Abstract

Posyandu salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalaM memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar, utamanya untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi, seperti di Desa Palumbonsari dengan capaian D/S tahun 2022 (66,97%), tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan edukasi manfaat posyandu bagi anak utnuk tumbuh kembang, metode: yang digunakan dengan ceramah dan diskusi, dan hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat agar ibu balita yang berada di wilayah karawang padat lebih mementingkan kesehatan anak

Abstract

Pijat bayi adalah bentuk terapi sentuhan tertua dan terpopuler yang dikenal umat manusia, dan merupakan bentuk stimulasi dini yang sangat penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Di Indonesia, pijat bayi dilakukan di masyarakat oleh bidan tradisional dan hanya dilakukan pada saat bayi sakit. Pijat bayi sangat bagus untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bila dilakukan secara teratur saat bayi Anda sehat daripada sakit. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan praktik pijat bayi kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak kecil sehingga dapat secara mandiri memberikan pijat bayi kepada anaknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi masyarakat dan pelatihan kepada 16 ibu balita. Kegiatan ini memberikan penyuluhan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan tentang pijat bayi dan pengaruhnya terhadap tumbuh kembang bayi, dan melakukan latihan pijat bayi sederhana yang dapat di lakukan di rumah untuk ibu dan bayi Berkat pelayanan tersebut, para ibu mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang pijat bayi dan pengaruhnya terhadap tumbuh kembang bayi, mempunyai sikap positif, mampu melakukan pijat bayi secara mandiri di rumah.

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan respon emosional seseorang yang tidak jelas dan dapat menimbulkan perasaan tidak nyaman dan terancam. Meski ditandai dengan rasa khawatir dan cemas yang terus-menerus, namun sebenarnya hal tersebut bukanlah kecemasan yang berasal dari luar tubuh. Tujuan pengabdian msyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada bidan di klinik aster mengenai terapi mindfulness dalam menurunkan kecemasan bidan pada kasus kegawatdaruratan. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah 15 bidan yang bekerja di klinik aster tahun 2024. Konsep terapi mindfulness dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan bidan dalam penanganan kegawatdaruratan

Abstract

An obstetric emergency is an emergency for mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. In obstetric emergencies not treated immediately, this can lead to the death of the mother and fetus. The clinical symptoms of obstetric emergencies are very difficult to recognize, so the knowledge, thinking, analytical skills and experience of midwives as helpers are very important. In health service institutions, midwives are one of the health workers who have important competency standards as a characteristic of professional quality standards in their work. Midwives provide services throughout the mother's life cycle and treat obstetric emergencies, this is inseparable from the knowledge and attitude of midwives towards referrals. Obstetric emergency referral is a timely referral. Successful timely referrals are supported by conditions that can prevent the occurrence of four delays (4T) in the management of obstetric emergencies. A good referral system requires health workers, especially midwives, to be at the forefront of emergency obstetric services. Knowledge and attitude are very important for medical personnel, especially midwives. These advanced skills shape the worker's abilities. This is an initiative to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality rates in obstetric emergencies. The data analysis in this study was used the SPSS 20 statistical processing program and the test used was the Chi-Square test

Abstract

The purpose this intership activities to find out : (1) The mechanism in proses of collecting and payment land and building tax in Depok District. (2) Implementation of collection and payment of land and building tax to public or taxpayers in Depok District. (3) Evaluation of mechanism and implementation of collection and payment of land and building tax in Depok District. The method used in data collection in intership activity is the obsevation method, interview method, and documentation method. The results of intership activities show that : (1) The working mechanism is regulated in Sleman Regent’s Regulation and a simple mechanism carried out by village government to make it easier to public or taxpayers. (2) The implementation of activities that running well and in accordance with the objectives expected the local government, district and village government but there are still differences that need to be studied further by regional government, district and village government regarding the regulation for payment and deposit of land and building taxes in rural and urban areas. (3) The evaluation of the PBB payment week activities for 2022 went well and regulary, get a lot of enthusiasm from public or taxpayes in proses of collection and payment land and building tax

