Abstract

Changes in the arrangement of transportation system services in Makassar City must be made immediately in realizing public transportation systems that meet the expectations and needs of the community. There are problems with the performance of Pete-Pete's public transport services in terms of reliability, comfort, security, generosity, and timeliness of pete-pete public transport in Makassar City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of users' perceptions of public transport and examine the effect of reliability, comfort, security, generosity and timeliness on the performance of public transport in Makassar. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The research sample of 150 people as respondents. This study uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS package program ver. 2.0 ME, to estimate the model, study and test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that (i) There is a positive influence on the reliability factor on the performance of Pete-Pete transportation in Makassar City, with a contribution of 44.30% (ii) There is a positive influence of comfort factor on the performance of Pete-Pete transportation in Makassar City, with the contribution of 26.35%, (iii) There is no positive effect on the performance of the Pete-Pete transportation performance in Makassar City, with a contribution of only 0.78%. (iv) There is a positive influence of the factor of mercy on the performance of Pete-Pete transportation in Makassar City, with a contribution of 54.23% and (v) There is a positive influence of the timeliness factor on the performance of Pete-Pete transportation in Makassar City, with a contribution of 60.50%.

Abstract

Pulau Lakkang memiliki potensi yang besar dalam bidang perikanan dan pariwisata, namun perekonomian masyarakatnya masih belum optimal. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah lemahnya kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan penguatan kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Pulau Lakkang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partisipatory Action Research. Kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi masalah bersama masyarakat dan stakeholder terkait. Kemudian dibentuk tim yang bertugas merencanakan dan melaksanakan program untuk mengatasi masalah. Program meliputi peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa, peningkatan modal Badan Usaha Milik Desa, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, peningkatan akses pasar, dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan program dievaluasi secara berkala untuk menilai efektivitas dan merumuskan perbaikan ke depan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Pulau Lakkang menegaskan bahwa keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa memiliki potensi strategis yang signifikan untuk menggerakkan perekonomian desa berbasis potensi lokal, asalkan dikelola dengan baik. Meskipun dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan terkait pemahaman konsep, permodalan, manajemen keuangan, akses pasar, dan partisipasi masyarakat, upaya penguatan telah berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus dan mendorong peran aktif masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Adalah penting untuk menggarisbawahi bahwa pendampingan jangka panjang dan berkelanjutan pasca kegiatan pengabdian menjadi kunci utama dalam memastikan keberlanjutan efektif dari program-program yang diinisiasi. Lebih lanjut, komitmen pemerintah daerah melalui kebijakan pendukung dan skema pembiayaan menjadi faktor krusial dalam menjaga keberlanjutan serta optimalisasi peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah KONI Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Masalahnya adalah: Para pelaku olahraga Kabupaten Pinrang belum memahami secara komprehensip arah kebijakan tentang Undang Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2022 Tentang Keolahragaan. Adapun Sasaran Internal dan eksternal pada pengabdian ini adalah Pengurus KONI Kabupaten Pinrang dan para pelaku olahraga seperti pengurus cabang olahraga, stakeholder olahraga serta tokoh Masyarakat, tokoh pemuda yang terlibat dalam kepengurusan KONI Kabupaten pinrang harus mengambil peran yang strategis dalam mewujudkan tujuan dari Undang Undang keolahragaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang UU RI No. II Tahun 2022, (2) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan terkait dengan Kebijakan olahraga prestasi 3). Mitra memiliki kemampuan meningkatkan manajemen tata Kelola olahraga Prestasi, olahraga Pendidikan. Olahraga Masyarakat  (3) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam menentukan skala prioritas madya dan skala prioritas utama pada cabang olahraga prestasi (4) Mitra dapat membina cabang olahraga berdasarkan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki (5) Mitra dapat mendorongan aktivitas berolahraga di semua tingkatan Abstract. The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) is KONI, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province, The problem is: Pinrang Regency sports players have not understood comprehensively the policy direction regarding Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number Il Year 2022 concerning Sports. Internal and external targets are the Pinrang Regency KONI Management and sports players such as sports branch administrators and stakeholders as well as community leaders, youth leaders involved in the management of Pinrang Regency KONI must take a strategic role in realizing the objectives of this Law. The methods used are: socialization, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge of RI Law No. II of 2022, (2) partners have knowledge related to sports achievement policies 3). Partners have the ability to improve sports governance management Achievement, sports Education. Community Sports (3) Partners have knowledge in determining intermediate priority scales and top priority scales in achievement sports (4) Partners can foster sports based on the potential of their resources (5) Partners can encourage sports activities at all levels.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan kesehatan berbasis komunitas untuk peningkatan gizi anak di Desa Patobong Pinrang telah menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan masyarakat tentang gizi seimbang dan praktik makan yang baik. Ini tercermin dalam perubahan positif dalam praktik makan di rumah tangga, peningkatan akses terhadap sumber gizi berkualitas, dan pembentukan kelompok dukungan gizi yang memberikan dukungan teknis dan sosial yang penting. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, program ini menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung bagi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak-anak, serta memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola masalah gizi secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk peningkatan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak-anak di Desa Patobong Pinrang. Abstract. Implementation of community-based health policies to improve child nutrition in Patobong Pinrang Village has resulted in a significant increase in community knowledge about balanced nutrition and good eating practices. This is reflected in positive changes in household eating practices, increased access to quality nutritional sources, and the creation of nutrition support groups that provide important technical and social support. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this program creates a supportive environment for children's health and well-being, and strengthens community capacity to manage nutrition problems independently and sustainably. Thus, this program provides a strong foundation for improving the health and welfare of children in Patobong Pinrang Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of good governance principles in public services in Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the theory of good governance principles from Sedarmayanti (2009) based on four indicators to measure the success of good governance principles, namely accountability, transparency, openness and the rule of law. The results of this study show that the application of good governance principles in public services in Matakali District, Polewali Mandar Regency is seen from 4 variables of the application of good governance principles, including: 1. The principle of Accountability has been implemented well, this shows that the officers have carried out their public service duties effectively and responsibly in Matakali District. 2. The principle of transparency in public services is divided into two criteria including ease of obtaining information, indicating that the public has not been able to get broad access to information due to the unavailability of technology-based information centers such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or supporting websites in Matakali District; and Government openness in providing information services, indicating that the sub-district officials have provided information services openly in Matakali sub-district. 3. The principle of Openness is still not implemented optimally, this shows that there are still informants who do not know the existence of complaint boxes in Matakali District. 4. The rule of law shows that it has been carried out properly by carrying out duties in accordance with SOPs and without discriminating the services provided.

