Abstract

To improve the quality of case handling administration, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has implemented a technology-based platform, a Case Management System (CMS). This study employs the UTAUT model to examine the factors influencing the interest of Polri investigators in using the CMS. Data were collected through an online survey distributed to all investigators within the Polri. Multivariate analysis using PLS-SEM was conducted to identify and predict the factors significantly influencing user acceptance. The results indicate that government policies and regulations, performance expectancy, and social influence significantly influence behavioral intentions towards the system, whereas effort expectancy does not. Behavioral intentions and facilitating conditions significantly influence system usage behavior. In conclusion, the UTAUT model demonstrates valid and reliable measurements, as well as a good goodness of fit in predicting investigators’ interest or intention to use the CMS system, which can be utilized for the development of information systems in government agencies.

Abstract

Sales plays a very important role in the motorcycle oil retail business. High sales numbers indicate the health of the business and help ensure the continued operation of the retail store. With good sales, retail stores can earn enough income to cover operational costs, make a profit, and even expand their business. Therefore, it is important for retail store owners to manage the sales process effectively and ensure that the goods offered match customer needs and desires. Product availability is very important so that a sales transaction is not lost. One way to deal with this problem is to carry out research to find out sales patterns, making it easier for entrepreneurs to buy back stock to fill their retail shop's oil needs so that there are no lost sales transactions which will affect their income. The Apriori algorithm is one of the basic algorithms for determining high frequency patterns that often appear. This research uses sales data from retail motorbike oil sales in Indonesia, which has 91 XYZ retail stores spread across Karawang Regency. The result of this research is that the most sold oil products are known, so it can make it easier for entrepreneurs to find out the most sold products and can be used as a reference if they want to increase their inventory and promote strategies for oil products that are still selling poorly

Abstract

Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) muncul sebagai cara desentralisasi tata kelola pendidikan. Abstrak ini membahas penelitian MBS menggunakan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian dalam bidang ini. MBS, yang beralih dari administrasi menuju pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan, memberi sekolah kontrol lebih atas operasional mereka, yang diharapkan meningkatkan responsivitas dan hasil pendidikan. Pentingnya MBS ditegaskan oleh adaptasi teknologi baru untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan kebutuhan pengembangan profesional guru. Kepemimpinan yang efektif, visi yang jelas, dan kemampuan menginspirasi menjadi inti dari MBS yang berhasil. Manajemen keuangan dan alokasi sumber daya yang adil dan bertanggung jawab juga merupakan bagian penting dari MBS, serta kebutuhan untuk mencerminkan aspirasi komunitas. Penelitian ini mengkaji literatur MBS menggunakan Scopus, menganalisis volume publikasi, kutipan, jaringan kepenulisan, dan frekuensi kata kunci. Ditemukan 100 dokumen yang relevan, yang menunjukkan minat yang meningkat tapi masih terbatas dari para peneliti terhadap MBS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memandu arah penelitian masa depan dan mendukung pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang responsif dan inklusif. Analisis menunjukkan fokus pada pengembangan praktik MBS yang efektif dan reflektif terhadap berbagai konteks sosial dan ekonomi. Terlepas dari kontribusi teoritis, aplikasi praktis MBS dalam meningkatkan sistem pendidikan juga dipertimbangkan. Temuan ini memandu peneliti untuk mengidentifikasi outlet publikasi terkemuka, menawarkan bukti akan pentingnya MBS dalam diskusi pendidikan yang lebih luas. Kesimpulannya, MBS merupakan bidang penelitian yang berkembang dan adaptif terhadap tantangan pendidikan global, menunjukkan relevansi global MBS dalam reformasi tata kelola pendidikan. Analisis bibliometrik memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang praktik MBS dan hasilnya di seluruh dunia, membantu menginformasikan praktek dan kebijakan pendidikan.

Abstract

The AdaKami application is an online loan platform that attempts to give millions of people in Indonesia high-quality financial access without the need for collateral. Ten million downloads of the Adakami app have been made through the Google Playstore. The issue in this study is how well the Adakami application reviews are classified using the Naive Bayes method, specifically how many of the reviews have positive or negative values. How to use the Naive Bayes method for the Adakami application review is the goal of this study. The knowledge of the accuracy of the Naive Bayes approach in examining Google Playstore evaluations is the advantage of this research. The investigation produced a classification assessment of the naive Bayes algorithm in Google evaluations of the Adakami application.

