Abstract

  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality on the purchase decision of dimsum bang adwa in south tangerang partially. to determine the effect of price on the purchase decision of dimsum bang adwa in south tangerang partially. to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on the purchase decision of dimsum bang adwa in south tangerang simultaneously. this research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. the population is 12,284 consumers, sampling can use saturated sampling, so the sample is all employees totaling 99 consumers. data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test, there is an effect of product quality (x1) with a t count of 4.669 and a significance of 0.000. because t count is greater than t table (4.669> 1.984) and the significance is less than 5% then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, it can be stated that product quality (x1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (y). there is an influence of promotion (x2) with a t count of 7.531 and a significance of 0.000. because t count is greater than t table (7.531 > 1.984) and the significance is less than 5% (0.000) then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, it can be stated that promotion (x2) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (y). there is a significant influence between product quality and price on consumer satisfaction. based on the results of the analysis in the table above, namely the anova test, the f count value is 76.718 while f table (฀ 0.05) for n = 96 is 2.70. so f count> from f table (฀ 0.05) or 76.718> 2.70, with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that product quality (x1), promotion (x2) and together have an effect on consumer satisfaction (y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy and promotional strategy of Vivo Smartphone in increasing brand awareness among teenagers. The rapid growth of the smartphone industry has created intense competition among companies in attracting consumers, particularly in the teenage segment, which represents a highly potential market with unique characteristics such as high technology usage, strong engagement with social media, and a tendency to follow trends. This situation requires companies to develop effective communication and promotional strategies to attract attention and build emotional connections with young consumers.This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with teenage Vivo users and smartphone sellers, direct observation of promotional activities, and documentation of digital campaign materials. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, referring to the Miles and Huberman model, with data validity strengthened through source and method triangulation.The results of the study indicate that Vivo consistently utilizes digital media as the main tool for marketing communication, aligning with the lifestyle of teenagers. The strategies implemented include the use of social media, creative digital campaigns, collaborations with influencers, and interactive advertisements to build emotional engagement. In addition, promotional strategies are carried out through event sponsorships, collaborations with e-commerce platforms, discount programs, and product bundling. The combination of integrated communication strategies and innovative promotions has proven effective in enhancing consumer interaction, expanding market reach, and strengthening Vivo’s brand awareness and competitiveness among teenagers

Abstract

at Primaya Hospital, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique for determining the sample size used in this study uses the Slovin method. Based on the existing population of 420 people, the number of samples used in this study if calculated using the Slovin method is 80.76 which is rounded up to 81 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis is carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that partially, job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 6.729 + 0.836 X1 and a calculated t-value > t-table (10.398 > 1.990) with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect with the regression equation Y = 6.431 + 0.877 X2 and the calculated t-value > t-table (12.353 > 1.990) with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. So, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, work stress and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.709 + 0.414 X1 + 0.593 X2 and the calculated F value > F table (105.991 > 3.11) with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. So, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and physical work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach by utilizing survey methods to collect data from the population or samples in the company. The sample uses saturated sampling, so all employees are sampled in this study. The analysis method in data processing is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload value t count (1.464 <1.664). This is also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig. 0.05 or (0.147 > 0.05). Thus, H0 is accepted, this indicates that there is no significant influence partially between workload and employee performance. The value of the physical work environment t count (6.419>1.664). This is strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). Thus, H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a partial significant influence between the physical work environment and employee performance. For the simultaneous test, F count = (74.206>2.33) is obtained, this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). This indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence between workload and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of Current Ratio (CR) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015 – 2024, to determine the partial effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015 – 2024, to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015 – 2024. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample used in this study is in the form of balance sheet and profit and loss reports at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk, for the period 2015 - 2024. The results of the study between the Current Ratio (CR) variable have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) namely t count of 2.908> t table 2.36462 with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) with a t count of 2.374> t table 2.36462 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. The Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) with a calculated F value of 6.525 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Price Variable (X1), Product Quality (X2), Purchasing Decision (Y), and the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Es Kopi Surya Plascup in South Tangerang City. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the population in this study is 2,120 consumers. The sample used in this study uses the entire population of 96 consumers as respondents. In this study the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The results of the Promotion variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t value of 7.974> t table 1.661 and a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05 The results of the Product Quality variable significantly influence Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t value of 8.081> t table 1.660 and a sig. value. of 0.000 < 0.05 The results of the Price and Product Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated f value of 38.194 > f table 3.095 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organiza-tional commitment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Tambang Mitra Jaya. The method used is quantitative associative research, mean-ing to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The partial and simultaneous sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 80 respond-ents. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 25 program. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 47.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (3.143> 1.665). Job satisfaction commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 64.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.103> 1.665). Work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant ef-fect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Ŷ = 5.089 + 0.268X1 + 0.598X2 + e, a correlation value of 0.829. The coefficient of determination is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is explained by other factors. Hypothe-sis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (84.731 > 3.115).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The object of the study was the employees of PT Kanan Media Creative. This study is a quantitative research and survey research. Data were obtained from the distribution of interviews, questionnaires, and supported by literature studies. Data processing in this study used SPSS version 29, with data analysis used namely descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The sample taken in this study was 50 respondents, according to the number of employees at PT Kanan Media Creative. The results of the study show that, partially the influence of work discipline on employee performance has a t valuestatistic 3,891 > ttable1.678 and the probability value is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H0rejected and H1accepted, it can be concluded that partially the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The influence of the work environment on employee performance has a t valuestatistic 2,682 > ttable1.678 and the probability value is 0.010 < 0.05, indicating that H0rejected and H2accepted, it can be concluded that partially the Work Environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously, the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance has a regression formula of KK = 5.679 + 0.0.494DK + 0.365LK + ԑ, with the results of the F value calculationcountof 34,645 > Ftable3.195 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H0rejected and H3accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneously the Work Discipline variable (X1) and Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share on Stock Returns at PT Sidomuncul Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2024. The data analysis methods used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, T-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study show that the Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no effect on stock returns with a t-value of 1.049 < t-table 2.447 and a significance value of 0.335 > 0.05. Return on Equity also has no partial effect on stock returns with a t-value of 0.860 < t-table 2.447 and a significance value of 0.423 > 0.05. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share partially has a significant effect on stock returns with a t-value of 6.985 > t-table 2.447 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on Stock Return with a t-value of 16.344 > t-table 4.76 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Promotion and Customer Relationship Management on Bank Mandiri Customer Satisfaction in the Use of Mobile Banking Livin 'By Mandiri (Study at Bank Mandiri Tangerang City Branch) both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative associative. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 109 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that partially the promotion variable has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.030 (<0.05). Meanwhile, the customer relationship management variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously, promotion and customer relationship management have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with an F count value of 47.955 and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, customer relationship management is the most dominant variable in increasing customer satisfaction of Livin' by Mandiri users at Bank Mandiri Tangerang City branch