Abstract

Bulukumba Penitentiary (LAPAS) faces significant challenges in prisoner development, such as limited human resources, budget, and facilities, as well as social stigma that hinders prisoner reintegration into society. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the prisoner development program, identify key obstacles, and provide strategic recommendations. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, involving 15 purposively selected informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that the development program has provided significant benefits in improving prisoner work skills, spirituality, and morals. However, limited resources and dependence on external parties are the main obstacles that affect the sustainability of the program. In conclusion, strengthening the internal capacity of prison officers, increasing budget allocation, and more strategic collaboration with external parties are important steps to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of prisoner development

Abstract

Mitra dalam program ini adalah pemerintah desa sedangkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yakni masih kekurangan pengetahuan tentang kebijakan peraturan pemerintah desa. Sasaran dalam program penyuluhan adalah Masyarakat di Desa Patobong, Desa Massulowalie, Kelurahan Langnga, Kelurahan Pallameang, Desa Mattombong, Desa Samaenre. Metode yang digunakan yakni ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra memahami tentang Kebijakan publik, Implementasi kebijakan publik, Peraturan Menteri Desa nomor 7 tahun 2023, Implikasi PERMENDES terhadap tata Kelola Pemerintahan Desa, Penyusunan bahan rekomendasi kebijakan.

Abstract

Wages are adjusted according to the results that have been given by employees to the company. Wage levels that are not sufficient for the living needs of employees will affect the difficulty of achieving optimal work productivity. Siagian in Sutrisno (2011), stated that the problem of work productivity can be seen as a behavioral problem, but it can also contain technical aspects.Wages are adjusted according to the results that have been givenemployees to the company. Insufficient wage levelsthe living needs of employees will affect the difficulty of achieving optimal work productivity. The higher the achievement, the greater the wages that will be received. Wages are essentially a means of equal distribution in all types and forms of wages. However, the distribution of wages for each position must be the same based on the number of products produced. For the employees themselves, the wages they receive have an important meaning in their lives, namely in accordance with the goals of employees working to earn a decent life.One of the problems in Polman district, West Sulawesi province, is regarding wages, focusing on the level of weaving experience, business status, type of yarn, and market availability. The problems that exist in the Mandar silk sarong craftsmen are focused on the level of wages for the workers of the Mandar silk sarong craftsmen themselves, including that almost all workers who work as Mandar silk sarong craftsmen get paid less than what they do. This is based on wage conditions determined by agents who will buy, then re-market by looking at the quality of the materials from the motives they work on. If the sarong motif has a low level of difficulty with imported Indian materials, the estimated wage earned is Rp. 70,000 – Rp. 150,000 per sarong. For the sarong motif with high difficulty using local materials, the estimated wage is Rp. 250,000 – Rp. 300,000 per month. The mandar silk sarong craftsmen can earn Rp. 1,500,000 per month from weaving 5-6 sarongs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Role of Local Government in Protecting Sustainable Agricultural Land in Bontoa District, Maros Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used consist of data collection, data reduction, data display, verification and validation. The research results show that the role of the Regional Government in Protecting Sustainable Agricultural Land in Bontoa District, Maros Regency is in the less effective category. Looking at the research focus, namely: 1) regulators in the poor category; 2) the dynamizer is in the poor category; 3) the facilitator is in the good category; 4) the catalyst is in the poor category

Abstract

This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Rental Flats Management carried out by the Rusunawa Regional Technical Implementation Unit has not been effective. The management of Rental Flats in Mariso District, Makassar City has not been effective in terms of the dimensions of goal achievement, integration, adaptation and can be seen from the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. In the aspect of planning the management of Rusunawa, good management effectiveness is needed so that the objectives of Rusunawa Development are in accordance with the designation of development. Related to the aspect of organizing still requires awareness from the manager regarding their respective duties and functions. The implementation aspect still requires coordination between the management of Rusunawa and residents of Rusunawa related to handling problems and complaints of each occupant unit. The supervision aspect of Rusunawa requires improved management related to security conditions, improving the physical condition of buildings and physical conditions of the environment, so that the purpose of Rusunawa Development is in accordance with the designation of its development.
