Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Reward (2) Punishment; (3) Kinerja Pegawai; serta (4) Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatori, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para staf di lingkungan pegawai Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa Reward pada pegawai Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor ternyata pegawai memberikan tanggapan baik, Punishment pada pegawai Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor pada umumnya dapat dikatakan baik, kinerja pegawai pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor saat ini dinilai baik. Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor. Namun secara parsial Reward dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai daripada Punishment. Karena Reward lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, menjadi prioritas pertama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. maka Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sains Baiturrahman Jatinangor disarankan untuk tetap konsisten mempertahankan sistem reward yang ada, sehingga pegawai mampu bekerja lebih profesional Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze : (1) Reward, (2) Punishment, (3) Employee Performance, and (4) The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees in the Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the staff in the Islamic Elementary Science environment Baiturrahman Jatinangor with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality and time horizon in this study is croos-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the reward of the Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor employees turned out to give good responses, Punishment for Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor employees in general can be said to be good, Employee performance of Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor this time rated good. Simultaneously Reward and Punishment affect the performance of Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor employees. But partially, the dominant reward influences employee performance rather than punishment. Becauce Reward are more dominant in influencing employee performance, it is the first priority inimproving employeeperformance then Islamic Elementary Science School Baiturrahman Jatinangor is advised to remain consistent in maintaining the existing reward system, so that employees are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on university performance with learning organization and university culture as intervening variables. Samples and data in this study were obtained from 73 international Women University students using questionnaires. Sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and descriptive analysis using SPSS. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on university performance with an influence on the structural level relatively close to moderate. Transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on learning organizations and university culture. Learning organizations and university culture have a positive effect on university performance. Learning organizations in mediating the indirect influence of transformational leadership on university performance have no significant influence. University culture in mediating the indirect influence of transformational leadership on university performance has a significant influence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tentang strategi kewirausahaan yang inovatif dan kreatif untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kelurahan Kebon Kangkung Kecamatan Kiaracondong Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi inovasi kewirausahaan yang tepat secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kelurahan Kebon Kangkung Kecamatan Kiaracondong Kota Bandung. Inovasi produk, kreativitas dalam pemasaran, serta kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika pasar lokal terbukti menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Kesimpulannya, inovasi yang berkelanjutan dan orientasi pasar yang kuat sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk mempertahankan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan untuk fokus pada pengembangan inovasi dan kolaborasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has transformed the way consumers interact with brands, largely influenced by the proliferation of online marketing campaigns. With the increasing use of digital platforms, businesses are leveraging targeted campaigns to influence consumer behavior, which plays a crucial role in purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the impact of online marketing campaigns on consumer behavior in Indonesia's e-commerce market, focusing on how elements such as personalization, promotions, and social media engagement shape consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing surveys distributed to 400 e-commerce users across major cities in Indonesia. The data was analyzed using statistical tools to determine the correlation between the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and changes in consumer behavior. The results indicate that personalized marketing campaigns, especially those delivered via social media platforms, have a significant positive effect on consumer engagement and purchase intent, with 68% of respondents more likely to complete a purchase following exposure to tailored promotions. Additionally, discounts and limited-time offers were found to be the most effective drivers of consumer action, contributing to increased sales and brand loyalty. However, the study also identifies challenges such as consumer skepticism towards overly aggressive marketing tactics, which may lead to decreased trust in the brand. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the strategies that can enhance consumer engagement and purchasing behavior in Indonesia’s dynamic e-commerce market, offering practical recommendations for marketers to optimize their online campaigns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi inovasi bisnis Food & Beverage (F&B) dan peran digital bisnis dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan di Hanan Academy. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap founder, Instruktur, dan peserta program (ibu-ibu wirausaha), penelitian ini mengungkap model inovasi komprehensif yang diimplementasikan dan tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hanan Academy menerapkan empat strategi inovasi utama: inovasi produk berbasis kearifan lokal, inovasi proses dengan teknologi tepat guna, inovasi pemasaran digital, dan inovasi model bisnis kolaboratif. Transformasi digital menjadi katalisator utama dalam akselerasi pengembangan wirausaha F&B dengan fokus pada e-commerce, digital branding, fintech, dan analitik data. Keunikan pendekatan Hanan Academy terletak pada integrasi berkelanjutan antara pendampingan langsung (offline Instrukturing) dengan pemanfaatan platform digital yang menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inklusif dan adaptif. Rekomendasi penelitian meliputi penguatan kolaborasi triple helix (akademisi-bisnis-pemerintah), pengembangan platform digital terintegrasi, dan peningkatan kapasitas literasi digital untuk mempercepat pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan melalui kewirausahaan F&B di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi,berdampak pada keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan karena stres kerja. Metode sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel penelitian dari 30 karyawan PT.Continental Cosmetic. Salah satu jenis pengambilan sampel probabilitas adalah menggunakan setiap anggota populasi sebagai sampel dikenal sebagai sampling jenuh. Setiap komponen atau anggota populasi tidak memiliki kesempatan yang setara untuk dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel ini. Karena populasi berjumlah 30 orang, setiap orang di dalamnya diambil sebagai sampel penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa beban kerja mempengaruhi stress kerja secara signifikan, tetapi kompensasi mempengaruhi stress kerja dan niat untuk keluar (turnover intention) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Begitu pula, beban kerja juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk keluar.

Abstract

Sometimes the working relationship established between employers and workers or trade unions can run well. Sometimes differences in goals or interests owned by the two parties can cause conflicts or disputes that, if the organization or company cannot handle them properly, will harm the sustainability of the business undertaken by the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to have an industrial relations dispute resolution mechanism that can be done in two ways: through litigation (court) and non-litigation (outside the court). This study aims to provide a pattern of research overview with the theme of industrial relations dispute resolution with data obtained from several reputable international/national journals published between 2017 to 2023. The research method used, namely in the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Method, is useful in identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting many studies obtained with research topics or themes that attract attention, as well as with certain relevant research questions. The results showed that the dominant platform used in research on the theme of industrial relations dispute resolution is the settlement mechanism and the role of trade unions in resolving labour relations disputes.
