Abstract

Training on entrepreneurship to become a muzakki aims to provide an attractive platform for entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs to contribute to the development of the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is a guide for Muslims in the world. Imitating the practice of charity in the style of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions is a reflection of humans becoming rich. This is as explained in the word of Allah surah as-shaff verses 10 and 11. This activity aims to socialize the Tazkia institute. This activity is also carried out through training and providing material related to asking for entrepreneurship to become a muzakki.

Abstract

In this modern era marked by rapid advancements in knowledge and technology, changes are occurring across various domains of life. One response to these changes is community engagement, which aims to integrate innovations and new knowledge into everyday life. In this context, the organized community engagement has three primary objectives that are highly significant. Firstly, community engagement aims to integrate Islamic digital finance courses with community empowerment. This entails not only providing training or courses on Islamic digital finance but also imparting understanding and skills to the community in applying these concepts in their daily lives. Consequently, communities can benefit from technological advancements in the context of Islamic finance, thereby enhancing financial inclusion and economic empowerment. Secondly, community engagement aims to enhance Tazkia's image as a pioneer in Islamic digital business and finance. Through these activities, Tazkia can demonstrate its commitment to innovation and development in the field of Islamic finance. This not only helps improve the institution's reputation but also strengthens its position as a leading center in Islamic finance education and research. Thirdly, community engagement aims to market TAZKIA to the targeted market segments. By organizing relevant and informative seminars and talk shows, Tazkia can reach a wider audience and introduce its services to them. This is a crucial step in expanding the institution's reach and increasing community participation in the programs offered. In addition to these three primary objectives, community engagement also has further impacts. For instance, through outputs such as articles written by Tazkia students, this engagement can strengthen student involvement in academic activities and provide a platform for them to share their knowledge and experiences. Furthermore, by providing theoretical and practical knowledge to participants, community engagement is expected to make a tangible contribution to the development of the Islamic digital finance sector and community empowerment on a broader scale.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peranan strategis untuk meningkatkan literasi financial technology (Fintech) syariah dikalangan generasi-Z. Guru memiliki kesempatan berinteraksi dan mensosialisasikan Fintech syariah kepada anak didik. Namun, banyak guru yang belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup terkait Fintech Syariah. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk Seminar Nasional ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan Financial Technology (Fintech) Syariah kepada para guru. Seminar yang dibuka oleh Deputi Direktur Group Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan Syariah Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) ini diikuti oleh 97 guru Mata Pelajaran (MP) Ekonomi SMA/MA, para guru MP Ekonomi Syariah, guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) anggota Asosiasi Guru Ekonomi Syariah Indonesia (AGESI) yang tersebar di berbagai provinsi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Community service is a concept and practice where individuals, groups, or institutions make a positive contribution to society in a sustainable manner. The goal of this service is to improve the quality of life, address social issues, and support sustainable development. One form of this service is through educational development by conducting studies of classical Islamic texts in the Friday Literacy program. Classical Islamic texts refer to traditional Islamic literature that covers various religious aspects such as religious knowledge, fiqh (Islamic law), tafsir (Qur'anic exegesis), hadith (traditions of Prophet Muhammad), aqidah (beliefs), and others. Studying these texts can have a significant positive impact on the Muslim community, including enhancing understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthening faith, and improving religious practices. In the Friday Literacy program for the 2023/2024 period, the focus of the study is directed towards the book Ihya Ulumuddin by Imam Al-Ghazali and understanding of waqf (endowment). Ihya Ulumuddin is one of the monumental works in Islamic literature that covers various aspects of spirituality and Islamic ethics. Through this study, it is hoped that the community can gain a deeper understanding of Islamic values and the importance of waqf in community empowerment and socio-economic development.

