Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of local government policies in poverty reduction in Maros Regency through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). This research uses a qualitative approach and produces descriptive data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data is processed using interactive model analysis, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion testing. The focus of this research is based on the policy implementation model proposed by George C Edward III. 4 (four) variables that affect policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the Maros Regency Social Office has implemented and implemented the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) policy as an effort to overcome poverty in Maros Regency. To measure the implementation using four indicators, namely 1). Communication, Communication is considered very important in policy implementation, in the context of communication there are three things that are considered, namely a) Information, regarding the implementation of the KIP policy has been made by the government as the President's flagship program in overcoming poverty in Maros Regency through the transmission of delegations given through the Regent of Maros to the Social Service, b) Clarity, communication received by KIP implementers must be clear and not confusing. c) Consistently, Maros district social service employees must be consistent in implementing the KIP smart Indonesia card policy. 2) Resources, sources that support effective policies, namely a) staff, employees who handle KIP participants are still lacking, b) information, employees in the Maros Regency Social Service must know what to do in the future through information submitted by superiors, c) the authority runs through the Maros Regency Social Service Government in terms of implementing the KIP smart Indonesia Card policy. d) facilities, advice and infrastructure in the Maros Regency Social Office, especially in the Smart Indonesia Card policy program, the KIP still lacks supporting facilities in carrying out duties, 3) Disposition, has been carried out well by the government and stakeholders as evidenced by various kinds of support and supervision.4) bureaucratic structure, factors that have an influence on the policy implementation process, namely a) bureaucratic structure,  The existing structure in the Maros Regency Social Office has been made based on the main duties and functions of each, b) Standard Operating SOP procedures, the Maros Regency Social Office already has clear SOPs and clear organizational structures as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the information system  of the Mayor Report website as a service in Palu City. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive qualitative type. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study show that the information system   of the Mayor Report website in Palu City has been running well in accordance with the success model of the DeLone and McLean information systems. This can be seen from three indicators that have been running well, namely: system quality, usage, and net results received. Two indicators are doing quite well: service quality and user satisfaction. One other indicator is still not good, namely: the quality of information. The supporting factors for the information system of the Mayor Report website are the commitment of the Palu City Government, the environment and supporting infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor is network interference and there are still some complaints that do not contain complete information, and there are still empty complaints coming in.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Public Relations Service of PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit in Overcoming Customer Complaints (Prepaid Electricity Case Study). To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative analysis to determine the Public Relations Service of the North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit in Overcoming Customer Complaints (Prepaid Electricity Case Study).The results showed that the Public Relations Service of PT PLN (Persero) North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit in overcoming customer complaints (prepaid electricity case study) based on service quality indicators Zeithmal-Parasuraman-et al (Pasolong 2013), namely Direct Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Attitude is good enough but still needs to be optimized on every indicator. This is evidenced by observations and interviews that have been conducted. Suggestions: 1) In improving promising services to customers, PLN North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit must provide good service so as to create customer satisfaction. 2) The issue of politeness and friendliness of officers towards customers is good and must be maintained and improved.3) Officers can create ease of communication with customers and provide information that is easy to understand.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the Leader's Strategy in Improving Public Services in Tonasa 1 Village. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative analysis to find out the leader's strategy in improving public services in Tonasa Village1. The results showed that the Leader's Strategy in Improving Public Services in Tonasa 1 Village based on several indicators, namely strategy formulation and strategy implementation has been running well, but still needs to be optimized on strategy control indicators. So it can be concluded that the head of Tonasa 1 village has carried out the strategy well. This can be seen from the Strategy Formulation that has been prepared and determined always involves the Head of RW and RT in order to know what constraints occur in the community and what is desired by the community, then the implementation of the strategy, after compiling and determining the strategy then implemented, the application that has been carried out is socialization and facilitating these activities, conveying if there are activities such as socialization and serving the community well,  then strategy control, strategies that have been formulated and implemented, then strategy control where the strategy of the Head of Tonasa 1 Village in improving public services has been successful even though there are still irregularities that occur in the community but have no impact on the quality of public services

