Abstract

This study analyzes the Influence of Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction. The articles used as research samples were published nationally, indexed by Google Scholar, and Sinta. The articles used as samples were published from 2019-2024 with the title Influence of Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction. The results of a review of 15 studies showed an influence of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.57 (95% CI = 0.371 to 0.991). Research inconsistency shows a high value. High inconsistency in research indicates that the results between studies are inconsistent, possibly due to differences in methodology, samples, or context. This indicates that the relationship between variables is not universal and requires further analysis. Varied correlation results will indicate a high heterogeneity value. High heterogeneity indicates that the research results are inconsistent, with different correlation values.

Abstract

The increasing use of digital applications among fan communities encourages the importance of understanding the factors that influence user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness on user satisfaction in the Weverse application. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods, this study examines the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis results show that Accuracy, Format, and Ease of Use have a significant influence on user satisfaction, while Content and Timeliness have no significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables contribute 54.1% to user satisfaction, based on the Adjusted R Square results. In conclusion, technical factors such as information accuracy, ease of use, and presentation format play an important role in increasing app user satisfaction, while content and timeliness of information have a smaller role. The findings provide valuable insights for app developers in improving user experience and maintaining customer loyalty in the competitive digital age.

Abstract

LoRa (Long Range) is a leading technology in Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN), ideal for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Designed for long-range communication with low power consumption, LoRa is used in monitoring navigation buoys, critical aids in marine waters. An IoT-based monitoring system is essential for maintaining buoy functionality. LoRaWAN, with a range of 15 kilometers under line of sight (LoS) conditions, is employed for IoT connectivity in this system. In this study, 915 MHz LoRa communication was used in buoy monitoring, with performance evaluated based on signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and received signal strength indicator (RSSI). Measurements showed an average RSSI greater than -120 dB and an average SNR greater than -20 dB, indicating LoRa's suitability as a communication network for buoy monitoring systems.

Abstract

This paper describes simulation on image reconstruction of concrete with rebars by filtered back projection algorithm using PHITS and MATLAB program. In PHITS simulation, a source of Cs-137 and NaI (Tl) detector were used. Concrete block with one rebar was carried out with PHITS simulation. The sample of another concrete block with two rebars with different diameters was also conducted. Linear attenuation coefficient values of the concrete were calculated. These phantoms were rotated with 2.8125 degree intervals over 0 to 180° in PHITS simulation. The objects were scanned with the parallel beam method and the projection data were obtained. The data was built into the image using filtered back projection (FBP) algorithm. The ‘spline’ interpolation and ‘Hamming’ filter functions were chosen for the clearest image in image reconstruction. The results indicated that the reconstructed images of the concrete containing one rebar and two rebars can be observed clearly in MATLAB.

Abstract

The article discusses the challenges in traditional educational assessment methods, such as limited personalization, inefficient feedback, and an overemphasis on lower-order thinking skills. The study aims to explore the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational assessment, identifying current trends, assessing its impact on learning, and forecasting future developments. A systematic literature review (SLR) was employed to examine the integration of AI in both formative and summative assessments. The findings reveal that AI-based assessment systems provide adaptive, personalized feedback, promote student engagement, and foster individualized learning paths. AI technologies, like machine learning and natural language processing, are particularly effective in providing real-time feedback and evaluating higher-order competencies, including critical thinking and creativity. However, challenges such as data privacy and algorithmic bias remain critical concerns. The study concludes that AI has significant potential to transform educational assessment, offering more dynamic, efficient, and personalized evaluation methods. Future research should focus on addressing ethical concerns like data privacy and algorithmic bias while enhancing AI-driven assessments' adaptability and scalability to support diverse learner needs.

Abstract

New methods and best practices are being used to enhance the software lifecycle because of the recent expansion of the software industry. Agile development approaches have also been widely used, and they have positively affected people's lives and the operations of enterprises. Although agility makes working with developers easier, it does not offer enough chances to collaborate with users. In early Agile formulations, User Experience (UX) was not recognized as a distinct part of software development. The tricky part is figuring out where to integrate them and how to merge them so that the two parts interact. Combining user experience with Agile approaches is the subject of this research's proposed systematic literature review (SLR). This research found ten relevant studies highlighting the growing interest and research in merging these two critical areas of software engineering. In conclusion, this research found some papers or studies integrating user experience into Agile methodologies. Many techniques are used, and all studies have different approaches to integrate them.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the design and performance evaluation of small scale corn shelling machine. The motor power of the corn shelling machine is 0.75 hp and rotational speed is 1400 rpm. This motor used v-belt transmission system to drive the shelling cylinder shaft. The number of a belt is used in this transmission system. The standard diameter of the corn shaft is 25 mm. The ASME code equation is used to design the shaft for corn shelling machine. Single-row deep groove ball bearing is selected for left and right bearing of corn shaft. The average shelling efficiency, output capacity and damage efficiency of corn were compared with difference spike teeth and various speeds. The average shelling efficiency of 24, 27 and 30 spike teeth are 87 %, 94 % and 81 %. The average output capacity of 24, 27 and 30 spike teeth are 232 kg/h, 281 kg/h and 263 kg/h. The average damage efficiency of 24, 27 and 30 spike teeth are 13 %, 6 % and 19 % respectively. The maximum shelling efficiency and output capacity are found 27 spike teeth at cylinder speed of 690 rpm. The minimum damage efficiency is 6% at 27 spike teeth.

Abstract

This investigation provides a critical assessment of the governance practices in project management within the development of the Single Submission Quarantine Customs (SSM QC) system at the Indonesia National Single Window Agency (LNSW). Employing the Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model (KPM3), the study meticulously compares existing management operations against the established Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards. It uncovers pivotal governance deficiencies that hinder the maturation of project management processes. The research sheds light on the necessity for systematic improvements, particularly in areas of risk assessment, human resources, procurement, and quality control. Recommendations from this study advocate for the adoption of robust governance frameworks and strategic management enhancements. The implementation of these recommendations is projected to significantly uplift LNSW's strategic project alignment, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness, marking a substantial advancement in the domain of software project management and setting a precedent for future research in this area.
