Abstract

In this research, the background is the results of research and the experience of researchers. That the factors that play a role in work productivity are communication, motivation and discipline. The research objective was to determine the effect of communication, motivation, discipline on employee work productivity. This research technique is to use quantitative techniques. The population in this study were all employees of the Pare branch of the post office. The sample used in this study was 40 people at the Pare branch post office. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, t test, f test. The results of this study state that 1) communication has an effect on the work productivity of the Pare branch post office employees. 2) Motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of the Pare branch post office employees. 3) Communication, motivation, discipline simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely employee work productivity Keywords: Communication, Motivation, Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

A sustainable marketing strategy becoming a significant trend. Constraints regarding the development of marketing strategies resulted in customer loyalty not being maximized, there were many competitors which became a phenomenon that was directly felt by Kurnia Madu Kediri Business. This study aims to determine the application of the right marketing mix in the Kurnia Madu Kediri Business as a strategy to create customer loyalty. A qualitative approach to this type of descriptive research is used as the research technique this time. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study: 1) Kurnia Madu Kediri's business applies the 4P marketing mix strategy of product, price, promotion, and place. 2) Kurnia Madu Kediri business has carried out a good marketing strategy in terms of products by maintaining product quality and interesting innovations. Set the price according to the quality of honey offered. Has a strategic distribution location. Promotion through direct selling with very good and responsive communication, then it can be maximized in carrying out promotions online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and common size financial performance both partially and simultaneously on chemical manufacturing entities listed on the IDX 2018-2022. Comparative causal quantitative techniques. The sample in this study are chemical manufacturing entities listed on the IDX 2018-2022 that have met the criteria. The conclusion from this study is that Liquidity and Common Size partially affect the financial performance of chemical manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Partially, solvency has no effect on the financial performance of chemical manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Liquidity, Solvency, and Common Size in profit and loss simultaneously affect the financial performance of chemical manufacturing entities listed on the IDX 2018-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROE), dan ukuran perusahaan (Ln Assets) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin's Q) dengan kinerja keuangan (ROA) sebagai intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian kausal komparatif. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga terpilih dua perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the factors affecting consumers in shopping for traveling traders and market traders in Karangrejo Village based on cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors.  This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. It uses qualitative research methods, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The informant selection uses 3R criteria: Relevance, Representation, Realignment. Triangulation used is source triangulation. The results of this study explain the behavior of consumers with 5 informants, from the research results with 5 informants, it is mostly due to time factors with time differences in shopping at traveling traders and market traders. This study recommendation is given to traveling traders and market traders, as well as for future researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of profitability, liquidity, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period. The method used in this research is quantitative causality and the sampling method uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 14 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression using Stata software version 14. The results of this study indicate that profitability, liquidity, and capital intensity have no effect on tax aggressiveness. The difference between this research and previous studies is the time and data studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how effective the application of work discipline is on the performance of employees at the Gentong Sakti Kediri plastic shop. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by observing, interviewing and documenting. The informants in this study were shop owners, 2 employees and 2 buyers. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the lack of discipline among employees at the Gentong Sakti Kediri store was due to a lack of cooperation between employees which caused social jealousy among fellow employees which triggered conflict within the company.

Abstract

The background of this research is to support the smooth running of Purchasing operations by using Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) as controls and work system guidelines to create an adequate internal control system. Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) are the main needs of the company in carrying out all company activities. Implementation of SOP properly can result in the smooth running of the company's operational activities. SOPs that are clear and easy to understand can help employees to be able to work by showing good performance in accordance with the wishes of the company. The type of research used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study used sources, namely interviews, observations, and document utilization. The informant in this research is the Head of Purchasing. The conclusion of this research is that the application of standard operating procedures plays an important role in the smooth running of Purchasing operations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in supporting smooth operations. The benefits and objectives of SOP purchasing are to regulate the flow of purchases so that they are more orderly and regular when there is an audit. Based on the results of the study, the application of SOPs in purchasing is very influential in improving company performance, because SOPs are guidelines, handbooks and procedures for doing the work of every employee in each jobdesk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, product design, and price on the purchasing decision of Compass shoes. Brand image is the consumer's perception of a particular brand, while product design refers to the physical and aesthetic characteristics of Compass shoes. The price reflects the value that consumers have to pay to obtain Compass shoes. The research sample consists of consumers who have the potential to buy Compass shoes. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques to examine the relationship between the independent variables (brand image, product design, and price) and the dependent variable (purchasing decision). The results of the study show that brand image, product design, and price have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. A positive and strong brand image, attractive product design, as well as reasonable prices and in accordance with the perceived value of consumers, can increase the consumer's tendency to buy Compass shoes. This finding has important implications for the shoe company Compass in developing their marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze soft skills, hard skills, and self-efficacy simultaneously based on student interest. This research uses descriptive research methods, which are methods used to answer questions based on research questions. The results showed that soft skills had no significant effect on student performance, while hard skills and self-efficacy had a significant effect on student performance. The adjusted R² value of 0.625 shows that hard skills and self-efficacy have a significant effect on student entrepreneurship interest. Soft skills also have a positive impact on student entrepreneurship interest. It is important to develop education and training programs that focus on improving soft skills, hard skills, and self-efficacy in the process of increasing students' entrepreneurship interests.
