Andragogi Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran is a journal published by Universitas KH. Abdul Chalim Pacet Mojokerto is published twice times a year (March and September) as a media for scientific communication of academicians in the study of Teaching and Learning based on Interdisciplinary Research. Editors invite academicians to contribute their thoughts either in the form of research results, in-depth study, and book reviews following the discipline owned. Abstract

This article discusses the concept of SNP, its implementation in educational institutions, as well as the challenges and strategies to improve its achievement. The National Education Standards (SNP) serve as the primary quality framework that guides the implementation of education in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing official documents, books, and relevant scholarly articles. The findings indicate that although SNP plays a strategic role as a national quality benchmark, its implementation remains hindered by limited teacher competence, disparities in educational facilities, technological barriers, and suboptimal policy coordination. Strengthening teacher capacity, ensuring equitable distribution of educational facilities, utilizing educational technology, and implementing continuous evaluation systems are essential to optimize SNP implementation. With strong collaboration among stakeholders, the SNP can function as an effective and sustainable quality assurance instrument in the national education system. Effective implementation of the SNP has a direct impact on improving the quality of learning by promoting standardized instructional processes, enhancing student engagement, and supporting the achievement of learning outcomes. Furthermore, consistent adherence to SNP encourages the development of a conducive learning environment that fosters students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. With strong collaboration among stakeholders, the SNP can function as an effective and sustainable quality assurance instrument in the national education system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keunikan manajemen kepemimpinan yang menghasilkan berdirinya 3 jenjang Pendidikan sekaligus dalam waktu bersamaan pada tanggal 20 Juni 2022 yakni MI Tahfidz Anwaha terakreditasi A pada usia 16 bulan yang seharusnya 7 tahun berdiri baru bisa terakreditasi, MTs Anwaha terakreditasi B di usia 16 bulan, seyogyanya 3,5 tahun berdiri baru bisa terakreditasi dan MA Anwaha dengan jurusan Matemtika dan IPA (MIPA) terakreditasi A di usia 14 bulan setelah berdiri, padahal seharusnya 3,5 tahun berdiri baru bisa terakreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi model manajemen kepemimpinan berbasis nilai ikhlas di Ponpes Anwaha.. Metode kualitatif dipakai dengan teknik observasi guna menangkap praktik manajemen berbasis nilai ikhlas dan peneliti memosisikan diri sebagai pengamat terlibat yang tetap menjaga objektivitas ilmiah namun tetap menghargai nilai dan norma yang berlaku di lingkungan pesantren, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa ditemukannya model kepemimpinan berbasis nilai ikhlas di Ponpes Anwaha berupa (1) spiritual foundation dengan memandang semua aktivitas sebagai khidmah (2) participatory process dengan munculnya rasa malu jika tidak ikut berpartisipasi dan (3) corrective culture yang wajib disampaikan melalui kotak saran

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the extent to which the two quality assurance systems SPMI and SPME operate synergistically, as well as their effectiveness in improving the quality of higher education. The research adopts a library research approach, employing critical review techniques of primary literature, including accredited journal articles, institutional accreditation documents, and national regulations published between 2015 and 2025. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that the success of external accreditation is significantly influenced by the consistency and effectiveness of SPMI implementation at the institutional level. Findings indicate that SPMI has not been fully implemented in a systematic and sustainable manner, while SPME achievements often reflect administrative success rather than the actual strength of internal quality systems. This article offers a conceptual contribution by reinterpreting the relationship between SPMI and SPME as a two-way, evaluative, and reflective process. The results of this study are essential for strengthening strategies to develop a quality culture in higher education and for encouraging accreditation policies that are more contextual and substantive. In particular, the synergistic implementation of SPMI and SPME has direct implications for improving learning quality through enhanced continuous evaluation, curriculum refinement, and faculty professionalism.

Abstract

This study examines junior high school students’ perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization in Islamic Education (PAI) learning. Although AI use in education has increased, empirical studies focusing on students’ perceptions at the junior high school level, particularly in the context of Islamic Education, remain limited; this study addresses that gap. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected from 23 ninth-grade students through a 10-item Likert-scale questionnaire covering cognitive, affective, and conative aspects, with indicators including ease of use, content alignment with Islamic sources, satisfaction and trust, motivation and active learning, and ethics and responsible use. Likert-scale results were interpreted using predefined categorical intervals ranging from “very poor” to “very good.” The findings show an overall positive perception of AI utilization in PAI learning (mean = 4.07), categorized as “good.” The highest scores were found in ease of use and ethical use, while the lowest were related to content alignment with Islamic sources. These results indicate students’ positive attitudes toward AI accompanied by critical awareness of its limitations. The study highlights AI’s role as a supportive learning tool in PAI learning.
