Abstract

  Leadership style influences work motivation because leadership style is right and is liked by employees, able to increase work motivation. The more employees who have motivation in working, the goals set by the company can be quickly implemented so that the company is able to survive in global competition. In this regard, the Central Jakarta Bungur Village Office is a government agency that is engaged in providing services to the community because the leadership style adopted by the leadership of the office can motivate employees to work and complete work effectively and efficiently. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies with quantitative research methods. Data obtained based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to 30 employee respondents at the Bungur district office in Central Jakarta and processed using SPSS 25 stated that the questionnaire was valid and reliable. Correlation coefficient test results of 0.740 and P-value 0.000 means there is a strong and significant relationship between leadership style on employee work motivation. The coefficient of determination test results shows the influence of leadership style on employee work motivation with a percentage of 54.8%. From the research results the formed regression coefficient is Y = 9,152 + 0.721 X.

Abstract

This research is about the influence of organizational culture and works environment on employee performance at PT POS (Persero) Bekasi City 17000 to review the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT POS (Persero) Bekasi City 17000 and the influence of work environment on the performance of PT POS employees ( Persero) Kota Bekasi 17000. This research is categorized in survey research, by taking data using a questionnaire (questionnaire). This study is a population study with 77 respondents. Test the validity of the instrument using Pearson Product Moment, reliability test using Cronbach Alpha with the help of SPSS Version 24 Software. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results show that: (1) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance with (β) 0.684 and a significance level of 0.000. (2) The work environment has no significant positive effect on employee performance with (β) 0.132 and a significance level of 0.212. (3) Organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of hospital services and facilities have on patient satisfaction (a case study at dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid Hospital, Bekasi city). The population in this study were outpatients at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid, Bekasi city. The sample in this study amounted to 100 patients, with the technique of determining the sample using nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique using accidental sampling, namely by looking for patients who happened to be having a doctor's examination. The results of data processing indicate the quality of hospital services and facilities and affect patient satisfaction, this is indicated by the account of service quality 4.714 with a significant level of 0.000 and t-count hospital facilities of 13.491 with a significant level of 0.000, the data above shows that the t-count value is greater than t table 1.660 and the significant value of both variables is below 0.05, then service and price have a very strong influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid Bekasi City which is shown by the coefficient of determination which shows the R2 value is 80.8%.