Abstract

This research aims to thoroughly analyze the influence and implications of Project-Based Learning (PBL) on students' critical thinking abilities in the context of vocational education in vocational high schools (SMK). The research method employed is meta-analysis, utilizing a sample of 20 articles from national journals. The instrument used consists of systematically arranged coding categories. The results of the meta-analysis indicate that the impact of Project-Based Learning on students' critical thinking abilities in both vocational high schools (SMK) and general high schools (SMA) is generally positive, but more effective when implemented by students at the SMA level. Additionally, the analysis demonstrates that the use of both real and virtual media in the context of project-based learning has a positive impact on the development of students' critical thinking skills. The implications of these findings are highly relevant for the development of curricula and more effective learning strategies in preparing students to meet the increasingly complex and dynamic demands of the workforce

Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic system, the election must through PEMILU. Until now, the KPU has made 2 applications for the elections, the Vote Selection Information System (SITUNG) and the Electronic Recapitulation Information System (SIREKAP). However, it turns out that the implementation of elections with these two applications raises various kinds of sentiments from the community. This research aims to determine the public sentiment towards SITUNG and SIREKAP and whether the number of negative sentiments of SIREKAP is more than SITUNG. This research takes data from X social media and uses SVM for algorithm. The number of sentiments used for SITUNG is 1469 which consists of 832 positive sentiments and 637 negative sentiments, then for SIREKAP is 1897 which consists of 1092 positive sentiments and 805 negative sentiments. The results of the precision, recall and f1-score values on SITUNG are around 70%, 69%, 69% while SIREKAP is around 67%, 66%, 66%.

Abstract

Smartphones are important devices for many people and are considered a necessity in today's industrial age 4.0. This is the beginning of the advancement of digital technology and the internet, where information can be easily accessed in various places. Therefore, people started buying smartphones. With this, people can utilise the Decision Support System. used to determine the data criteria needed to select a smartphone. With these criteria, users can accurately and quickly determine their choice. Where in the research in choosing a smartphone according to the needs of the community using 9 criteria that are often taken into consideration including Brand, Price, Processor Specifications, RAM Specifications, Model, Battery Capacity, Camera Resolution, Internal Capacity, Screen size which will be processed using the SMART method. Where the weight for each criterion has a value range of 0-100 depending on the priority given to each criterion. Based on calculations using the SMART method, the Iphone 11 Pro smartphone ranks highest with a final score of 8.3.

Abstract

This paper introduces WISE-Engergy, Wireless Integrated Smart Energi Systems. This system is designed to optimize indoor electricity usage by fostering user awareness of energy-saving practices. Users are reminded to turn off electrical devices when leaving the room through notifications on an Android smartphone application. The research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of energy conservation and to apply technology to achieve higher energy efficiency. The contribution of this research lies in the development of an innovative energy-saving system that can be implemented in various indoor environments to support sustainable energy-saving efforts. The test results show that this system successfully achieves its intended goals. The notifications sent to the last user in the room effectively encouraged them to turn off the lights upon leaving. The WSN communication test between room 1 and room 2 also demonstrated that the system could transmit power data from room 2 to room 1 via the XBee module. System evaluation and testing indicated that SENIOR successfully notified users to turn off electrical devices. This research makes a significant contribution to addressing energy-saving challenges and promoting an energy-saving culture in the community.

Abstract

The development of the digital creative industry is growing very rapidly, utilizing information technology as an option, one of which is three-dimensional (3D) representation technology. 3D representation technology drives innovation in various sectors such as virtual reality, filmmaking, video games, geospatial surveying, architecture, and archaeology. 3D modeling of historical objects has gained attention in recent years. 3D model representation of artifacts is an attempt at digital documentation in case the object is damaged. One of the methods in 3D model representation is by using the photogrammetry-based Structure from Motion (SfM) method. The photogrammetry-based Structure from Motion (SfM) method is a stage of creating 3D models from several artifact images captured by a smartphone camera and then processed into 3D objects from a software. Objects in the form of photos in this study were taken directly from several shooting viewpoints in the Ranggawarsita museum. The results of the 3D model in this study can be utilized as digital assets for various purposes such as educational media for historical objects.

Abstract

Aplikasi Dana merupakan suatu layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan kepada penggunanya. Terdapat respon negatif pada aplikasi Dana yaitu, Pengguna mengeluh bahwa untuk mengupgrade akun premium sangat sulit, dan juga terjadi kehilangan saldo secara tiba-tiba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HEART Metrics sebagai pengukurusan pengalaman pengguna . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Dana berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Happiness mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,787 status tercapai, Engagement mendapatkan nilai 0,665 status tidak tercapai dan perlu perbaikan, Adopsi mendapatkan nilai 0,787 status tercapai, Retention mendapatkan nilai 0,742 status tercapai, Task Success mendapatkan nilai 0,756 dengan status tercapai. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan atau peningkatan terhadap variabel Engagement agar mendapatkan nilai yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.
