Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance and to determine Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Selapajang Village Office, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency. The research methodology uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 85 respondents. The analysis method used is a partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results of the study indicate that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Selapajang Village Office, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency, as evidenced by the t-count value of 8.462> t-table 1.989 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. 2) Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Selapajang Village Office, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency, as evidenced by the t-count value of 10.930> t-table 1.989 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. 3) Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Selapajang Village Office, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency, as evidenced by the calculated f value of 67.589 > ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The advancement of the digital era has significantly driven organizational transformation through the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS). This article aims to comprehensively review the latest trends in MIS, its implementation in Indonesia, and the challenges encountered. Employing an exploratory literature study approach with a descriptive design, data were collected from primary sources such as government reports and company documents, and secondary sources including indexed scientific journals and professional publications from the 2021-2026 period. Content analysis was used to systematically identify and present the findings. The results indicate that modern MIS trends are dominated by the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), the adoption of cloud-based solutions, the utilization of big data analytics, and the strengthening of information security. Implementation in Indonesia, examined through case studies in the healthcare and business sectors, demonstrates the potential to improve service quality and operational efficiency. However, various challenges persist, such as low user discipline, infrastructure limitations, weak system integration, and data protection issues. This article concludes that successful MIS implementation requires a holistic approach encompassing the enhancement of human resource competence, strengthening of technological infrastructure, and sustained policy support. Reference management tools like Mendeley also play a crucial role in supporting research productivity and academic writing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Management Information Systems (MIS) on organizational decision-making processes. The background of this research is the increasing business complexity and data volume that can no longer be optimally managed by conventional MIS, necessitating the integration of AI technology to enhance decision quality. The method employed is a systematic literature review, analyzing 20 primary articles from reputable international journals and academic books published between 2015 and 2024. Secondary data were obtained from scientific databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Springer, and IEEE, and then analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis approaches. The findings indicate that the implementation of AI in MIS has a significant impact on the quality of decision-making at operational, tactical, and strategic levels. This impact is manifested in five main dimensions: (1) increased processing speed and real-time decision response; (2) enhanced accuracy and precision through machine learning; (3) reduction of bias and subjectivity with a data-driven approach; (4) achievement of efficiency and competitive advantage; and (5) the emergence of ethical risks and AI governance that need to be anticipated. These findings confirm that AI acts as a decision support system based on big data analytics, shifting the decision-making paradigm towards a more scientific and measurable approach (data-driven decision making). However, AI's effectiveness heavily depends on data quality, technological infrastructure readiness, human resource competence, and transparent and accountable algorithm governance. The implications of this research affirm that synergistic collaboration between humans and AI, with humans as the controllers of context and ethics, is key to creating adaptive and competitive management information systems in the digital era. This study contributes to the development of an effective framework for AI implementation within organizations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the competition of café businesses in Cianjur, where the atmosphere of the café and the price of the product are important factors that affect customer satisfaction. Cafe Maraloka Cianjur takes advantage of the comfort of the atmosphere and the right pricing to attract and retain customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of café atmosphere and price on customer satisfaction. The research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive and verifiable approach. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to as many as 90 respondents, using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show that the atmosphere of the café and the price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, improving the quality of the atmosphere and the corresponding price can drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on tourist reviews and its implications for tourist visits to the Curug Cikondang natural attraction in Cianjur Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The main variables examined include Service Quality (X), Tourist Reviews (Y), and Tourist Visits (Z). The population comprises all tourists who have visited Curug Cikondang, with a total of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed through SPSS version 25.0. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist reviews, tourist reviews have a positive and significant effect on tourist visits. Service quality has a positive but insignificant direct effect on tourist visits and tourist reviews act as a significant mediating variable between service quality and tourist visits (Sobel test Z = 4.255, p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate that digital reviews play a crucial mediating role between on-site service experiences and tourist visit decisions. Practically, it is recommended that the Curug Cikondang management improve service quality, enhance infrastructure, and actively manage digital reviews to strengthen the destination image and foster tourist loyalty.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the telecommunications industry, which requires companies not only to provide high-quality services but also to utilize digital promotion effectively in order to maintain customer loyalty. In the digital era, service quality and digital promotion play an important role in building long-term relationships with customers. XLSmart , as one of the telecommunications service providers in Cianjur Regency, implements service quality improvement and digital promotion strategies to enhance customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality and digital promotion on customer loyalty at XLSmart in Cianjur Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active XLSmart customers. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that service quality and digital promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving service quality and implementing effective digital promotion strategies are able to enhance and sustain customer loyalty at XLSmart in Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the role of external assurance in strengthening the credibility of sustainability reports using a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) approach. A total of 30 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2026 and indexed in Scopus were analyzed based on predefined criteria, including relevance to external assurance in sustainability or ESG disclosure, English language, and full-text availability. The findings indicate that external assurance predominantly exerts a positive and substantive impact on reporting credibility. Specifically, 22 out of 30 studies report that assurance enhances disclosure quality, strengthens governance mechanisms, reduces information asymmetry, improves firm value, and increases stakeholder trust. These results are consistent with Stakeholder Theory, Agency Theory, and Legitimacy Theory, which position assurance as a mechanism of accountability, monitoring, and legitimacy building. However, 8 studies highlight symbolic or limited effects, particularly when assurance scope is constrained or regulatory frameworks are weak. Overall, external assurance demonstrates strong potential to enhance sustainability reporting credibility, although its effectiveness depends on regulatory quality, assurance standards, and corporate governance strength.

Abstract

The digital era has impacted various fields, including marketing, which requires business actors to utilize social media as a promotional tool. In practice, Bagus Tailor has not utilized social media optimally, so marketing activities are still dominated by traditional methods and have an impact on less than optimal sales. This study aims to analyze the use of social media, obstacles in using social media, and strategies for utilizing social media at Bagus Tailor. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with informants consisting of owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis was carried out using NVivo software through a process of coding, categorization, and theme extraction. The results of the study indicate that social media, especially Instagram and WhatsApp, are used as a means of promotion, delivering service information, and direct communication with customers, thereby increasing market reach, purchasing power, and customer loyalty, which has an impact on increasing sales. However, there are obstacles in the use of social media such as limited time, digital skills, human resources, and consistency in content management. To overcome these obstacles, a social media utilization strategy is needed through consistent content upload scheduling, increasing digital competency, optimizing social media features, and strengthening interactions with customers so that digital marketing can run more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh strategi suspense dalam live streaming produk fashion terhadap impulse buying dengan persepsi nilai dan persepsi harapan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi. Mengadopsi desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 145 responden pengguna TikTok Shop yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif produk fashion saat live streaming. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen suspense (preview fuzziness, suspense setting, dan delight creation) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi nilai dan persepsi harapan konsumen. Lebih lanjut, baik persepsi nilai maupun persepsi harapan terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme psikologis konsumen memegang peranan penting dalam mentransformasikan elemen ketegangan menjadi keputusan pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty of AQUA gallon products at AQUA Home Service (AHS) Fiska, Bandung City. The research is motivated by the decline in AQUA gallon sales by 12.76% from January to November 2025, while competing brands experienced significant growth. A quantitative verificative approach was employed using a survey method. The sample consisted of 109 active customers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Brand trust shows a more dominant influence compared to brand image. These results highlight that customer loyalty in the bottled drinking water distribution sector is strongly influenced by customers’ confidence in product consistency and brand credibility. The study provides managerial implications for strengthening long-term customer loyalty through trust-based marketing strategies.
