Abstract

The development of digital technology and social media has brought significant changes in consumer behavior, especially with the emergence of TikTok as a platform that combines entertainment and online shopping through the TikTok Shop feature. TikTok Shop allows users to make purchases directly from video content, which often involves influencer endorsements and the spread of viral content. This study aims to determine the extent to which influencer endorsements and viral content influence purchasing decisions among TikTok Shop users in Depok City. This study employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling (non-probability sampling) and data analysis through multiple linear regression. Data was collected via a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents who are active users of TikTok Shop in the Depok area. The results indicate that influencer endorsements have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with an R Square value of 55.6%. Meanwhile, viral content also has a significant influence, contributing 68.1%. Together, these two variables account for 74.5% of the influence on purchasing decisions. These findings demonstrate that marketing strategies involving influencers and viral content are highly effective in influencing consumer behavior on the TikTok Shop platform.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which online grocery delivery service, product quality, and product knowledge influence customer satisfaction among users of the Alfagift application. The research adopts a quantitative approach, targeting a population consisting of Generation Y and Z individuals residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) who have made at least one purchase using the Alfagift app. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, involving a total of 200 respondents. Data collection was carried out online via Google Forms, using a questionnaire comprising 40 indicators. A Likert scale was utilized to measure the respondents’ level of agreement with each statement. For data analysis, the study applies the Structural Equation Modeling method using the Partial Least Squares approach (SEM-PLS), which aims to assess the relationships between variables within the proposed model. The study formulated three main hypotheses, all of which were accepted based on statistical analysis results indicating significant relationships. The findings of this research demonstrate that the three independent variables—online grocery delivery service, product quality, and product knowledge—positively and significantly impact customer satisfaction among Alfagift users. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of service optimization, product quality enhancement, and consumer education in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction in digital shopping platforms such as Alfagift.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Net Interest Margin  and Operating Expense to Operating Income  on Return on Equity at PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. This research uses data analysis techniques such as classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with SPSS Version 24. The results show that Net Interest Margin does not have a partial effect on Return on Equity at PT. Bank Permata, Tbk, while Operating Expense to Operating Income has a partial effect on Return on Equity at PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Simultaneously, Net Interest Margin and Operating Expense to Operating Income have a significant effect on Return on Equity at PT. Bank Permata, Tbk..

Abstract

Indomaret, as a modern retail network in Surabaya, operates under a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that regulates cashier services, inventory management, employee governance, and customer facilities. This study aims to examine the extent to which these operational practices align with Islamic business ethics, particularly the principles of shidq (honesty), ‘adl (justice), amanah (trustworthiness), mas’uliyyah (responsibility), and maslahah (public benefit). The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Indomaret’s operations attempt to apply Islamic ethics by ensuring price transparency, equal service for all customers, responsible inventory management, regulatory compliance, and limited CSR initiatives. Nevertheless, implementation remains inconsistent due to varying standards across outlets, limited social contributions, and a dominant profit-oriented approach. Moreover, the Surabaya City Government’s free parking policy at minimarkets has not been fully effective, as illegal parking attendants continue to impose charges on customers. The study concludes that while Islamic business ethics principles are being applied, stronger internal monitoring, employee ethics training, and collaboration with local authorities are required to ensure that Indomaret’s operational practices fully comply with Islamic values and contribute to public welfare.

Abstract

This study examines the establishment and management of Griya Bimbel Kwayangan as a concrete example of edupreneurship in non-formal education. This tutoring center was founded in 2010, initially as a simple door-to-door private tutoring service for elementary school students. Over time, this tutoring center has grown into a popular home-based tutoring institution, even without formal promotion, but rather through word of mouth. The purpose of this study is to determine the background of the establishment of the tutoring center, the management strategies applied, the challenges faced, and the impact on both students and managers. The results of the study show that the success of the tutoring center is supported by factors such as family support, flexibility in learning methods according to student needs, the use of digital technology through interactive media such as online quizzes, and intensive communication with parents who also monitor their children's learning progress. Positive impacts can be seen in the improvement of students' academic achievement, the formation of better learning motivation, and a close emotional relationship between teachers and students. Meanwhile, for managers, the existence of this tutoring center is a means to hone academic skills and develop an entrepreneurial spirit in the field of education. However, challenges remain, particularly limited funds, inadequate learning facilities, and a shortage of teaching staff. In conclusion, Griya Bimbel Kwayangan shows that edupreneurship can grow from simple initiatives and strong commitment, capable of making a real contribution to improving the quality of student learning. This study also implies that the development of home-based tutoring institutions can be an alternative solution for community education if supported by innovation, collaboration, and planned sustainability.

