Abstract

Employee performance is an important foundation for the performance of an agency. Generally, in an organization or agency always want employees to have good performance or achievements. The level of success of an organization or agency depends on employee performance. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is by paying attention to work discipline and communication within the organization.This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office of Lebak Regency. (2) To determine the effect of communication on the employee performance of the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office of Lebak Regency. (3) To determine the effect of work discipline and communication on the performance of the employees of Dinas Koperasi Dan UKM Kabupaten Lebak. The research method used is using quantitative methods. The population in this study were 35 people. The research sample used saturated samples. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis techniques, analysis of the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, the T test and the F test with the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile work discipline and communication together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 78.6% to employee performance and the remaining 21.4% is contributed by other variables not examined. In this study, to improve employee performance in order to pay attention to work discipline, especially the dimensions of attendance and communication, especially the dimensions of internal communication.

Abstract

Financial distress is a situation when a company is unable to fulfill its obligations. This happens as an early sign before the worst thing finally happens, namely bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and company size on financial distress either partially or simultaneously in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The total population in this study were 30 companies and after selecting the sample using purposive sampling technique, 9 companies were obtained that would be used as samples in this study. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data analysis model used in this study is using the prerequisite test for data analysis which includes: normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study includes: multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the Liquidity Ratio to Financial Distress obtained a value of 0.284 and the Company Size variable to stock prices obtained a value of 0.052. Based on the results of the correlation test, the value of Liquidity on Financial Distress is 0.516 and Company Size on Financial Distress is 0.256. Based on the hajj determination test, the R Square value was 0.325. Based on the results of the t test that has been done, the Liquidity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Financial Distress. While the Firm Size variable has an effect on Financial Distress. In this study, the significant level was taken = 5% or = 0.05, there was an Fcount value of 9.414 and an Ftable value of 3.28. These results show the value of Fcount (9.414) > Ftable (3.28) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that together the Liquidity Ratio and Company size have a significant effect on Financial Distress Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded simultaneously (together) that the Liquidity Ratio and Company Size have an effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine. Explain and examine compensation and work discipline on employee performance and the partial and simultaneous effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the office of the Ministry of Religion (KEMENAG) Kab. Lebak, the number of samples taken was 56 employees with a saturated sampling technique. The research method used by researchers in this study using quantitative methods. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee performance, the independent variable (X1) is compensation and (X2) is work discipline. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, while for data processing using the IBM SPSS V 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance from the test results tcount> ttable (2.188> 1.67356) and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from the test results tcount> ttable (1.925> 1.67356). While simultaneously the compensation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the R square test of 0.183 or 18.3% and the remaining 81.7% are from other variables not examined by researchers in this study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui. Menjelaskan dan meneliti kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh parsial dan simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kementerian agama (KEMENAG) Kab. Lebak, jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 56 pegawai dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Variabel dependen (Y) pada penelitian ini adalah Kinerja pegawai, variabel independen (X1) adalah Kompensasi dan (X2) adalah Disiplin kerja. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, sedangkan untuk olah data dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS V 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dari hasil pengujian thitung > ttabel ( 2.188 > 1,67356) dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai dari hasil pengujian thitung>ttabel ( 1.925 > 1.67356). sementara secara simultan variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai berdasarkan uji R square adalah sebesar 0.183 atau 18,3% dan sisanya 81,7% dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the performance of English teachers who are influenced by organizational culture, managerial skills and job satisfaction. Using a causal study through a survey at Public Elementary Schools in Lebak Banten, with a population of 125 English teachers, using a random sampling technique, 50 English teachers were taken, data for each variable were collected separately by the respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an effect of managerial ability on performance, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, managerial ability and job satisfaction together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, managerial ability, and job satisfaction in planning and developing human resources in public elementary schools in Banten Province.