Abstract

Indeks literasi wakaf nasional tahun 2020 menunjukkan literasi masyarakat Indonesia masih rendah. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya penghimpunan wakaf nasional. Oleh karenanya, edukasi masyarakat tentang wakaf adalah suatu hal yang perlu dilakukan. Salah satu bentuk edukasi masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan membedah dan menerjemahkan kitab yang membahas wakaf. Salah satu buku kontemporer yang membahas tentang wakaf adalah "واﻟﺤﺪﯾﺚ اﻟﻘﺪﯾﻢ ﻣﺎرفﺼ اﻟﻮﻗﻒ ﻓﻲ (Pengalokasian Harta Wakaf di Masa lampau dan Kontemporer)" yang ditulis oleh Syeikh Sulaiman Jasir, seorang penasehat khubara’ al-washaya wa al-awqaf – Saudi Arabia. PkM memiliki dua 3 output; kajian secara live di zoom, streaming d YouTube dan terjemahan buku dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teori behavioral melalui teknik self management dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik di kalangan mahasiswa semester 7 UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan masalah yang umum dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja akademik dan kesehatan mental. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah kunci dalam teknik self management, termasuk pemantauan diri, evaluasi diri, dan penguatan diri. Mahasiswa diajarkan untuk merumuskan tujuan akademik yang spesifik, terukur, dapat dicapai, relevan, dan berbatas waktu (SMART), serta membuat jadwal harian yang mencakup waktu untuk belajar dan beristirahat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif setelah penerapan teknik ini, dengan peningkatan disiplin belajar, pengurangan frekuensi prokrastinasi, dan perbaikan kinerja akademik. Mahasiswa juga melaporkan peningkatan rasa percaya diri dan kesehatan mental yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam tentang penyebab prokrastinasi dan penerapan strategi manajemen diri yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan akademik.

Abstract

Generasi Z, yang lahir antara pertengahan 1990-an hingga awal 2010-an, dihadapkan pada tantangan yang signifikan dalam mengembangkan soft skill, terutama dalam keterampilan public speaking. Meskipun mereka mahir dalam teknologi digital, banyak dari generasi ini mengalami ketidakpercayaan diri saat berbicara di depan umum. Keterampilan public speaking yang kuat tidak hanya krusial untuk kesuksesan karir, tetapi juga untuk keterlibatan aktif dalam kehidupan sosial dan profesional. Pendidikan formal sering kali kurang memadai dalam mengasah keterampilan komunikasi ini, menciptakan kesenjangan antara tuntutan pasar kerja dan persiapan generasi Z. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan soft skill public speaking melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menjadi solusi yang relevan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti urgensi pengembangan keterampilan public speaking pada generasi Z serta merancang program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang efektif untuk memperkuat keterampilan ini. Program yang direncanakan diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, tetapi juga memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan kepemimpinan generasi Z. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi peserta, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak positif yang lebih luas bagi komunitas dengan melahirkan individu yang lebih percaya diri dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan yang kompleks dan dinamis.

Abstract

This activity was carried out to answer the needs of the community regarding inheritance problems that occur, especially in Indonesia. Where inheritance is often a source of family conflict. This seminar is carried out using an online method which is open to the public free of charge. Apart from the seminar, participants were given free inheritance consultation sessions to experts. The results of this activity were quite satisfactory, where the participants were very enthusiastic and asked for a personal consultation session after the seminar. On the other hand, it is known that there is a lot of concern among the general public regarding inheritance problems that occur in their families. Through this program, people who contribute get answers to the problems they experience.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy in Indonesia remains relatively low, especially among students and the general public. Efforts to improve Islamic financial literacy need to be carried out in a structured manner through comprehensive training and certification programs. This community service activity aims to enhance participants' understanding of Sharia-based financial planning through the Associate Wealth Planner Syariah (AWPS) Training and Certification program. The activity was held on January 29, 2026 at the International Class, 3rd Floor, Tazkia University, involving 30–50 participants from Tazkia University students and the general public. Methods used included interactive lectures, case studies, and hands-on practice using the My IFPE Syariah application. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding of Islamic financial planning concepts, as evidenced by evaluation results and positive feedback from participants toward the trainers. Participants who passed the certification received the nationally recognized Associate Wealth Planner (AWP) designation. This activity is expected to serve as a model for Islamic financial literacy training that can be replicated on a wider scale.

Abstract

Teachers and educators play a strategic role in shaping the financial mindset and behavior of the younger generation. However, based on OJK’s 2022 National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK), the Islamic financial literacy index in Indonesia stands at only 9.14%, including among educators. This community service activity aims to enhance teachers’ and educators’ understanding of Islamic-based financial planning through the Islamic Financial Planning for Teacher training program. The activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on December 21, 2024 / 19 Jumadil Akhir 1446 H, from 08.30 to 11.30 WIB, with fewer than 30 participants who are teachers and educators from various provinces across Indonesia. Training materials covered the basic concepts of Islamic financial planning, halal cash flow management, Islamic investment planning, and financial protection through takaful. Evaluation results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of Islamic financial planning concepts, reflected in positive feedback responses from participants. Participants received an e-certificate equivalent to 2 SKP, worksheets, training recordings, and material modules as tools for implementation in their respective school environments. This activity is expected to create a multiplier effect in increasing Islamic financial literacy through the strategic role of teachers as agents of change.
