Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui macam-macam metode yang digunakan para petani dalam mengelola (manajemen) keuangan hasil pertaninnya dan juga untuk mengetahui dampak dari berbagai macam macam metode yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan membandingkan dan menggali sumber sumber data terkait dengan manajemen keuangan petani yang sering digunakan sekelompok petani Tebu dan kopi dalam mengelola hasil panen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Hasil Panen masyarakat menggunakn dua metode yaitu hasul panen lansung dijual dan di timbun, yang kedua-duanya mempunyai kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelemahan metode hasil panen langsung dijual mereka sulit dalam penggunaan uang mengingat kebutuhan sehari-hari kurang bisa terkontrol dengan anggapan mereka terdorong untuk selalu menggunakan uangnya, sedangkan kelebihan dari metode ini adalah mereka beranggapan bahwa metode ini lebih bisa merasakan hasil pertanian mengingat uang yang mereka terima bersifat kumulatih secara langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, describe and interpret what factors influence women's empowerment so that it can improve the family's economic welfare. This study is a descriptive study using structured interviews. Subjects were 30 female batik entrepreneurs in Pejagoan and Alian Districts. The results show both women entrepreneurs run businesses to help the family economy and still have little business knowledge, so the local government still has to provide assistance for the progress of the batik industry, especially those owned by women.

Abstract

At this time technology is growing well, so that the existing technology becomes sophisticated. Sophisticated technology can be utilized to conduct marketing activities such as promotional activities like promotional products via the internet (online advertising). The development of online advertising in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, so when opening the internet, online advertising is always appear. Too much online ads that appear not necessarily make the internet media as the right media. Online advertising can be said to be ineffective because based on research states that people avoid advertising because it interferes with the main purpose when accessing the internet. However, on the other hand online advertising can be said to be effective because of its wide range, it can determine segmentation, and need low budget. Therefore, this topic needs to be examined more deeply to see if online advertising is really effective or not.

Abstract

Nowadays, more and more companies continuously conduct product innovation in order to survive the market competition. One of the strategy to survive the competition is by advertising. Advertisement can be done through a lot of platform, for instance: television, radio, newspaper, magazine, and online platform. In this technological era, advertisement through television is still preferable. According to research, advertising through television is one of the most effective platform since spending rate due to tv commercials is increasing every single year. But on the other hand, television could also be not the most effective platform due to high advertising cost, vast segmentation, and unorganized running time. Because of that reason, it should be researched further whether advertising through television is effective or not.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebuah kelayakan PT.BPR Arta Waringin Jaya dengan memfokuskan pada aspe potensi daerah (Makro Ekonomi). peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Penelitian ini fokus pada aspek minat masyarakat, tingkat persaingan lembaga keuangan, potensi tabungan, potensi kredit baru dan target pasar dalam penyaluran dan penghimpunan dana. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dan uji reliabilitas dengan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat beberapa nilai korelasi lebih besar dari nilai cut off sebesar 0.3 dengan artian data bersifat valid dan reliabel dan analisis dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian pasar yang telah dilakukan untuk minat masyarakat terhadap BPR yang diukur dari keberadaan BPR di Banyuwangi, pelayanan yang diberikan, profesionalitas layanan, menawarkan produk yang menarik serta kemudahan dalam akses pelayanan perbankan dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat masyarakat merespons sangat positif terhadap keberadaan PT BPR Artha Waringin Situbondo.

