Abstract

The UU HPP was officially enacted on October 7, 2021, by the government and the People's Representative Council. It was published as Law Number 7 of 2021 on October 29, 2021 (Online Pajak, 2021). The main objective of the UU HPP is to support the accelerated recovery of the economy post-Covid-19 and promote economic growth (Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021). The significant impact of the pandemic is evident in the Indonesian economy. Micro, small, and cooperative businesses have been heavily affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Sales have declined, capital has diminished, orders have decreased, raw material supply has become difficult, and loan defaults have occurred. Technology becomes a vital element in transforming conventional industries into digital ones, facilitating the transfer of data without human intervention and utilizing big data to determine business direction. The objective of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of a 11% Value Added Tax (VAT) for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Pamulang District. Data collection for this study will be conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, transparency of management, and muzakki satisfaction on the decision-making process in selecting the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) at Pamulang University. The study was conducted in March 2023, with a sample taken from the faculty members at Pamulang University who had become donors to the UPZ. A probability sampling approach was used with the simple random sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The sample size was determined based on the recommendation of Hair & Anderson (2014), which suggests a sample size of 5-10 times the number of indicators or parameters used in the model. The results of the analysis showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision-making process of the respondents. Study found that transparency of management did not have a significant influence on the decision-making process of the respondents. Muzakki satisfaction was also found to have no significant influence on the decision-making process.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Global Arrow Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used in this research, and primary data was collected through the use of questionnaires. The study utilized purposive sampling technique to determine the sample based on specific considerations. The data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 24.00. The results of the analysis showed that workload does not significantly influence employee performance, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The ANOVA analysis revealed that both workload and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Global Arrow Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Trust and Security on the decision to donate through a financial technology crowdfunding platform. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires. For sampling using the technique of Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample is 96 people. The criteria for this research respondent are domiciled in JABODETABEK and have made a decision to donate through a crowdfunding platform in Indonesia at least once. The results of this study state that the percentage influence of trust (X1) and security (X2) simultaneously has a significant effect on the decision to donate (Y).

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is to improve the quality of human resources teaching staff. This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, and incentives on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam Pondok Gede Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative research, with a sample of 40 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study showed that the work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.274 > 0.05), work motivation had a positive and not significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.74 > 0.05), incentives had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam (p = 0.235 > 0.05). The work environment, work motivation, and provision of incentives simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance at SDIT Pelita Alam, which is equal to 35.1%.

Abstract

Human resources are an important corporate asset that must be developed, because human resources become active planners and actors in every organizational activity in achieving goals. As an asset to the success of an organization, it is necessary to have an engagement between human resources and the company. One of the factors from the work environment that affects the work environment that affects employee engagement in carrying out daily work is organizational culture. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, totaling 60 people. Data collection tool using a questionnaire with the Likert scale method. The research was processed and tested using the Smart PLS 4.0 application. This study aims to determine directly or indirectly the influence of employee engagement, work-life balance and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The results showed that Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on Employee Performance, while Employee Engagement has a negative effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

The very rapid development of the automotive industry in Indonesia has made the level of competition intense, especially in the motorbike industry, so that motorbike manufacturers continue to innovate their products. Despite innovation, Yamaha motorbike sales tend to fall every year. This indicates that people's buying interest in Yamaha motorbikes is starting to decline. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand equity and promotion on the decision to purchase Yamaha motorbikes by residents of Kranji Village. The type of research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach, involving 100 samples who were residents of RW.010 Kranji Village who were at least 17 years old and who used Yamaha motorbikes. Data were analyzed using SPSS software with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially, brand equity and promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The F test results also show that brand equity and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In an effort to win the competition, organizations can improve the performance of their employees through developing human resources and their personalities. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of human resource and personality development on employee competence and performance. This research is quantitative research. 150 employees of PT. Millennium Swasindo participated in this research. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis processed using AMOS. The research results show that (1) human resource development has a positive effect on competence, (2) personality development has a positive effect on competence, (3) human resource development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and (4) personality development has a positive effect on performance employee. It is hoped that this research can complement previous research and can be useful for companies in determining policy direction in developing human resources and personalities, and can make companies able to survive in increasingly fierce industrial competition.

Abstract

With the implementation of correct and appropriate training, companies can improve the performance of employees in achieving predetermined work productivity. This study aims to determine how big the "The effect of training and performance on employee work productivity in Badan Pertanahan Nasional East Jakarta". The method in this study is quantitative, a type of research that is structured with a clear aim to be able to validate the problem that has been determined. The number of respondents to the research at the East Jakarta National Land Agency was 41 people. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, the regression coefficient value for Training = 0.363 this means that if the respondents' responses regarding Training increase by one unit, it will be able to increase Work Productivity, then the coefficient value regression for performance = 0.837, this means that if performance is increased by one unit it will directly affect the increase in work productivity. Then it was found that the value of R = 0.766 which means that the relationship between training and performance has a strong relationship to increasing work productivity because the value of R = 87.5%, while the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.766 which means the variability of work productivity variables which can be explained by the variability training and performance that is equal to 75.3%.

Abstract

According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation Number 129 of 2008 regarding the minimum service standards for hospitals, the patient satisfaction with services should reach 100%. However, the actual situation in the field indicates a different reality. There are issues with service quality in Indonesia. Data shows fluctuations in the number of outpatient visits every month. In the past year, a total of 87,304 patients visited, with 75,642 being returning patients and 11,341 being new patients. The most significant drop in patient visits occurred from February to March. This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Service Quality and Facilities on Patient Satisfaction in the Outpatient Registration Department at RSUD Cilincing. In this research, the independent variables are service quality and facilities, while the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The research methodology includes tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, correlation coefficients, Multiple Regression Analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that the variable "service quality" has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration department at RSUD Cilincing. Similarly, the variable "facilities" also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration department at RSUD Cilincing. Additionally, when considered together, service quality and facilities jointly have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration department at RSUD Cilincing.
