<![CDATA[Balance Scorecard is a management tool for maintaining a balance between financial and nonfinancial indicators, past performance indicators, present and future,internal and eksternal indicators. In BSC there are four perspectives to maintain balance in management. These four perspectives are financial, service, internal business and learning and growth perspective. MI Darul Hikmah implements school based management to improve the quality of education so it can optimally to avhieve the vision that has been determine. <![CDATA[Globalization is an interesting issue to study. This is because indirectly the influence of globalization has resulted in changes in patterns and models of people's lives, from traditional societies to a more modern and open society. The emergence of globalization is marked by progress in various fields of life, both in the field of communication and information. transportation, economy, politics, socio-culture, defense and security, as well as in other fields. The presence of globalization does have a positive impact on the progress of the nation, but on the other hand globalization also has a negative influence on the Indonesian people. The development of attitudes and culture of weternization (westernized) is a form of negative influence of globalization which is a challenge for the Indonesian people. Therefore, to answer the challenges of the negative influence of globalization, one of the efforts that can be done is through strengthening national values for citizens, including in this case the younger generation. <![CDATA[Islamic boarding school is as a religious education institution. It is supported by a set of curriculum that acts as a motivator in teaching and learning. In general, the curriculum used on it is being the reference of certain learning, and manifested in the form of determining certain yellow books in accordance with the level of knowledge of students by usingmastery learning model. This study has three objectives: 1) learning management on aspects of planning, implementation and assessment; 2) obstacles in the implementation of learning; and 3) solutions undertaken toovercome obstacles in yellow book study at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Pembangunan Majenang Cilacap. The findings related to learning management at Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang are: 1) every early year of caregiver lessons and ustadz(the term address for islam teachers)plan the learning activities by setting learning schedule; 2)teaching schedule is made by the principle of deliberation,and involving all people of pesantren; 3) the implementation of learning is done on a predetermined schedule; 4) the assessment of learning as a benchmark of success has not been done comprehensively and routinely.The whole learningmanagement which is held at Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Miftahul Huda Majenang runs optimally.Key Words: management, learning, islamic boarding school]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze the development of the increase in the country's military budget in the context of humanity and see it in a modern face of humanitarian world perspective. This article argues that there is a significant influence from the increase in the state's military budget on existing humanitarian issues. The increase in a country's military budget has at least two impacts, namely domestic and international impacts. Improving regional security and stability in the domestic context is one of the effects of an increase in a country's military budget. neighboring countries concerns over an increase in a country's budget reflects the adverse impact of the increase in the budget. The existence of these concerns will actually raise the tension of relations between countries that are in conflict. <![CDATA[Sense of Place is related to emotional relationships born from the interaction between humans and places. The game was born as a public space involving the interpretation of the owner of the place, views or perceptions of reality outside the game. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare shows the existence of coherent elements of place including physical settings, images and meanings of the game. This research shows that physical settings in the game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare have strong relevance between images in real-life games outside the game. Relevance is arranged with excellent detail so that it makes players easier to assemble imaginations that are identical to everyday life. The aspects of the image generated in the game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare are arranged very precisely through a combination of visual appearance and strong narration. The interpretation order in this game is inseparable from the existence of games as one of the ideal communication channels to disseminate ideas according to the sender. The meaning formed through this game is an accumulation of physical settings and adequate narration according to the will of the maker. These three things succeeded in shaping players' perceptions in the direction expected by producers of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.Key Words: call of duty, sense of place, video, games, public space,]]>

<![CDATA[Media independence determines the choice of news published by the media. This was the background of the research on the Reuni Aksi Damai 212 of the 2018 , which not all media reported. Editorial Radar Banyumas is a main division of independence in the news of Reuni Aksi 212 of 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Editorial Radar Banyumas about independence, knowing the views of Editorial Radar Banyumas about independence in the Reuni Aksi Damai 212. This research based on Alfred Schutz's theory of phenomenology with data collection techniques through observing news of Reuni Aksi Damai of 212 in the Radar Banyumas Newspaper, in- depth interviews with related personels, literature studies and documentation studies.The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research showed that Radar Banyumas as one of the most popular in Banjarnegara Regency, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap and Kebumen, maintained independence inreporting. Independence becomes an important thing in carrying out the profession as an editorial crew. This is so that editors can maintain the objectivity and balance in publishing news. <![CDATA[The zoning program is one of the government programs in the framework of equalizing the quality of education. Through this program schools can compete to have good quality and are not inferior to schools that are already considered favorites. This program provides broadest access for schools and students to develop their quality. But in its implementation, the policy is inseparable from the pros and cons. There are schools that benefit and are disadvantaged. Thus, schools must have strategies in dealing with the school zoning system.