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the results of the implementation of the Kampung KB program in improving family welfare and the impact of the Kampung KB program in Paraikatte Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the implementation of the Family Planning Village program in Paraikatte Village in an effort to improve family welfare have referred to 8 family functions, but there are still obstacles in the field. This is because participation from the community is still lacking due to a lack of advocacy from field line officers and funds for activities are still lacking because they rely on community self-help and village funds. The impact of the Kampung KB program in improving family welfare in Paraikatte Village is still not optimal, seen from the increase in Pre KS + KS1, which means that the poor community still cannot be completed, so it can be concluded that the Kampung KB program is still not enough to be able to improve family welfare in Paraikatte Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between sub-district leadership and community awareness in paying land and building taxes in Gilireng District, Wajo Regency. This study used quantitative methods. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation are used. The samples used were 95 samples. The data obtained was processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, validity tests, reliability tests and regression tests. The results showed that the Subdistrict Leadership variable (X) consisted of indicators of leadership style, leadership traits and contingency approach. Meanwhile, in variable Y which consists of indicators of the social structure of the community, the government's efforts to socialize taxes and procedures that make it easier to pay taxes have a positive and significant influence. This is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression analysis with a correlation coefficient of 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the community empowerment in the Dasawisma Program in Tappale Village, Libureng Subdistrict, Bone Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and produces descriptive data. Data collection is done throughobservation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data obtained from the research are processed using an interactive analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and testing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Dasawisma program in Tappale Village covers the aspects of Cleanliness, Beauty, and Orderliness (K3). The empowerment of Tappale Village Dasawisma is carried out by the Village Government. The role and contribution of Tappale Village Dasawisma in preserving the environment have been felt, but not to the maximum extent. Based on the research conducted, it is found that according to the ACTORS empowerment theory, it has not been implementedeffectively, as analyzed through that theory. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation ofcommunity empowerment programs by Dasawisma in Tappale Village has not been successful. There are several obstacles faced by Tappale Village Dasawisma in empowering the community. In addition, there are also steps taken by Tappale VillageDasawisma to address these obstacles. The recommendations from this study are given based on the dimensions of eachACTORS theory.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an accurate picture of the implementation of government policies in an effort to increase malino tourism through beautiful malino events in Gowa Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of government policies in an effort to increase malino tourism through beautiful malino events in Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data is checked through source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of government policies in an effort to increase malino tourism through beautiful malino events in Gowa Regency has been carried out well and runs according to theory. This can be seen from the theory of George C. Edwards III which is used to describe and explain the implementation of government policies in terms of communication, resources, dispositions and bureaucratic structures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of good governance principles in public services in Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the theory of good governance principles from Sedarmayanti (2009) based on four indicators to measure the success of good governance principles, namely accountability, transparency, openness and the rule of law. The results of this study show that the application of good governance principles in public services in Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency is seen from 4 variables of the application of good governance principles, including: 1. The principle of Accountability has been implemented well, this shows that the officers have carried out their public service duties effectively and responsibly in Matakali District. 2. The principle of transparency in public services is divided into two criteria including ease of obtaining information, indicating that the public has not been able to get broad access to information due to the unavailability of technology-based information centers such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or supporting websites in Matakali District; and Government openness in providing information services, indicating that the sub-district officials have provided information services openly in Matakali sub-district. 3. The principle of Openness is still not implemented optimally, this shows that there are still informants who do not know the existence of complaint boxes in Matakali District. 4. The rule of law shows that it has been carried out properly by carrying out duties in accordance with SOPs and without discriminating the services provided.

This research aims to determine the quality of Buy The Service (BTS) transportation services for Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends in Makassar City. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative analysis to determine the quality of Buy The Service (BTS) Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata transportation services in Makassar City. The results show that the Quality of Buy The Service (BTS) Transportation Services for Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends in Makassar City is running well. This is proven based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation carried out. In several indicators according to Parasuraman et al. in Tjiptono (2000, p. 70). namely Tangibles (Physical Evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), and Empathy (Attention). However, the Tangibles (Physical Evidence) and Reliability indicators still need to be improved.