Abstract

This internship activity aims to find out: (1) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for submitting and approving credit (credit granting) at PT BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). (2) Implementation and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for credit application and approval. (3) As well as knowing the obstacles faced and the solutions that were carried out in implementing credit applications and approvals at PT BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). The method of collecting data in solving is by interview method, observation method, and by way of documentation method. The results of the internship activities show that: (1) The credit granting procedures applied at PT BPR Bank Bantul are good and in accordance with the theory. (2) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for credit submission and approval at PT BPR Bank Bantul are in accordance with credit elements. (3) Obstacles in granting credit at PT BPR Bank Bantul include incomplete requirements from prospective debtors, lack of understanding regarding collateral applied by banks, so that many prospective debtors have their collateral rejected by the bank, as well as false information provided by prospective debtors . To overcome these obstacles, PT BPR Bank Bantul postponed credit disbursement and reviewed and conducted another survey to ensure that the data was correct

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu di Propinsi Jawa Barat adalah karena persalinan lama, dengan angka kematian yang masih besar. Persalinan /partus lama merupakan istilah untuk menggambarkan adanya abnormalitas persalinan di kala 1 (pembukaan 1 hingga 10 atau lengkap). Adapun salah satu cara untuk mempercepat kemajuan persalinan yaitu dengan memberikan pijat oksitosin. Telah banyak dilakukan penelitian tentang pijat oksitosin, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap lama persalinan kala I fase aktif. Kesimpulannya, pijat oksitosin berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan kala I fase aktif, yaitu fase dimana telah terjadi pembukaan 4 sampai lengkap. Saran bagi bidan diharapkan dapat membantu ibu bersalin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ibu akan rasa nyaman dalam pengontrolan nyeri secara non farmakologis saat memberikan asuhan persalinan dengan menerapkan teknik pijat oksitosin sehingga persalinan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan aman baik dari segi lama persalinan dan kondisi bayi yang dilahirkan

Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan sumber makanan yang mengandung nutrisi lengkap dengan komposisi yang dibutuhkan oleh bayi. Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan di anjurkan oleh pedoman internasional World Health Organization (WHO). Keberhasilan ASI esklusif dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara non farmakologi dengan buah papaya muda. Pepaya muda mengandung laktagogum (lactagogue) yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan volume ASI.

Abstract

ASI adalah makanan terbaik yang bisa diberikan seorang ibu kepada bayinya. Hanya dengan ASI saja sudah cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sampai bayi 6 bulan pertama. Eksklusif pemberian ASI pada bayi sangat dianjurkan, tanpa makanan atau makanan lain minum kecuali obat-obatan dan vitamin. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai ASI Eksklusif pada bu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabupaten Karawang. Abstract

This internship activity aims to find out: (1) What is the mechanism for collecting motorized vehicle tax at the Sleman Samsat, (2) the obstacles that occur and the solutions carried out in Motor Vehicle Tax Receipt at the Sleman Samsat. The method of collecting data in solving problems is by interview method, observation method, and by means of the documentation method.The results of this internship show that: (1) The mechanism for collecting motorized vehicle tax in the Sleman Samsat is very good, (2) the obstacles that occur as well as solutions to motorized vehicle tax revenue in the Sleman Samsat, namely, the lack of public awareness in paying motorized vehicle tax properly time, the lack of knowledge of taxpayers regarding the procedure for moving in and out of motorized vehicles in Sleman district and avoidance of progressive tariffs. The solution to overcoming obstacles to motorized vehicle tax collection is to activate tax socialization, hold a motor vehicle tax penalty bleaching/removal program and provide several excellent services that can be used by the community to increase local revenue from motorized vehicle tax while at the same time facilitating the public in carrying out their tax obligations
