Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional minimum wage data (UMR) in Indonesia using 3 algorithms, namely Simple K-Means, Percentage Split, and Hierarchical Clusterer by using Weka tools to see the results. The purpose of this data processing is to clarify data from Regional Minimum Wages (UMR) from several regions to determine the average income of employees. In processing this data there are several restrictions to facilitate the process. The data used is data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The attributes used are Province Name, Year, UMR. Abstract

A company or an Employee Agency certainly needs employees to be able to carry out goals to achieve targets and perform their duties in accordance with what is desired by the leadership, but employee performance needs to be considered to know how far the ability or performance of employees in performing their duties. Employee performance is the work that has been achieved by an employee based on predetermined criteria. So that employee performance can achieve the best performance, it is necessary to assess employee performance that has been done by assessing the performance of each employee in achieving the specified work targets. After the performance appraisal is appropriate, a reward or punishment will be given to the employee concerned. In general, companies assess employee performance based solely on absenteeism, which results in employee dissatisfaction because employee performance is not included in the assessment system. The absence of an effective scheme to determine who has good employee performance because it tends to be judged by attendance. Therefore in this application will apply an employee performance appraisal which also considers other factors of the work results of employees which then from the results of the assessment will be used to give awards and sanctions based on Government Regulation 46 of 2011 by applying an assessment that is divided into two aspects include SKP (Employee Work Target) and PKP (Employee Performance Assessment).

Abstract

ABSTRACTS Basically the population administration system is part of the state administration system, which has an important role in the government to manage population data. Cikiwul Kelurahan is a government office in charge of managing, managing resources in village level government and has the obligation to administer population administration as a form of service to the community. The administrative data processing system in Cikiwul Kelurahan is still manual, which still uses Microsoft Office programs in data processing and archiving still using paper forms. Resulting in data storage that is still prone to data loss, ineffective population data search and reports that are still written in a ledger. By utilizing the development of information technology and information system, it is expected to be able to support the processing of administrative data in the Cikiwul District of Bekasi. A computerized system is the best solution, so that it can facilitate the process of recording, faster data retrieval, storage becomes easier to manage, and services to the population are more efficient and effective. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock returns simultaneously and partially. Research subjects are telecommunications sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each telecommunications company from 2012-2018. The population of this study were 5 telecommunications companies, the sample consisted of 4 telecommunications companies taken using purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS 23 application. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables simultaneously affect stock returns, with a calculated F value of 3.034 with a significant level smaller than 0 .05. Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin partially affect stock returns, only the Current Ratio does not affect stock returns with t arithmetic of 0.418 with a significant value of 0, 680, so that the dominant variable influencing stock returns is Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin Keywords : Return Saham, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin

Abstract

Food and beverage companies have an important role for human needs, now many people want fast food. The more consumer interest there is to fulfill a need, the greater the competition in this business. The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of food and beverage companies in 2013-2017. Financial performance is measured using a liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and company performance, then see which companies are good and which companies are performing poorly. The population in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange. While the method used in this study uses descriptive methods by analyzing financial ratios, doing recapitulation and ranking to determine the best financial performance of the company. The results of this study indicate that the company that has the best financial performance, PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. Abstract

Movies are getting more popular as time goes by. This improvement in popularity is followed by the improvement of society’s interest in watching movies. However, with this improvement in movie’s world, the number of movies continues to increase over time, so the people need information that could help in determining the movie to watch. The result of trial scenario that has been done shows that K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm have successfully applied to the application. According to users’s satisfaction test, it’s known that users’s satisfaction with the recommender system that has been built reached 82.6%. The result of reliability test that using Cronbach Alpha reached 0.7, so it’s concluded that the questionnaire is reliable. Validation test that has been done also showed that the questionnaire is valid.

Abstract

In a university, there must be lecturers and students. Lecturers at a university have different teaching schedules between one lecturer and another, so even with students they will not be able to take courses at the same time. If the lecturer or student schedule is not well arranged, the schedule will be messy. At the National Institute of Science and Technology in particular the Information Systems Study Program has used a computerized system in the lecture process, but its use is still limited. Here we will create a Knowledge Management application that is processing lecture schedules using Visual Basic Net and SQL Server 2005 Database. By designing the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with database design obtained by several table structures. The result is an application program for knowledge management for scheduling special lectures in the Information Systems study program. This lecture scheduling system functions to manage lectures in the information system study program, this system is made to produce a combination of course pairs and lecturers as a whole. Abstract

With the development of technological advances, the internet is a means of infrastructure not only for communicating or interacting, in Indonesia alone there are 78 million people who use the internet. QR code or Quick Respone is a matrix code that was first discovered by denso wave in 1994, this QR code has become the world's trending in this modern and digital era. One of the advantages of QR code is that QR code is universal and has little risk of error, zoo is a means for just either recreation or picnic. The zoo itself usually consists of various kinds of animals and primates, the purpose of this research is to make it easier for zoos to introduce their animals by utilizing this QR code technology so that it can simplify and streamline the work of zoo staff and make it easier for visitors to recognize animal species so that development technology can be utilized properly. Abstract

One of the information that is needed by a school is information about the payment of tuition fees. Information on the payment of tuition fees makes it easier for the Administration to check data on student monthly tuition payments which were previously recorded manually, now it is computerized. So that officers will not have difficulty in finding student data. This study uses the Waterfall method. The result of the research is an application of the education guidance tuition fees payment system of SMK Bhara Trikora uses the VB.NET program to create a system interface, Ms. Access as a Database Management System and Crystal Report to display tuition fees payment transaction reports. Abstract

The consumption of the people of Banjarmasin City towards fuel is very high. The transactions served by the gas stations are very much every day. Fuel sales transactions still use manual recording by the management of the Banjarmasin City SPBU. The problems are difficulties in controlling the fuel stock and takes a longer time to make a fuel stock report. This research has developed a fuel reporting system that has a feature that can be accessed at any time with an internet network to make it easier to monitor fuel supplies quickly. The system design using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) begins with the process of requesting fuel to PT Pertamina, selling to the public, and making reports for the head of the gas station. This report is also useful for gas station management in making decisions to determine the number of next fuel orders. Software development uses the method prototype which has the advantage of producing a system that is faster and in accordance with the needs of gas stations. The result of this research is a web-based fuel reporting system that can overcome sales constraints at gas stations in Banjarmasin City. Keywords: Reporting System, Web-based, Fuel, Gas Station
