<![CDATA[Galis Dajah is one of the villages that has problems, especially in the quality of human resources, which are very minimal, including the people of Galis Dajah Village who do not take advantage of the potential that exists in the village, lack of water during the dry season, many people choose to leave the city to improve their economy compared to developing own village, and the declining mindset of students and even parents who think that working is more profitable than continuing their education to a higher level. This is a challenge for the group of real college participants to change the potential of the village with community service programs in the form of guiding children with low IQs and holding bouquet-making training. This program is carried out offline and field practice on the target object. in the program guiding children with low IQ, it is carried out with the method of slow reading repetition, in the bouquet-making training program it is carried out by direct practice methods with the community and students. The purpose of the program is to improve the community's ability and provide motivation for the achievement of quality human resources. The target in this activity is the community around the KKN location consisting of housewives, teenagers and children with low IQs.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading is one of the receptive processes as way to take the information. Reading becomes difficult when related to the literature which is asked the special skill in reading and interpreting those literature. One of this literature is called kitab kuning. Kitab kuning is one of the islamic literature which is contained of some materials, such as fiqih, hadits and tafsir. This literature also usually written in Arabic with no specific symbols (fathah, dhammah, kasrah or sukun). One of the methods in reading kitab kuning which can be taught is called Al Fatih. Al Fatih method gives an advantage for the readers of kitab kuning because of this method has special portion in learning nahwu sharraf, therefore we have not to learn that comprehensively. Through empowerment program with ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development), is specially hoped could increase community’s knowledge specially student of pesantren as we called santri about reading kitab kuning. There are 3 ways which are conducted in order to develop community’s skill in reading kitab kuning, those are: spread out the method of reading kitab kuning through Al Fatih method to the students/ santri of islamic institution, conducted ToT or Training of Trainer, the last is designate the tutor in every islamic institution.]]>

<![CDATA[Community Empowerment Practices is a learning activity for students to get important lessons from the community. In this case, empowerment in Larangan Perreng Village is more focused on the socio-religious and education sector. The goal to be achieved in this activity is to create an "Activist Village in Religious Socialization". Students of the Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Institute Prenduan are required to have special skills in the field of Islam which are very much needed by the community in spiritual development by not neglecting socio-cultural factors in accordance with the regional development program of the East Java region in general and the development of the district government. -districts on the island of Madura in particular. Meanwhile, the nature of the practice of community empowerment at the Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Institute Prenduan is a process of transforming, inviting, independent, growing and educating the community so that they know their potential to be developed and identify existing problems, so that they can be handled independently by the community. society itself. Community empowerment is sought so that every individual can compete and have the opportunity to try to increase household income which will later affect community food security. This awareness and concern is also mentioned by Paulo Freire as conscientization as a form of critical awareness. Another great idea that also underlies the spirit of community service is the concept of organics intellectual by Antonio Gramsci. In simple terms, intellectual organics is not only concerned with scientific development an sich but also has concern and awareness of fighting and taking action to improve the human condition.]]>

<![CDATA[Creative villages have the concept of favoring one particular product that is mass-produced, ranging from creativity in the fields of mural art, musical, tourism, to being creative in terms of producing products typical of the village. Creative village is one of the ideas to improve the community's economy. Sokobanah Tengah Village is the location for community empowerment activities. The majority of the population has a livelihood as farmers, because this village has a fairly large agricultural land. One of the potentials of Sokobanah Tengah village is onion which will improve the village economy through innovation in processing onion into products with high selling value. To achieve this goal, the author uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. This method was developed from the assets owned by the village. With the ABCD method, the author creates a creative village program from the village's superior assets, namely the innovation of processing onion into products that have high economic value and quality. The result of this activity is to produce Pastel Bawang, Ticwang and Siwang products from processed onion which are well received by the village community, as well as receiving many orders from people within the village and outside the village. ]]>