Abstract

Low financial literacy will have an impact on making decisions in daily life. Making wrong decisions will end in poor and ineffective economic management that can lead to financial vulnerable behavior and crises and potentially suffer losses due to financial sector crime. The level of financial literacy will vary according to the demographics. Women, minorities and low income tend to have low levels of financial literacy. Likewise with age, age determines the point of view of people towards something. Generation Y is the generation born in the years 1980-1994 where this generation is very closely related to technology and has different habits with other generations. The purpose of this study is to measure the financial literacy index in the millennial generation. This study uses a type of descriptive research so that researchers describe the index that has been calculated previously. Then it tested for its effect on financial behavior. The test results show basic and sharia financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. It show by thet value of both variables are greater than t table (3.147> 1.97; 2.512> 1.97). The more someone understands the financial concept, the more he is able to manage his finances well.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to investigate the effect between the marketing mix components; Products (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Place (X4) on the Buying decision (Y) of clothing consumers at the selected department stores in Malang City. The population in this study was all the clothing consumers at the selected department stores in Malang City. Sampling was done by Proportional random sampling technique, and obtained the sample of 150 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis on the SPSS 21 program. The results validated that Products (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Place (X4) have a significant effect on the consumers’ buying decision (Y). This is showed by the significance value (p-value) < α (0.05) both in partial and simultaneous test. The influence of all components of the marketing mix on the consumers’ buying decision is 50.3% (R square 0.503). In addition, the component of marketing mix with the biggest influence is promotion (Standardized coefficient 0.334). Therefore, it can be concluded that the marketing mix has a significant effect on the buying decision of clothing consumers of department stores in Malang City.

Abstract

Colleges have the opportunity to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the younger generation before they begin to enter the real world of work. STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is an information technology-based colleges that encourage students to become entrepreneurs. To be able to find out the effectiveness of conducting entrepreneurship education and the interest of STMIK STIKOM Indonesia students in entrepreneurship, a study was conducted on the influence of entrepreneurial personality, entrepreneurial knowledge, and the environment on the interests of STMIK STIKOM Indonesia student entrepreneurship. This research is a quantitative research that uses survey methods. The population of this study was STMIK STIKOM Indonesia students. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaires and the determination of samples using simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that entrepreneurial personality, entrepreneurial knowledge and the environment have a significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia students.

Abstract

Realitas keberadaan Pasar Candak Kulak adalah suatu fenomena yang dapat dilihat secara langsung mulai dari segi kondisi dan keadaan nyata atas adanya Pasar Abstrak yang disebut Candak Kulak di daerah Blitar selatan yakni Panggungduwet. Hal yang lebih spesifik terkait fenomena itu dengan melibatkan kenyataan yang ada dari masyarakat Panggungduwet dimana fokus kenyataan itu dapat ditujukan pada perekonomian. Fokus yang ditujukan pada perekonomian masyarakat Panggungduwet memiliki maksud sebagai tolok ukur dalam menguraikan dan memaparkan atau menggambarkan keadaan Pasar Candak Kulak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan keberadaan Pasar Candak Kulak bagi perekonomian masyarakat di Panggungduwet. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dalam penelitian kualitatif yang berdasarkan pengalaman pedagang di Panggungduwet pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah ilustrasi terkait pasar “Candak Kulak” mulai dari keberadaan pasar ditengah-tengah masyarakat hingga transaksi di pasar tersebut yang memiliki ciri dengan adanya monopoli harga pasar yang dilakukan oleh tengkulak Jadi, penetapan harga di pasar Panggungduwet ditentukan oleh tengkulak. Saran penelitian ini perlu adanya pasar dikawasan tersebut guna mengurangi monopoli harga, sehingga ekonomi warga terjaga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas informasi dan sistem SINKAD, layanan akademik dan non-akademik yang dilaksanakan pada Lembaga Pendidikan Wearnes Education Center Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 90 responden mahasiswa jalur regular Tahun Akademik 2017-2018 Wearnes Education Center Malang yang berstatus aktif kuliah dalam proses penyusunan laporan On The Job Training saat penyebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan Teknik Analisa regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian didukung data kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menguatkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Relevansi informasi yang disajikan oleh SINKAD mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (2) Kualitas sistem SINKAD tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (3) Keandalan layanan akademik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (4) Keandalan layanan non-akademik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Wearnes Education Center Malang (5) Kualitas informasi SINKAD, kualitas sistem SINKAD, kualitas layanan akademik dan kualitas layanan non-akademik secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.
