Abstract

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is a set of documents that defines every activity, action and procedure that disaster recovery must carry out, continue business processes in a short time and can save assets in information systems during a pandemic. The final result produced is a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) document which contains guidelines for carrying out stages in disaster recovery, policies for carrying out activities, procedures for carrying out activities and forms to fill in the information obtained in recovering when faced with a pandemic using the NIST SP 800-34 standard.

Abstract

The spread of information technology around the world has many changes in systems and lives. Internet technology turns conventional systems into digital systems, where everything becomes efficient and effective. In terms of the utilization of information technology in the Tessellant Instrument Works Music Store, the processing of transaction data is still conventional or uncomputed, therefore data processing is less effective and efficient. The new system proposes an integrated system of online trading and user- friendly. In designing this system, the researchers used six stages in the Spiral method, namely information gathering, planning, analysis, designing, application creation and program testing. Abstract

The purpose of this research to manage order data online and improve customer service using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. Application built programming languange and database mysql. The research method is by direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. System development methods used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The result of the implementation of the application Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method make it easy for customers to find out what product are being sold and order product quickly. In addition, there is a feature to be able to send notifications to make repayments.

Abstract

The development of information technology takes place rapidly, it is also happening in our beloved country. However, technological growth itself does not always coincide with the maximum application of technology. Lack of application knowledge is the main reason the problem occurs. The same thing also happened to the Office of Religious Affairs in Pamulang District. The Office of Religious Affairs in Pamulang Subdistrict is one of the agencies that uses less technology in terms of the registration process. Where people who want to register for marriage must register manually by going to the office and filling in the registration form and completing the marriage requirement documents. This is a problem because the Covid-19 pandemic has spread widely, knowing that marriage registration is not optimal. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. Therefore, a system has been developed that can assist the process and provide information about marriage registration. The system that will be created is designed to help people carry out web-based marriage registration. Abstract

With the impact of this pandemic, all people are advised to be able to work, study and carry out activities from home. With the tchnology of an application that can help users choose the desired design and material without having to go to a building shop or juast consult face to face with renovator services. The system to be built will be designed in this application which is inteded to help customers and renovator services by simply filling in the options on a website. While the research methodology used in this research is object – oriented method. And the system development method used is the RAD method. Abstract

The development of technology is growing rapidly, it is happening in Indonesia. Even the role of technology is considered really capable of replacing humans on some activities. However, the growth of technology itself is not always accompanied by the use of technology. The lack of knowledge of its application is the main reason the problem occurs. The same thing happened in APTIKA field in Diskominfo Depok City At the research site, the lack of technology utilization in terms of management schedule process. Where APTIKA staff have to do scheduling manually by writing the meeting schedule on the board while staff who have a lot of work sometimes forget to write the agenda. This becomes a problem so that the writing of the schedule becomes difficult for APTIKA staff, knowing that the scheduling condition is not carried out properly and the lack of optimal activities. The system to be created is designed to help APTIKA staff schedule web-based meeting agendas. While the research methodology used in this research is an object-oriented method. Abstract

The development of information technology continues to grow, this can be an advantage that we can take advantage of, one of which is the use of a Website-Based Wedding Information System Application with the FAST Method. The application is expected to be able to provide marriage information quickly and easily compared to an invitation letter in physical form. Especially during the pandemic because it is difficult to meet face-to-face with many people. The method used is FAST consisting of Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Physical Design, Construction and Testing using PIECES through questionnaires to 50 participants with the results of Performance 4.44 points, response time and throughput in the very satisfied category, Information 4.48 points from the information provided and presented in the very satisfied category, Economics 4.42 points based on system costs and benefits obtained in the very satisfied category, Efficiency 4.48 points based on the efficiency given to the user in the very satisfied category, Control 4.34 points in the form of system security in the very satisfied category,and Service 4.38 points as the service provided in the very satisfied category.Keywords : Wedding Information System, Wedding, FAST, Website.

Abstract

Attendance application is very important to know the presence of its employees in a company. The finger print method is very inconvenient for attendance managers, especially when recapitulating attendance data, plus the Aroma Kopi company currently has implemented WFH so that it requires sufficient time for attendance with the finger print method. Employees are required to make a work report by submitting proof of work and attendance. From the large number of employee data, it will be very difficult for data managers to find attendance data and employee data. The purpose of this study is to test the attendance application as a tool for employee attendance during the current WFH period, and can help data managers in searching data, so data can be found more quickly. And make it easier for system managers to report employee attendance which will later be submitted to superiors. Sequential Searching Algorithm is a method used to find data more quickly and effectively. In the test results of each tested function is valid, and it can be concluded that the Search method can run well and as expected. The speed performance of the sequential searching method with 10 employee data and 60 attendance data reached an average of 0.02 seconds.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the obstacles for students in self-development and the learning process. Schools have a responsibility to help students overcome this, one of which is by providing guidance and counseling services. The development of information and communication technology can be used for the implementation of online counseling. Arspira's E-Counseling Information System is a website-based information system that can be used for online counseling with various features in it. This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of user satisfaction using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method, by distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents. The questionnaire data was then analyzed by several tests, namely the research instrument test, the respondent's level of achievement test (TCR), and hypothesis testing. The results show that the variable of computer self-efficacy affects the variable of perceived usefulness by 42.0%, the variable of computer self-efficacy affects the variable of perceived ease of use by 60.9%, the variable of perceived ease of use affects the variable of perceived usefulness by 64.5%, the variable of perceived ease of use affects the variable of attitude towards using by 53.2%, and the variable of perceived usefulness affects the variable of attitude towards using by 72.0%.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease telah menyebar ke Indonesia semenjak tahun 2019. Sehingga Covid-19 ditetapkan oleh WHO sebagai pandemi global. PeduliLindungi merupakan aplikasi resmi yang diluncurkan oleh KOMINFO untuk membantu pemerintah dalam mencegah rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Universitas Amikom Purwokerto mewajibkan mahasiswa menggunakan aplikasi PeduliLindungi, namun terdapat keluhan dari pengguna antara lain aplikasi tidak befungsi dengan baik dan sering error, selalu gagal pada saat melakukan check in, serta lamanya waktu penerbitan sertifikat vaksin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi PeduliLindungi menggunakan metode EUCS. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan simple random sampling. Jumlah sample yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form sebanyak 170 data . Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 3. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel pada metode EUCS memiliki pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna aplikasi PeduliLindungi.
