Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To analyze promotions using Instagram social media to consumer responses at the central store by – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri. 2) To analyze promotions using Facebook social media to consumer responses at the central store by – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri. 3) To analyze promotions using WhatsApp social media to consumer responses at the central store by – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri. 4) to analyze promotions using social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to the response of consumers at the central store by – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri.  In the central store by -by "Rumah Madumongso" because it has consumers whose population is unlimited, the determination of the size of the number of research samples is set at 40 respondents, this is in accordance with Roschoe's theory.  The data collection technique uses accidental sampling, which is data taken to respondents when meeting in person. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study are: 1). The influence of promotion using Instagram social media on consumer response at the oelh central store – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri. 2). The influence of promotion using Facebook social media on consumer response at the oelh central store – by "Rumah Madumongso" Kediri. 3). Abstract

Equity, The aim of this study was to investigate how the stock prices of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are affected by the Return On Asset Ratio, Return On Debt to Equity Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Dividend Per Share. The research technique used is a quantitative technique that makes use of numerical data. All consumer goods manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange make up the population of this study, but the sample in this study comprises of 25 companies chosen by purposive sampling. The yearly financial statements of the corporation from 2018 to 2021 are the secondary data used in this study. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression, taking into account the conventional assumption test criteria of normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis is statistically examined using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The results of a partial test (t test) show that while debt to equity ratio and dividend per share have a significant impact on firm prices, ratios of return on equity, earnings per share, and return on assets have a significant impact on stock prices. The concurrent test results (F test) show that stock prices are significantly influenced by the independent variables (Ratio Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Dividends Per Share).

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the impact from the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, as well as growth and learning perspectives on company performance. The technique applied uses the causality technique. Total population of this study 153 employees. The number of samples taken is 60 people. The results of the research processed with the help of the SPSS reveal that the adjusted R Square are 0.552 or 55.2% which means that the magnitude of the influence of Financial Perspective (X1), Customer Perspective (X2), Internal Business Process Perspective (X3) and Growth and Learning Perspective ( X4) on the Company's Performance (Y) is 55.2%, which means it's still there other factors that affect the company's performance by 44.8% but these factors are not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

The usefulness of this study was used to obtain the influence of leadership style and rewards on employee performance by using work motivation as an intervening variable in PDAM Kediri Regency. For this research, a quantitative approach is used and the type of research is causal. The population in this study amounted to 98 employees. A sample of 40 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire, analyzed using path analysis, and tested using the SPSS 23 program. The results for the test ensure that the existence of leadership styles and compensation have a substantial relationship to employee work motivation. Work motivation substantially affects employee performance. Leadership style and compensation have a substantial effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Today the food and beverage industry sector companies are growing. The development of the company is correlated with profitability, considering that profitability is an important factor for the sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of short-term debt, long-term debt, company age, and company size on company profitability. This study uses quantitative methods with associative techniques. The research subjects are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research sample amounted to 29 companies. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that short-term debt and company age partially did not affect the company's profitability, while long-term debt and company size had a significant effect on company profitability. Short-term debt, long-term debt, company age, and company size simultaneously have a significant effect on company profitability.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method which aims to analyze and assess the impact of Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, and Populations on Regional Original Income in East Java Province in 2018–2020.Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23 software. A total of 38 regencies and cities in East Java Province were sampled in this study. Regional Taxes, Regional Levies and Population Partially or Simultaneously affect Regional Original Income in East Java province.The latest data from the realization of Regional Original Income in 2018-2020 as well as a larger scope of research means that the Regency & City as a whole in East Java Province are used to update this research with previous research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of talent management, employee recruitment and development in Belikopi. The research approach used is qualitative, and is a type of case study research. The informants in this study were 3 Belikopi employees aged 20 to 40 years. The data were collected by observation, documentation and interview methods. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data triagulation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of talent management, recruitment and development in Belikopi has not been maximized because there is no roadmap of written rules regarding talent management and its implementation

Abstract

This research intended to describe the causes of high school students' difficulty learning accounting during the covid-19 pandemic. This study was implemented at 6 Public Senior High School Kediri. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method for data collection, including questionnaires for internal and external factors, interviews, and observations. According to the study, the causes of difficulty in learning accounting for high school students during the covid-19 pandemic fell into internal and external factors. The Internal factors consist of lack of confidence, lack of talent in calculating or analysing financial transactions, lack of interest, and lack of student motivation; on the other hand, the external factors include a less harmonious relationship and a lack of communication between children and parents, the way the teacher explained, the teacher relationship was not close to students due to the pandemic, boredom during online learning, unstable internet connection, friends who frequently invited students to play, and activities which were more engaging than studying accounting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of education, a high workload and a work environment that does not support the performance of CV employees Indorizva Sawahan Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach with causal techniques, Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation, literature study. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique covering 18 employees. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of the research on the test are:1) education has no effect on employee performance with a single value of 0.199 > 0.05. 2) The workload has an influence on employee performance with a sign value of 0.037 <0.05. 3) The work environment has an influence on employee performance with a sign value of 0.034 <0.05. 4) education (X _1), workload (X _2), and work environment (X _3) simultaneously affect employee performance with F_hitung 17.415 and sign value 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of the financial statements and to analyze whether the presentation of the financial statements of BUMDes Sumber Rejeki is in accordance with the applicable SAK ETAP. The data analysis technique of this research used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and library research. The results of the study stated that the accountability report prepared by the Sumber Rejeki BUMDes was not based on SAK ETAP. The financial statements prepared consist of a balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity and cash flow statement, BUMDes does not present notes on financial statements in the accountability report, and lack of knowledge among BUMDes Sumber Rejeki managers. It is expected that BUMDes employ employees who are familiar with the accounting field, as well as attend training or socialization regarding the presentation of financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP.
