Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Irrigation Development Program in Mallinrung Village, Libureng District, Bone Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and produces descriptive data. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used consists of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that, the implementation of the irrigation network system development policy in Mallinrung Village has not run optimally due to the lack of adequate resources to support the implementation of the policy. The theory used in this research is George C. Edward III's theory of public policy implementation with indicators. Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. Good cooperation to overcome irrigation management obstacles between water-using communities still allows policy implementation to proceed. The disposition is quite good where policy implementers carry out maintenance, upkeep of infrastructure and supervision to the maximum. Limitations in implementing technical instructions for farmers so that participation in following the specified tasks and functions still needs to be improved. The bureaucratic structure has been clearly defined, the main challenge lies in the understanding and participation of farmers in implementing the policy

Abstract

This writing aims to find out the strategy for developing the Dato beach tourist attraction in increasing PAD.  The type of research used is descri     ptive qualitative, while the data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources with a total of nine informants. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods.  The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  Validation of the data used is source triangulation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that there are several strategies for developing the Dato beach tourist attraction, for example strategies for carrying out promotions on various social media, where this strategy is quite good for the development of the Dato beach tourist attraction, seen from the increase in tourist visits. The Majene Regency tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) also has several strategies for developing Dato beach tourist attractions, for example making tracking or bridges over the water, making viewing towers, and also adding several facilities, for example lodging for tourists who want to enjoy Dato beach for longer. Food stalls are also available so you don't need to worry about food because the food stalls here provide a variety of foods. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that the government pay more attention to the development of tourist attractions in Majene district, including Dato beach, because this beach has quite good potential for development, this could be in the form of updating facilities such as adding sales of typical Mandar souvenirs which can be used as souvenirs for visitors. those from outside the area. Apart from that, human resource training still needs to be improved because community participation and public awareness in maintaining tourist attractions is still lacking

This is proven based on the results of interviews that have been conducted. Suggestions: 1) in terms of additional computer facilities to improve online services so that it can facilitate public access in applying for permits online. 2) staff have responded well in providing services to the public who use permit requests so a consistent attitude is needed in this dimension so that Service quality can be well maintained. 3) Timeliness is a problematic factor in this dimension, so a level of discipline is needed, especially in time management.
