Abstract

Bank credit is a key financial instrument serving as an intermediary channel to allocate funds to productive sectors. However, its effectiveness in stimulating economic growth varies significantly depending on geographic, temporal, and institutional contexts. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA 2020 protocol. A total of 15 qualified articles from accredited national journals published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed through a rigorous process of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and data extraction. The findings reveal heterogeneous effects of bank credit on economic growth. Microcredit for SMEs and fintech lending demonstrated significant positive impacts, while investment credit and conventional credit showed mixed outcomes. The effectiveness of credit is influenced by inflation, interest rates, human development index, and technological adoption. Credit transmission mechanisms operate through SMEs, consumption, payment systems, and income distribution. The study highlights the need for adaptive and context-specific policy frameworks. Policymakers are advised to strengthen Islamic banking, support fintech innovation, and develop inclusive regulatory frameworks. Credit policies must consider threshold effects and regional heterogeneity to effectively promote sustainable economic growth

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the world’s leading tuna producers, holds significant potential for developing value-added fish-based products. However, coastal SMEs face challenges related to raw material availability, product quality, and marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the innovation of tuna floss product development as a strategy to enhance the added value of local food SMEs, particularly in Tanjungjaya Village. The main research question addresses how product quality, economic feasibility, and development strategies of tuna floss can strengthen SME competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through observation, interviews, documentation, and supported by sensory evaluation, economic analysis, and SWOT mapping. The findings reveal that tuna floss achieved high consumer acceptance (sensory scores >7), favorable nutritional quality (protein 38.5%; moisture 4.2%), and a shelf life of up to six months. SWOT analysis highlights the dominance of strengths and opportunities, while economic analysis indicates the need for cost efficiency or price adjustments. In conclusion, tuna floss development has the potential to increase added value, expand market reach, and reinforce the resilience of coastal SMEs. Future research is recommended to explore flavor innovation, advanced packaging technology, and digital marketing strategies to extend shelf life and broaden market penetration.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization and digital transformation, business competition is becoming increasingly intense. Lava Collection Store, located in Bululawang District, faces significant challenges, particularly a notable decline in sales. This decline is driven by changes in consumer behavior, with a growing preference for the convenience of online shopping, limited utilization of digital technology in marketing and business operations, and a lack of innovative marketing strategies. This study aimed to identify the problems faced by Lava Collection in designing a business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase sales, particularly through the Shopee e-commerce platform. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews with various relevant parties. The results showed that the main weakness of Lava Collection lies in the Channels element, which has not been utilized optimally. The design and implementation of the BMC which emphasized the strengthening of digital distribution Channels, had driven the business toward positive development. The implementation of digital marketing strategies through Shopee has proven to enhance the product visibility, increase consumer interaction, and generate new sales transactions that support the sustainability of the business in the digital era..

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through managing individual factors relevant to work dynamics. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job crafting, innovative work behavior, and self-efficacy on the performance of ASN employees in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 54 respondents determined by the total sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The analysis stages include evaluation of the outer model, inner model, and model fit test. The results show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job crafting is proven to increase employee work effectiveness, innovative work behavior contributes to creating innovative work solutions, while self-efficacy strengthens employee confidence in completing tasks. In conclusion, job crafting, innovative work behavior, and self-efficacy are important factors that can improve the performance of ASN employees in Rembang District, Rembang Regency. These findings offer practical implications for human resource management within local governments to foster an adaptive, innovative, and performance-oriented work culture

Abstract

The development of the beauty industry is currently experiencing a rapid rise. This results from numerous elements, among them being the awareness to look attractive. Various cosmetic brands create products by following the development of existing beauty trends in order to attract consumer attention. In attracting consumer buying interest, business actors must pay attention to several factors, including product quality and brand image.  The objective of this investigation was to pinpoint and scrutinize the influence of item excellence and brand image of Somethinc cosmetics on Generation Z's buying interest through Tiktok Shop in Bandung City. The method used employs a numerical technique with an explanatory and validation strategy. This research utilizes original and secondary data gathered through surveys given to from participant who meet predetermined criteria. The group targeted in this research consists of Gen Z residing within Bandung City and have the desire to buy Somethinc cosmetic products through Tiktok Shop, the number of which cannot be known with certainty. Determination of the specimen for this research applying the Cochrane equation therefore 96 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Within this research, information handling and examination were performed via authenticity assessments, dependability checks, traditional premise evaluations, plural linear regression scrutiny, determination coefficient evaluations, and supposition appraisal employing support of SPSS software version 25. The outcomes of this research reveal that merchandise excellence separately bears no impact and is trivial toward buying interest, brand image separately exerts a meaningful influence upon buying interest, and merchandise excellence along with brand image collectively exert a meaningful influence upon buying interest. This research discovered that the impact products quality and brand image of Somethinc cosmeticson generation z’s purchasing interest through tiktok shop in Banding city, amounting to 42,6%.

