Abstract

Entrepreneurship training and mentorship have become essential needs for vocational high school students to compete in the digital economy era. The Shopee Affiliate Program offers an opportunity for young people to venture into online business with minimal capital and low risk. This community service activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMKN I Kalianget through a series of technical training and mentoring in using the Shopee Affiliate Program. The methods used in this activity include a participatory approach with stages of socialization, practical training, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' interest and knowledge regarding digital entrepreneurship opportunities. The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews, indicating that the majority of students were interested in utilizing Shopee Affiliate as an initial step in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This mentoring program aims to provide comprehensive insights as a preventive effort against bullying behavior through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Manarul Qur’an. The approach employs lecture methods combined with project-based learning, involving direct participation in poster creation and campaigning. The program begins with an initial socialization session on the concept of bullying, its impacts, and prevention strategies, conducted during the first week of mentoring. In the second week, student empowerment activities are carried out to raise awareness through investigations involving teachers and students. Subsequently, students create anti-bullying posters to voice their concerns regarding bullying threats and conduct anti-bullying campaigns alongside teachers to raise community awareness about the dangers of bullying that must be prevented. The results indicate an increase in students’ knowledge, highlighting that bullying fundamentally contradicts Islamic values and constitutes behavior that must be avoided. The acquired knowledge contributes to shaping students into individuals who are devoted to God and possess noble character. Regarding attitudes, the mentoring program effectively shifts the mindset of both victims and perpetrators, making them realize that bullying behavior is highly detrimental. It also enhances social attitudes, including mutual respect, global diversity awareness, tolerance, and empathy. In terms of skills, the service program based on the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) concept fosters the development of critical thinking related to bullying, independence and responsibility within groups, creativity, and cooperation (gotong royong) through the process of creating and campaigning anti-bullying posters.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the problem of low memorization ability among students at the Al-Qur'an Education Park, which was caused by monotonous and uninteractive tahfidz learning methods. Many students have difficulty remembering and retaining long-term memorization because there is no strategy that combines visual, auditory, and kinesthetic aspects in the process of memorizing the Qur'an. To address this issue, the community service team applied the Five Finger Method as an innovation in Qur'an memorization learning that is easy to understand and enjoyable for children. The community service method was implemented in three stages, namely (1) socialization and training for TPA teachers on the concept and steps of implementing the Five Finger Method, (2) intensive assistance in the tahfidz learning process using this method, and (3) evaluation of students' memorization abilities through observation, interviews, and memorization tests. The approach used was participatory and collaborative, involving teachers, students, and parents as part of the learning community. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the students' memorization abilities and motivation to learn. The students became more active, able to easily remember the order of verses, and more confident in reciting their memorization. Teachers also experienced an increase in their competence in applying creative and communicative learning methods. Overall, the application of the Five Finger Method proved to be effective as a pedagogical innovation that can improve the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization learning at TPA and strengthen the spirit of love for the Al-Qur'an among students.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the declining spirit of da'wah and internalization of Islamic values in the social life of Pragaan Daya Village. Rapid social and economic development is not always accompanied by moral and spiritual strengthening, resulting in various problems such as declining religious participation, weak social awareness, and a lack of role models in community life. Therefore, efforts to strengthen the spirit of da'wah are needed as a strategy to build a superior, religious, and Islamic community. The community service methods used include a participatory and educational approach with several stages of activities, namely: (1) socialization of the importance of contextual and moderate da'wah, (2) training of village da'wah cadres for religious leaders, mosque youth, and Quran teachers, (3) community development through thematic recitations and religious social activities, and (4) da'wah assistance based on economic empowerment of the people. This approach was carried out collaboratively between the community service team, the village government, religious leaders, and local educational institutions. The results of the community service showed an increase in the community's understanding of Islamic values in daily life, the formation of the Pragaan Daya Village Da'wah Cadres, and increased community participation in religious and social activities. In addition, there is a growing collective awareness to make da'wah a social movement that promotes independence, brotherhood, and civilized village development. Thus, strengthening the spirit of da'wah has proven to be effective as a means of shaping Pragaan Daya Village to be superior and Islamic in character.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on revitalizing mosques as centers of empowerment in strengthening the religious beliefs of communities based on social and religious values. The main problem faced by communities is the decline in the function of mosques as centers for community development. Mosques are more often understood as places of ritual worship rather than spaces for social, educational, and spiritual empowerment. This situation has led to a weakening of faith understanding, low community participation in religious activities, and a decline in social solidarity based on Islamic values. The community service method is carried out through a participatory and collaborative approach involving mosque administrators, religious leaders, youth, and the surrounding community. The stages of the activity included: (1) analysis of the needs and potential of mosques as centers for da'wah and empowerment; (2) training in mosque management and capacity building for administrators; (3) aqidah guidance and thematic Islamic studies; (4) development of religious social programs such as Al-Qur'an literacy, mosque-based economics, and social community activities. The results of the community service show that the revitalization of mosques has been able to increase the strategic role of mosques as spiritual and social centers for the community. The community has begun to actively participate in religious and social activities initiated by mosques. Mosque administrators have also shown an increase in capacity in program management and congregation guidance. In addition, the community's awareness of faith has grown stronger, as evidenced by increased enthusiasm for ukhuwah (brotherhood), social awareness, and a more moderate understanding of religion. Thus, mosque revitalization has proven to be an effective means of sustainable social and religious community empowerment.

Abstract

Limited foreign language skills among students at educational institutions in Plakpak Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency remain a significant challenge in facing the demands of globalization and the world of work. The lack of speaking practice and contextual learning methods has resulted in foreign language learning that is ineffective and meaningless. Based on these issues, this community service activity aims to implement service learning as a collaborative learning innovation that can integrate theory and practice in a social context. The community service method was carried out through a service learning approach with the following stages: (1) identification of foreign language needs in the target educational institution, (2) intensive training based on communicative practice and community service projects, (3) assistance in the implementation of collaborative learning between students and teachers, and (4) evaluation of the improvement in students' foreign language skills. This activity involved teachers, students, and university students as active partners in learning, thereby creating a reciprocal process between the academic world and community needs. The results of the community service showed an increase in learning motivation and basic foreign language communication skills among students. In addition, teachers gained new experiences in applying a service learning approach oriented towards experiential learning. This activity also strengthened the collaborative network between universities and village educational institutions in creating innovative, participatory, and sustainable learning models.

Abstract

The low level of Quran literacy among the people of Lancar Village, Larangan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency is a fundamental problem in strengthening religious values. This condition is caused by a shortage of teachers, the lack of a systematic learning method, and the community's lack of motivation to study the Quran continuously. To address this problem, the community service team implemented a community empowerment program through strengthening Quran literacy based on the Yanbu'ul Quran method. This method was chosen because it has a clear, tiered, and effective system for improving the ability to read the Quran with tartil. The community service activities were carried out in three main stages, namely: (1) analysis of community needs through observation and interviews; (2) training and mentoring of Quran teachers on the application of the Yanbu'ul Qur'an method; and (3) Quran literacy classes involving children, teenagers, and adults. The implementation method used a participatory community development approach, in which the community became the main subject in the learning process and activity management. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the community's ability to read the Qur'an, especially in terms of pronunciation of letters, accuracy of tajwid, and increased interest in participating in religious activities. In addition, the formation of mosque-based Qur'an study groups was the first step towards community independence in maintaining the culture of Qur'an literacy.