Abstract

Melalui pendidikan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkualitas dengan berbekal ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga menuntut seorang guru harus lebih kreatif dalam mengajar. Yayasan Satuasa Peduli Bangsa merupakan Yayasan yang memberikan pelatihan, penyuluhan dalam mendidik remaja, atau dikenal dengan istilah remaja binaan. Namun remaja binaan ini merasa masih kurang menariknya cara tutor atau pengajar dalam memberikan materi, sehingga remaja binaan ini masih harus memahami kembali materi yang disampaikan. Oleh karena itu remaja binaan membutuhkan suatu media pembelajaran yang menarik dan mudah di mengerti, contohnya e-book. Peserta yang mengikuti acara ini memperoleh pengetahuan tentang cara membuat e-Book interaktif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan menggunaka heyzine flipbook. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan membawa manfaat ilmu pengetahuan bagi remaja Yayasan Satuasa Peduli Bangsa.Sehingga remaja binaan dan tutor dapat membuat e-book untuk membuat materi yang lebih interaktif, slide presentasi, proposal, dan laporan yang dapat dibaca dimana pun dan kapanpun.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a unity of energy and an important element that is very influential for the Agency / Company. For the achievement of a goal, it requires human resources that have discipline in order to create a good performance, so that it will accelerate the achievement of optimal goals. The research method used was observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, using a sample technique with a total of 40 respondents. Calculations for analyzing data using SPSS Version 25 Based on the results of the calculation of the Correlation Coefficient Test obtained a result of 0.805 means it has a strong relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Determination Coefficient Test Results produce R Square value of 0.648 or 64.8% means that 64.8% is influenced by work discipline. In the regression equation yields Y = 11.218 + 0.740X. meaning that if the value of X = 0 or without discipline then the employee's performance is 11.218. If X increases by 1 point or every increase in work discipline by 1, it will increase employee performance by 0.740, which means there is a positive influence between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap loyalitas Kinerka Karyawanmelalui kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Frisian Flag. Jenis penelitian ini adalahexplanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujianhipotesis. Sampel responden dalam penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability samplingdengan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, responden berjumlah 120 orang yang merupakankarywan bagian quality control. Uji instrumen penelitian meliputi uji outer model, uji inner model, dan ujihipotesis. Uji hipotesis langsung menggunakan t-test sedangkan hipotesis tidak langsung menggunakan ujisobel. Analisis ini menggunakan alat uji PLS dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis yang didapatdalam penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan,Kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsungKompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawn melalui kepuasan kerja menunjukan hasil yang positif dansignifikan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalammenjembatani Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) in companies need to be managed professionally to realize a balance between the needs of teachers and the demands and abilities of professional organizations. The high performance of teachers will pave the way for organizations to achieve their goals, otherwise, low teacher performance will hinder the organization in achieving its goals. Professional competence is important because with professional competence every teacher will be willing to work hard and enthusiastically to achieve higher performance. An appropriate organizational culture can support the implementation of work so that teachers have the enthusiasm to work and improve performance. This study was conducted to determine the effect of professional competence and organizational culture on the performance of English teachers at Private Junior High Schools, Pondok Gede District - Bekasi. This study uses quantitative research methods to determine the sample with a saturated sample. The sample used was 40 respondents. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression method. The result of this study is that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, with the value of t table > t arithmetic (2.450) > t-table (2.026). The organizational culture variable has a significant effect on teacher performance with a t-count value (2.537) > t table (2.026). Professional competence and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on the work environment with a calculated F value > F table (10.086 > 3.252) and a sig value with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian evaluasi kinerja perusahaan dilakukan untuk menganalisis nilai Economic Value Added (EVA) dari perusahaan konstruksi di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perusahaan memiliki EVA positif, meskipun beberapa mengalami fluktuasi. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk, PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk, dan PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk memiliki EVA yang fluktuatif tetapi selalu positif selama lima tahun. Sementara, PT. PP Presisi Tbk dan PT. PP (Persero) Tbk mengalami perubahan nilai EVA yang signifikan, dengan nilai positif pada tahun awal dan negatif pada tahun-tahun terakhir. PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk memiliki nilai EVA terendah yang selalu negatif, sedangkan PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk dan PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dengan EVA positif selama lima tahun. Namun, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk memiliki kombinasi nilai EVA positif dan negatif. EVA yang positif menandakan kemampuan perusahaan untuk memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi, sementara EVA negatif menunjukkan ketidaksehatan perusahaan dan ketidakmampuannya memberikan nilai tambah. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat delapan dari sepuluh perusahaan yang selalu memiliki nilai EVA positif. Fluktuasi dan perubahan nilai EVA dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk dampak pandemi COVID-19 yang mengakibatkan penundaan pada proyek perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas pengukuran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 rasio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return On Asset (ROA). Laporan keuangan yang diteliti diambil dari perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Probability/Random Sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 20 Perusahaan dengan 6 sektor perusahaan. Teknik analisis penelitian ini dengan mengunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan dengan rasio profitabilitas perusahaan dengan perbandingan standar industri rasio profitabilitas dengan nilai NPM yang tinggi PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (31%), dan PT Jamu Sido Muncul Tbk (28%). Nilai GPM yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (70%) dan PT Jamu Sido Muncul (55%) dan 12 Perusahaan lainnya. Nilai ROE yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Unilever Indonesia dan Nilai ROA yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Unilever. Sehingga disimpulkan dari keseluruhan perusahaan yang memenuhi standart industri berada diatas rata rata adalah PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, PT Jamu Sidomuncul dan PT Unilever.
