Abstract

The research is motivated by the effort to fulfill culinary beverage needs, particularly in the form of coffee. Consumers expect to get products of good quality that match their taste preferences at an affordable price, accompanied by excellent service to achieve satisfaction. On the other hand, companies strive to design and implement appropriate strategies, especially related to the marketing mix and service concepts, to win the competition, particularly in the cafe business. This research aims to analyze the significant relationship between product quality and price, separately and together, concerning consumer demand. The research adopts a quantitative and causal approach, utilizing causal techniques and data collection through questionnaires. The majority of the sample population consists of every consumer who has visited Kafe Griyo Nganjuk at least once. In total, 40 individuals responded to the survey. Multiple regression analysis was employed as the analytical method. The findings of this research demonstrate that product quality and its pricing are directly or indirectly related to consumer needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Trenggalek district staffing agency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology. These studies use a causal methodology. The 52 participants were selected from a relatively small population by the authors, who used a saturated sampling approach to select the sample. The results of the partial analysis of the independent variables of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline show that the Personnel Board of Trenggalek Regency has a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. Leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance at the Personnel Agency of Trenggalek Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems in purchasing decisions caused by problems that existed within the company, where problems were in price, product quality, and promotion by the MOWIN Brand Soy Sauce. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotions partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions of MOWIN Brand Soy Sauce. The approach used is a quantitative causality approach. The number of respondents in this study was 40 consumers. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate a positive effect on the price variable. However, product quality and promotion do not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Price, product quality, and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. It is expected that MOWIN brand soy sauce will pay more attention to price, product quality, and promotions in order to improve sales decisions.

Abstract

The background of this research is an institution of State Senior High School 2 Pare, Kediri Regency, on average with graduates from Teacher Education and employees it must be required to have at least a State High School/Equivalent to Bachelor Degree with the major required by the agency. The success and success of school staff at the 2 Pare State Senior High School, Kediri Regency, is an appreciation for employees and not far away from the favorite schools in Pare and its surroundings. Apart from that, the school has a good performance of staff and teaching staff. In this approach available is quantitative. This is used because the data obtained is in the form of numbers. The quantitative method is research that is guided by the philosophy of positivism to examine a certain population or sample and take a random sample by collecting data using statistical data analysis tools. Further research, it is necessary to conduct further research on factors other than educational background, work experience, and work ethic because these three factors in carrying out the employee performance variable get a result of 87% so there is still 13% of employee performance in senior high schools 2 Pare This is because in this study there are still variables or other aspects that can affect employee performance. And I suggest choosing the factors of work loyalty and work motivation.

Abstract

 In facing competition in this era of globalization, companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively in order to maximize the expansion of the business world and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Incentives have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Shop employees. (2) Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (4) Incentives, Discipline, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. The population in this study were the employees of the Friends of Nganjuk Building Materials Store. Respondents in this study were 40 using the total sampling method. And analyzed by Multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 29 application. The conclusions from this study are (1) Incentives partially have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (2) Discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. Abstract

This research is motivated by Improving employee performance will bring progress for companies to be able to survive in an unstable business environment competition. Researchers found several interesting things to be researched, such as recruitment that is not in accordance with SOPs, suboptimal competencies, less assertive leadership and less than-optimal employee performance at PT. Mitra Sejahtera Success. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of recruitment, employee competence, and leadership on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Success Mitra Sejahtera Kediri. This study used a quantitative approach with a causality method. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Success Mitra Sejahtera. The sample used in this study was 50 employees. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The sample in this study is employees working at PT. Success of Mitra Sejahtera Kediri. The conclusion of this study is that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance, competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Recruitment, competence, and leadership simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Success of Mitra Sejahtera Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, product quality, and lifestyle either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Erigo brand clothing. This research uses a quantitative approach and is a causal research. The population in this study are all consumers of Erigo products whose number is unlimited or uncountable. The sample was determined as many as 40 students who were taken using an accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand equity, product quality and lifestyle had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously brand equity, product quality, and lifestyle had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Erigo brand clothing.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of the principles of good governance in the village government of Kedungrejo and to identify whether Fraud prevention measures have been carried out properly. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observation, while secondary data was collected through documentation. Thus, this study will provide a detailed description of the application of the principles of good governance and the obstacles that may be encountered in preventing Fraud in managing village funds in Kedungrejo Village, Nganjuk Regency. the data obtained, choosing the main or important things, and removing unnecessary ones so that it can make it easier for researchers to draw conclusions. The results of the research are that in the village of Kedungrejo it has implemented good governance or good governance and no acts of Fraud have been found by the government of the village of Kedungrejo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of liquidity ratios represented by liquidity ratios, solvency ratios determined by debt to equity ratios, and activity ratios determined by total asset turnover ratios. , to determine financial performance, determined by partial and concurrent asset returns. The samples used in this study were 18 of 31 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. Data collection and quantitative techniques use secondary data. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the results of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover ratio affect investment returns if tested at the same time or at the same time. In part, liquidity ratios and asset turnover ratios affect ROA. While the debt-to-equity ratio may not have a significant impact on ROA.
