island, its zakat realization is still far from the target, reflecting the challenges of public trust and the effectiveness of the institution's governance. This study aims to evaluate the governance of Barito Kuala National Amil Zakat Agency using three main indicators: Zakat Core Principles Index, Sharia Compliance Index of Zakat Management Organization, and Financial Ratio Analysis. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, data was collected through observation and internal document analysis. The result shows that the implementation of Zakat Core Principle scores 0.44 (good enough category), while sharia compliance scores 0.72 (good category), and financial ratio shows high efficiency and effectiveness in collecting and distributing zakat. Important findings reveal that the suboptimal documentation of Operational Procedur Standard, absence of internal audit, and high operational burden become obstacles to ideal governance. Although the management of zakat in Barito Kuala National Amil Zakat Agency has been running according to regulations and sharia principles, improvement of institutional structure, documentation, efficiency of human resources, and transparency of financial statements are needed. This research provides a practical contribution as an internal evaluation of the institution and a scientific contribution in the development of accountable and sustainable zakat management in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal factors that influence the tendency of accounting fraud in Village Credit Institutions (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa/LPD) in Badung Regency. The research is based on the fraud triangle theory, which highlights conditions that may trigger fraudulent behavior. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the heads and treasurers of each LPD. The study population consisted of 115 LPDs, with a sample of 54 LPDs selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 to examine the effects of internal control, human resource competence, compliance with accounting rules, and ethical organizational culture on the tendency of accounting fraud. The results indicate that internal control, human resource competence, compliance with accounting standards, and ethical organizational culture all have a negative and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening internal controls, enhancing employee competence, adhering to accounting standards, and fostering an ethical organizational culture to minimize the occurrence of accounting fraud in LPD financial management.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia aims to reduce regional dependence on the central government. In this context, local governments are expected to enhance their own-source revenue sources. In reality, not all regions are capable of becoming fully independent. The dependency of regencies and cities in Bali Province indicates that local governments have not yet optimized their regional potential to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This dependency affects their fiscal independence and overall financial performance. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of PAD, transfer revenue, and regional expenditure on financial performance from the perspective of agency theory. The study was conducted across all regencies and cities in Bali Province, using secondary data sourced from the budget realization reports obtained from each local Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). The study included 9 regencies/cities with 45 observations. A census sampling method was applied, where the entire population was used as the sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that PAD and transfer revenue have a positive effect on financial performance, while regional expenditure has a negative effect. It is recommended that local governments in Bali optimize their PAD by strengthening the tax sector, service charges, and asset management to improve fiscal independence.