Abstract

This study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, aiming to holistically describe the implementation of the edupreneurship concept in the management of the "Anak Hebat" Kedungwuni Tutoring Institute (Bimbel). Specifically, this study seeks to understand how the concept of educational entrepreneurship is translated into managerial practices, innovations in learning strategies, its impact on the formation of student independence, and identifying inhibiting factors. The research location was determined purposively in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency, with the unique consideration that this institution was established in 2020 as an adaptive response amidst the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, making it an information-rich case. The focus of the research is directed at exploring the motivation for establishment, managerial management strategies, service innovations, and operational challenges. Mrs. Rofi'ah, the manager and founder of Bimbel, was the sole key informant selected through purposive sampling due to her central role and experience. To ensure validity, data were collected through triangulation techniques: in-depth semi-structured interviews (to explore motivations, strategies, and challenges broadly), direct observation (to observe the atmosphere and teacher-student interactions), and documentation (to verify the institution's profile and administrative data). This method allows for the collection of rich, narrative, and contextual data regarding the specific case studied. The results of the study illustrate that edupreneurship practices at the "Anak Hebat" Tutoring Center are not only oriented towards business sustainability but also strengthen aspects of student learning independence through flexible service strategies, personalized approaches, and learning innovations tailored to students' developmental needs. The relevance of these findings emphasizes that the success of a tutoring center is not only measured by profitability, but also by its capacity to act as an edupreneur that is responsive to market needs, while simultaneously being a driver for the development of student learning independence.

Abstract

In the face of intensifying competition in the era of globalization, companies must adapt and innovate to survive. Effective communication is a key factor determining the success of a business entity. In a professional business context, this effective communication is known as business communication. Based on the identified research gap, this study aims to deeply analyze the implementation of business communication in enhancing auditor work effectiveness, with a case study at Public Accounting Firm (KAP) XYZ Surabaya. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collected through in-depth interviews and observation at KAP XYZ. The results indicate that effective business communication is a strategic tool for improving auditor effectiveness and professionalism. Verbal communication, encompassing both spoken and written forms, functions to ensure information accuracy and facilitate smooth internal and external coordination, as well as adaptation to digital media usage. Meanwhile, nonverbal communication (facial expressions, vocal tone, body language, and chronemics) serves to maintain the auditor's objectivity, credibility, and to build client trust. The effective combination of these two forms of communication is concretely proven to enhance auditor work efficiency by minimizing crucial miscommunication, accelerating the acquisition of audit evidence from clients, and increasing trust, thereby facilitating the timely completion of all audit task stages. This finding is expected to serve as a reference for auditors, prospective auditors, and public accounting firm leaders in developing professional communication strategies that can improve the professionalism of auditor-client relationships and overall auditor work effectiveness.

Abstract

Standard time measurement of bandsaw and cross-cut machine work processes for planning and evaluating order fulfillment] The furniture industry is continuously innovating to produce the best products, with buyers' preferences related to function, quality, and design. To increase productivity, companies need to optimize machine cycle times and reformulate production time durations. Lead time needs to be optimized to ensure order fulfillment until the transaction is completed on time. In measuring productivity, standard time is critical to setting production targets, budgets, product cost estimates, and machine requirements, and determining standard operator wages to measure. Companies in the garden furniture sector need to calculate standard time in their production processes, particularly in the RST (Raw Sawn Timber) processing stage, in order to achieve on time production targets and avoid potential losses. Productivity analysis of the RST processing stage is carried out by calculating the standard time of the bandsaw and cross-cut or radial arm saw machines. The research was conducted through the motion study measurement, uniformity and sufficiency testing of data, and normal and standard time calculations to determine the required duration for each production stage. The time study measurement results and standard time calculations for 18 work elements show that the standard time in the RST processing stage is 4.92 minutes or equivalent to 12 units/hour, which means the company can ideally produce 88 unit of products per day

Abstract

This discussion was conducted to determine the implementation of teacher entrepreneurship in an elementary school teacher who manages a side business selling bread stup with a monthly ordering scheme, and to analyze how this activity remains consistent with the spirit of professionalism of an educator. Using a descriptive qualitative research approach, the investigation was conducted at SDIT Mutiara Umat with detailed interviews, observations, and analysis to ensure the validity of the findings. Data analysis concluded that the teacher successfully maintained his professional dedication, which was reflected in punctuality in attendance, careful pedagogical planning, and a clear differentiation between teaching duties and entrepreneurial activities. Side business activities offer benefits in the form of improved financial conditions, increased entrepreneurial skills, and serve as role models for students in developing independence and creativity. However, the implementation of teacherpreneurship requires support from educational institution policies, efficient time management, and the application of professional norms to avoid potential conflicts of interest. This study underscores the crucial importance of maintaining harmony between teaching duties and business activities through institutional arrangements, openness, and careful time management so that entrepreneurship among educators can make a positive contribution to the progress of learning and schools. The results of this study have significant practical implications, as they can be applied as a framework for developing entrepreneurial initiatives for educators in various educational institutions. The goal is to foster an ethos of independence, creativity, and enhanced professional competence among educators, in line with the demands of the contemporary educational landscape.

Abstract

This study examines how the Pekalongan Batik Museum fosters interest in edupreneurship and strengthens batik culture among Generation Z. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results indicate that the museum implements experiential learning strategies, such as batik workshops, assistance in designing batik motifs, and collaboration with MSMEs and local batik communities. This strategy not only enhances understanding of batik culture but also helps develop creative skills and awareness of batik's economic value as a business opportunity. However, several obstacles remain, including the lack of use of digital technology and low local community participation. These findings suggest that the experiential edupreneurship model developed by the Pekalongan Batik Museum can be replicated by other batik museums and similar cultural institutions to support cultural preservation and foster a creative economy ecosystem among the younger generation..
