Abstract

Law in its nature is not only used to control conduct that already occurs in society and sustain established behaviors patterns, but the law often contributes to its use as a means. The study revealed 1). Corporate Criminal Liability was an attempt to put the company in the sense of Equality Under the law with a view to achieving legal certainty, fairness and usefulness, 2) Control of corporate criminal penalties was implemented in several laws through a common formulation of the key criminal fines, 3) law enforcement against corporate crime can be achieved through a) Normative Approach. Therefore, it is required that the state will specifically articulate the responsibility for corporate criminal liability through legislative and executive agencies and what kind of liability can be formally demanded of the corporation as the object of criminal liability (legal policy), since the assessment of corporate errors is the basis of material for the demand of corporate criminals.

Abstract

Machine vision is a technology commonly used in modern industry for image-based autonomous analysis and inspection. Machine vision helps the process of product analysis and inspection in the industry faster than manual analysis and inspection. This study applies machine vision to an image processing-based product number identification system in the manufacturing industry packing process using the YOLOv4 algorithm and evaluation of the confusion matrix system. The results of the identification are stored in a database and displayed on the website to facilitate the monitoring process. This system has carried out several tests, especially testing the main function of the system, namely product calculations, carried out 10x experiments. Then, testing variations in light intensity with a range of 20 – 225 lux and variations in height with a range of 48 – 68 cm with 10 trials each. From the tests that have been carried out, an evaluation of the confusion matrix is ​​applied and produces an accuracy and precision of 100% and an error of 0%. The average computing speed of this system is 6.95 FPS with the help of CUDA.

Abstract

Plant Festo LabVolt 3531 is a DCS, SCADA and process control system trainer based on the Allen Bradley Controllogix 5572 PLC and Factorytalk View SCADA. This research aims to provide another controller solution that can be used on the Festo Labvolt 3531 plant besides the Allen Bradley Controllogix 5572 PLC and FactoryTalk View SCADA. So that students have alternatives and variations of other technologies in learning. In this research, the Siemens S7-1200 PLC was used as a replacement for the Allen Bradley Controllogix 5572 PLC and Topkapi SCADA as a replacement for FactoryTalk View SCADA. As validation of the test, PID control was used to regulate the water level in both tubes at the Festo Labvolt 3531 plant. The test results for several specified height levels showed that the Siemens S7-1200 PLC with PID control integrated into Topkapi SCADA using the mobus communication protocol was successfully implemented , where the resulting control response has an average steady-state error of less than 2% and the delay between the interface and the device on the plant is 0s.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKendali ketinggian air merupakan suatu sistem yang sering ditemukan di sebagian besar fasilitas industri. Kendali ketinggian air seringkali dihadapkan pada gangguan yang disebabkan perubahan aliran masuk serta perubahan laju pengeluaran air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kendali ketinggian air dalam sistem dengan kendali Fuzzy PID dalam menghadapi variasi gangguan berupa perubahan laju pengeluaran air, serta mengimplementasikan pada kontroler PLC. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengujian kendali Fuzzy PID dan kendali PID dengan metode tuning Ziegler-Nichols 1. Variasi gangguan berupa keluaran pompa DC yang bisa diatur kecepatannya dari Output DA PLC resolusi 0-6000 yang dikonversi menjadi 0-100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Fuzzy PID dapat diimplementasikan pada PLC dengan hasil yang minim overshoot, settling time yang lebih pendek rata-rata 17.23 detik sedangkan PID rata-rata 78,4 detik dan terdapat overshoot. Namun, Fuzzy PID cenderung memiliki rise time lebih lambat 1-2 detik daripada kendali PID.Kata kunci: PLC, Fuzzy PID, PID, Water Level, Ziegler-Nichols ABSTRACTWater level control is a system that is often found in most industrial facilities. Water level control is often faced with disturbances caused by changes in the inflow and changes in the rate of discharge of water. This study aims to improve the control of the water level in a system with Fuzzy PID control in dealing with variations in disturbances in the form of changes in the rate of water discharge, and to implement it on the PLC controller. This study involves testing Fuzzy PID control and PID control using the Ziegler-Nichols 1 tuning method. The disturbance variation is in the form of a speed-adjustable DC pump output from the PLC DA Output with a resolution of 0-6000 which is converted to 0-100%. The results showed that Fuzzy PID can be implemented on PLCs with minimal overshoot results, shorter settling time with an average of 17.23 seconds while the average PID is 78.4 seconds and there is overshoot. However, Fuzzy PID tends to have a slower rise time of 1-2 seconds than PID control.Keywords: PLC, Fuzzy PID, PID, Water Level, Ziegler-Nichols