<![CDATA[Mentoring can be understood as a community empowerment activity by placing escorts as facilitators, communicators, motivators and dynamators. Basically, mentoring is an effort to include the community in developing various potentials so as to achieve a better quality of life. In addition, it is directed to facilitate decision-making processes related to the needs of the community, build the ability to increase revenue, carry out business-scale business and develop planning and implementation of participatory activities. Society grows and develops as a whole family. The head of the family and his family members are the drivers and triggers of business progress. This principle requires chaperones to empower all family members to participate in increasing income and welfare. Groups in society grow and develop on the basis of their willingness and ability to learn for themselves what they need and what they will develop, including efforts to change their livelihoods and lives. Groups grow out of, by and for the benefit of society. In addition to its own group members, cooperation is also developed between the group and other partners so that their business develops, increases income and welfare and is able to form economic institutions. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman, penyampaian dan pelatihan kepada mitra usaha UMKM dalam aspek rencana pemasaran/marketing planning melalui digital marketing media social sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswi prodi Ekonomi Syariah fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-amien Prenduan dengan program yang memiliki empat tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pemantauan. Tahapan ini memastikan bahwa tujuan, target, dan hasil program tercapai. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif seperti observasi, wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan pengambilan keputusan bersama. Hasil dari rangkaian 4 tahapan tersebut adalah peningkatan pendapatan Kampoeng Pisang, peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas Kampoeng Pisang yang dipasarkan, dan peningkatan pemasaran produk jasa yang berkualitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Assistance in the production of halal micro business of sale mamba bananas in Sogiyan village in supporting investment in the development of this creative economy is based on natural resources, namely bananas are found in Sogiyan village but are not utilized to make it more economical. The purpose of this assistance is to make village assets more economical and help the village's creative economy. The results of the production assistance for the sale mamba banana halal mikra business in Sogiyan village are 1). The village head and PKK women welcomed and carried out the training with enthusiasm so as to create delicious and contemporary products to be accepted by all circles. 2). There are still obstacles to online marketing through social media carried out by PKK women and the need for a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) in order to advance the typical businesses of Sogian village.]]>

<![CDATA[The main activity in this community service is assistance to prepare UMK to obtain halal certification from LPPOM MUI. The government through the Ministry of Religion and BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Management Agency) launched the Free Halal Certification (Sehati) program for UMK to make it easier for UMK to obtain halal certification. The approach used in this service is descriptive qualitative research using field research. The method used in this service includes providing direct information regarding the urgency of informal halal certification for a product as well as direct assistance to UMK in the process of completing halal certification. The mentoring process went quite smoothly because UMK were very cooperative. The business actors involved were enthusiastic about the assistance and knowledge about halal product processes during the activity.  ]]>

<![CDATA[Extracurricular Scouts is a forum for fostering the leadership of upper-middle-level students consisting of Scouts. In which there is an Ambalan Council, which is filled with Enforcement Scouts who have been appointed in charge of planning, managing and mobilizing activities in the Ambalan concerned with the guidance of their supervisor. For the Kwarran program to advance the scout organization in the management of the Ambalan, each Ambalan Council must have knowledge, abilities and skills in the management of Ambalan Administration in their respective Bases. Therefore, by applying the administrative skills of the ambalan to the school administrators to prepare the Ambalan Accreditation with the learning by doing method (Learning by Doing) and the team system (Patrol System).  ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the library revitalization mentoring activity which is part of community service is to restore the library's function as it should. This mentoring activity was carried out at SDN Batokarang 1, Batu Karang Village, Camplong, Sampang. This activity involved a group of P2M students at the Dirosat Islamiyah Institute Al-Amien Prenduan, Lecturers at SDN Batokarang 1, Librarians at the Regional Library of Sampang Regency, and all students at SDN Batokarang 1. The approach in community service through mentoring activities using the ABCD pattern. This approach emphasizes the empowerment and development of assets in the community. In implementing ABCD-based programs, we are obliged to explore the availability of social assets owned by the community. Synchronization between the availability of social assets and our work programs is a key to the success of ABCD. The result of these activities is the physical improvement of the library space and socialization to the academic community of SDN Batokarang 1 regarding the use of the school library. From the library revitalization activities that we accompanied, it was quite encouraging, at the library launching and socialization related to the use of the library which was filled by the Sampang Regency Regional Library staff, the school residents of SDN Batokarang 1 were happy and very enthusiastic about participating in the socialization event.]]>