Abstract

Finance Management knowledge is an important aspect of the family economy in everyday life. For this reason, households, especially the head of the family and other members must be able to manage finances properly and correctly for family economic stability in order to bring satisfaction to all family members. This research measures financial literacy influence financial management behaviour, financial attitude influence financial management behaviour. Financial literacy and financial attitudes influence financial management behaviour.Financial literacy affects financial satisfaction. Financial attitude influences financial satisfaction.Financial behaviour management influences financial satisfaction. Financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial management behaviour influence financial satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Financial literacy and financial attitude were studied as independent variables. Behavioural financial management becomes a mediator variable; as an independent variable but also a dependent variable. Financial satisfaction will be examined as the dependent variable. The research sample was 150 married respondents, selected using non-probability sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis measures were used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that financial attitude is the factor that most influences the variable towards financial management behaviour; also financial management behaviour is the factor that most influences the variable towards financial satisfaction. The researcher recommends that giving more attention to financial attitude and financial management behaviour is important to achieve financial satisfaction. Therefore, these research results contribute to increasing married individuals' awareness that financial satisfaction can be achieved by having good financial attitudes and behavioural management

Abstract

Company value is a value used by investors to assess the success rate of the company, the higher the company value reflected in the stock price, the higher the level of investor confidence in the company. This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data with the documentation method in the form of annual financial reports of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The population in this study amounted to 84 food and beverage companies, the sample was taken using purposive sampling method, namely based on certain criteria as many as 20 companies. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of the study are Capital Structure partially has no influence on Firm Value. Profitability partially has an influence on Firm Value. Capital Structure and Profitability simultaneously have an influence on Firm Value

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Price to Book Value (PBV) which is a ratio in seeing the value of a company so that goals can be realized properly. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on Price to Book Value in Manufacturing Companies (Food and Beverage Sub Sector) Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 39 companies. After selecting the sample using the purposive sampling technique, 12 companies were sampled. Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Autocorrelation Test. The hypothesis testing used in the study includes: Multiple linear regression analysis, Correlation analysis, Analysis of the coefficient of determination, t test, and F test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions on SkinCare dr. Henny Chaerani Rangkasbitung. The research method used is quantitative research. The samples that were used as research objects were 99 respondents. Data collection techniques using Observation, Documentation, Library Stady, Questionnaires. The population in this research is all consumers in 2019-2021, totaling 11,363 people, resulting in a sample of 99 people using the slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Hetroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Analysis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Test, Detrimination Coefficient Test (R2) Hypothesis Test, Test T (Partial), Test F (Simultaneous) with the help of Software Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) V20.

Abstract

Education development in Indonesia continues to advance, but the dropout rate, especially in West Java, is still high. This research explores the application of SWOT strategies in the management of ICT-based learning media in non-formal education, focusing on PKBM in West Java. The study covered three PKBMs in West Java, namely PKBM Bina Mandiri (Cimahi City), PKBM Mekarsari (West Bandung Regency), and PKBM An-Nur (Ibun District, Bandung Regency), using a descriptive approach with a questionnaire followed by 7 managers and 491 students. Data was analyzed using IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The total IFE score was 2.45 and EFE was 2.00, placing PKBM in cell V (growth and stability position). Alternative strategies were arranged using the SWOT matrix, and strategy priorities were determined. The results show the highest priority strategy is a collaboration with other institutions to utilize a more complete ICT infrastructure without huge costs. Improving ICT infrastructure (TAS 6.25) ranked second, it is important to ensure the availability of devices and the internet. Educator competency development with a TAS of 5.85 is also significant, although slightly lower in priority.

Abstract

In the 2023 performance target, the Mekarsari Community Health Center carries a target of 100% in the resulting regional policy plan, as well as for its implementation. The target percentage of the number of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) whose physical realization targets have been completed is 95%. If you look at it, it's certainly a good target. Furthermore, in the 2021 Government Agency Performance Report, the Mekarsari Community Health Center shows that the planned performance target has decreased compared to the performance target in 2023. To determine the influence of competency on employee performance at the Mekarsari Public Health Center UPTD, Lebak Regency in 2024. To determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at the Mekarsari District Public Health Center UPTD. Lebak in 2024. To find out the influence of competency and speed on employee performance at the UPTD of Mekarsari Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2024.This research used a sampling technique, namely Sampling/Saturated Sample", a total of 41 people/employees. The data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing uses regression analysis with the SPSS 25.00 for Windows program. There is no significant influence of competency (X1) on employee performance (Y). There is a significant influence of compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y). There is a significant influence of Competency (X1) and Compensation (X2) on together (simultaneously) a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y).It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as consideration in taking action to improve employee performance by paying attention to Competency (X1) and Compensation (X2) so that Community Health Center Employee Performance (Y) is competitive.