Abstract

Diesel engines used in many sectors require clean fuel quality to achieve good engine performance. To maintain fuel cleanliness, a filtering process is carried out using a filter element. Measuring fuel quality before and after filtration is important information for users to make decisions to reduce maintenance costs and overall operational costs. From the existing problems, researchers aim to develop a tool that functions to identify the cleanliness quality of diesel fuel in accordance with ISO 18/16/13 cleanliness standards and the performance of the filter elements used in working condition or not. This module uses a PLC and HMI for the display and a pressure transmitter for the measuring module which aims to be a ready-to-use tool for industrial and mining conditions. This module will help users as an initial system that issues quality information from filtered diesel fuel and estimates the performance of the filter used

Abstract

Stunting telah menjadi masalah utama secara global, terutama di negara-negara miskin dan berkembang. Dalam dekade terakhir, stunting menjadi perhatian kritis yang mendapatkan perhatian besar dari masyarakat internasional. Pada tahun 2017, pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan Rencana Aksi Nasional untuk Percepatan Penurunan Angka Stunting, dengan tujuan menurunkan prevalensi stunting sebesar 14% pada tahun 2024. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, pemerintah telah menerapkan program di Kecamatan Salem Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana implementasi penurunan stunting telah dilakukan di Kecamatan Salem. Penelitian ini melibatkan delapan peserta, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Salem masih belum memadai karena strategi yang digunakan oleh pelaksana masih belum optimal, dan faktor sosial-ekonomi juga menjadi penghambat dalam penerapan implementasi penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Salem Kabupaten Brebes. Berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Salem Kabupaten Brebes masih belum optimal

Abstract

The availability of data loggers as data acquisition is still limited to sensor levels and the data loggers have not been produced in Indonesia. This makes it difficult for monitors to obtain data such as water pressure and water discharge data. The solution to this problem is to reduce the import cost of purchasing data loggers from abroad by developing data loggers that are able to take data on water level, water pressure. This study aims to determine how the design and performance of data logger system substitution products flow and water pressure using LoRa WAN communication. The test results show that the Water Flow and Pressure Data logger System functions according to the design that has been made with error readings from the itron cyble sensor of ?? and a pressure sensor reading error of 20.66%. The Packet Loss value of sending data from the data logger device is directly proportional to the distance where the smallest packet loss value is 13% at a distance of 50m and 80% at a distance of 2800m.

Abstract

Crust Breaker is an equipment in aluminum reduction furnace that functions to break the crust on the electrolyte surface. So far, the operational team has identified abnormal crust breakers manually because there is no abnomal crust breaker detection tool available. For this reason, the tool to detect when an abnormal crust breaker occurs is designed by making a prototype crust breaker and measuring the implementation directly on the reduction furnace which can be monitored in real time through the website and providing notifications when abnormal crust breaker conditions occur via Telegram, as well as adding light and buzzer indications in the room. The results showed that the use of toggle switches with normal crust breaker conditions got an average detection response of 86.54% and abnormal crust breaker conditions got an average detection response of 90.51%, as well as direct implementation testing on a reduction furnace with a time setting of less than 10 minutes, the crust breaker provided an actual notification of not touching the electrolyte. Based on these results, the right time to ensure the condition of the abnormal crust breaker is ≥10 minutes.

Abstract

Job safety in the construction sector in Indonesia is a pressing issue, with accident rates still high despite conventional efforts to improve them. This research aims to overcome this issue by utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) through Smart Helmets. The Smart Helmet is equipped with an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensor to detect falls and monitor worker orientation and movement in realtime. This system uses MongoDB for data storage and Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) with ESP32 and HELTEC LoRa32 V2 for signal transmission. The MPU9250 9DOF sensor is used to obtain data from the IMU, while Sensor Fusion and Kalman Filter are used to increase the accuracy of sensor data measurements. The research design research method is applied through the needs identification, design, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of this research are able to monitor workers' movements and orientation and detect work accidents in the construction sector.