Abstract

The research focuses on how entrepreneurial values, particularly among students, are instilled, and how they are expected to foster entrepreneurial enthusiasm. The research question is how much influence behavior and motivation have on students' entrepreneurial interest. The research employed a survey method using a simple random sampling approach. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The researchers used multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that students' attitudes and motivation play a significant role in shaping their interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study explores the role of edupreneurship in developing tutoring services as an effort to enhance the quality of education. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review and direct observation, this research investigates how edupreneurship integrates entrepreneurial values into educational practices, particularly through the Fun Smart Kids tutoring program. The findings indicate that edupreneurship significantly contributes to improving learning quality by implementing creative and innovative strategies, such as the use of flipbooks, interactive quizzes, educational videos, and storybooks. These approaches effectively increase students’ enthusiasm, self-confidence, and understanding of school materials. Furthermore, the tutoring program not only benefits students in enhancing their academic performance but also provides valuable experience for tutors in managing educational services based on entrepreneurial principles. Therefore, edupreneurship serves as a sustainable approach to support the improvement of education quality while fostering creativity, innovation, and leadership skills among future educators. Practically, the results of this study can be used as a reference for schools and educational institutions in designing entrepreneurship-based learning programs that are more creative and impactful

Abstract

This study highlights the phenomenon of edupreneurship among PGMI UIN Gusdur students who act as private tutors. Edupreneurship is defined as the application of entrepreneurial values ​​in the educational realm so that students become not only scientists but also entrepreneurs in the educational field. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. The results show that PGMI students have a great opportunity to develop edupreneurship potential, particularly through private tutoring activities that serve as a means of teaching practice, developing managerial skills, and increasing practical experience. However, a number of challenges such as limited capital, time management, emotional control, and maintaining consistency in entrepreneurship remain obstacles. Therefore, edupreneurship among PGMI students needs to be managed strategically to become a means of developing the character of independent, innovative, and entrepreneurial educators.

Abstract

The welfare of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Elementary School (SD) teachers remains a crucial issue in educational development in Indonesia. Teachers serve not only as educators but also as individuals who are required to adapt to changing times, which demand creativity and innovation. One potential alternative is edupreneurship, an education-based entrepreneurship model that utilizes pedagogical competencies, technology, and local wisdom. This article aims to examine edupreneurship opportunities for MI/SD teachers as a strategy to improve their welfare, both economically and professionally. This research uses a literature review approach, analyzing relevant sources on the concept of edupreneurship and its implementation in education. The study's findings indicate that MI/SD teachers have opportunities to develop edupreneurship through various activities, such as creating innovative learning media, tutoring services, digital educational content, and developing locally valuable culturally-based products. Edupreneurship not only increases teachers' income but also expands their role as agents of change in society. Thus, edupreneurship can be a strategic solution to support the well-being and independence of elementary school (MI/SD) teachers in the modern era.

Abstract

The era of globalization emerged as a result of advances in the way each individual thinks. Conditions in this global era make life increasingly competitive, so everyone is required to continuously improve their quality and abilities to stay ahead of the curve and be able to compete in tight competition. This research method uses a qualitative approach as part of the applied methodology. The results of this study explain that Bimbel Ahe Anak Hebat has succeeded in building a strong and efficient marketing foundation by integrating a simple digital approach and a social-personal approach in a community environment that is thick with family values. The main strengths of the implemented strategy are cost efficiency and social trust. However, Bimbel Ahe Anak Hebat still faces two main challenges as a pioneering tutoring center: limited reach and industry competition. Overall, the combination of strategies that focus on a personal approach and supported by simple digital media has been the key to Bimbel Ahe's success in building a positive image, although the challenges of expanding reach and improving professionalism still need to be overcome.
