Abstract

The background of this research is that land and building tax revenue does not meet the set targets and the percentage of hotel and restaurant tax revenues will decrease in 2022, while Nganjuk district is one of the areas with the highest percentage of realized APBD spending, namely 71.67 percent (damarinfo.com). This can affect the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), both the expenditure budget for the central and regional governments. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the effect of land and building tax, hotel tax, and restaurant tax on local revenue either partially or simultaneously in Nganjuk Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses the subject object and is analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software for windows version 25. The results of the study found that: (1) Land and Building Tax has a significant effect on Regional Original Income. (2) Hotel Tax has no significant effect on Local Own Revenue. (3) Restaurant Tax has a significant effect on Regional Original Income. (4) Simultaneously, land and building taxes, hotel taxes, and restaurant taxes affect local revenue.

Abstract

The problems raised in this study are (1) What is the role/participation of the community in optimizing the implementation of the PTSL program properly? (2) How is the effectiveness of the PTSL program in Ringinpitu Village? This study uses descriptive qualitative research using interview survey methods, and qualitative methods. Researchers also use source triangulation. Sources of data were obtained by interviewing informants. The results of this study show that the participation of the Ringinpitu village community is quite active, which can be proven when I conducted interviews with several informants who stated that the community was very enthusiastic about welcoming the PTSL program. The PTSL program that took place in Ringinpitu village was considered effective despite being constrained by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is an organizational asset, effectiveness and efficiency can improve the quality ofhuman resources. The presence of the right and quality people that triggers trigger more contributions from employees atwork is Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Research purpose was to determine effect of Servant Leadership, Personalityand Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Pelayaran Agung Samudera.This research is a quantitative with a random sample technique involving 43 respondents. Analysis of the data usedincludes the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hipotesis Test, Coefficient of Determination and ClassicalAssumption Test of Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Normality. Based on the results of the SPSS program analysis,it was shown to have a significantly correlated at the level of significant < 0.05 and the value of r arithmetic > r table thendeclared valid in the measurement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri. This study uses causality quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri products. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling which determined a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination ( ), t-test, and f test. The results of the t-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle and product quality partially affect purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri, while store atmosphere has no partial effect on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri. Furthermore, the results of the f-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the importance of the role of a leader in a company which is required to be able to manage all its employees and all production activities so that production results are maximized. However, the many activities of the leadership outside the company make the leadership not often within the scope of the company. This has an impact on the lack of communication between employees and leaders, has an impact on employee motivation which can result in decreased employee loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the variables of leadership and communication have on employee loyalty through motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Ray of hope. In this study, researchers used a causality quantitative approach by processing data using SPSS 23.0. The sampling used in this study was a purposive sampling technique, and the data collection technique in this study was based on questionnaires distributed to 40 UD employees. Sinar Harapan as a respondent. The results of this study are that the leadership and communication variables partially have a significant influence on motivation. Variables of motivation and leadership partially have a significant influence on work loyalty. Communication variable has no significant effect on work loyalty. "leadership has a significant effect on work loyalty through motivation" is rejected. "communication has a significant effect on work loyalty through motivation" is rejected. leadership and communication in this study have a significant influence on employee loyalty through motivation as an intervening variable. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya peran seorang pemimpin di perusahaan yang di tuntut untuk dapat mengatur seluruh karyawannya dan seluruh kegiatan produksi agar hasil produksi maksimal. Namun, banyaknya kegiatan pimpinan diluar perusahaan membuat pimpinan tidak sering berada di lingkup perusahaannya. Hal tersebut berdampak pada kurangnya komunikasi karyawan dengan pimpinan, berdampak pada motivasi kerja karyawan yang dapat berakibat menurunnya loyalitas kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada UD. Sinar Harapan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan pengolahan data menggunakan spss 23.0. Sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling, dan teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah berdasar dari kuesioner yang telah disebar untuk 40 Karyawan UD. Sinar Harapan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi. Variabel motivasi dan kepemimipinan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Variabel komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. “kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui motivasi” ditolak. “komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui motivasi” ditolak. kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna untuk mengetahui keterampilan, pembagian kerja, dan efektivitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan dan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang di ambil merupakan karyawan PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk Unit Kediri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan, pembagian kerja, dan efektivitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

It is interesting for researchers to analyze the purchase decision of BTS's official merchandise at ARMY Kediri. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning and motives of BTS's official merchandise purchase decisions at ARMY Kediri. The method in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological paradigm. The data collection process was carried out by conducting interviews with Kediri ARMYs who have an official BTS merchandise collection of five people. In this study, data analysis was carried out using working papers to facilitate the mapping of noema, epoche, noesis, intentional analysis, and eidetic reduction. This research resulted in the decision to purchase BTS's official merchandise at ARMY Kediri as a form of support and appreciation for BTS's work. By purchasing official BTS merchandise, fans feel satisfaction because their wishes are fulfilled. In addition, ARMY Kediri purchases official BTS merchandise as a form of identity that he is a BTS fan. The purchase of BTS official merchandise is done as a form of investment, some BTS official merchandise collections can be sold again in the future at a higher price.

Abstract

The continuous development of the era and the increasingly real competition of corporate organizations seem to be a challenge for companies that already exist or are just starting out. Indonesia is one of the countries that is included in the competition for the Asean Economic Community (AEC) and that means whether Indonesia wants it or not, it must remain ready for this situation by continuing to develop the potential of existing human resources and continue to prepare for the potential of human resources that do not yet exist. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work facilities and work environment on employee performance at UD. AL Mubarokah Pare simultaneously or partially. This study uses an associative or causality quantitative approach using research methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all UD employees. AL Mubarokah Pare as many as 30 employees. The sample in this study were 30 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of this study show that partially the work compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the facility variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of compensation, work facilities and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at UD AL Mubarokah Pare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sales and inventory accounting information system at UD. Podo Joyo Farm Kediri. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data mining methods with interviews, and observations as primary data, as well as secondary data from the researcher's documentation. Data analysis by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. With 5 informants based on their respective fields. The results of this study show that (1) Inside UD. Podo Joyo Farm Kediri has all procedures, documents, and functions that are in the sales and inventory accounting information system and all by theory, (2) In recording sales and inventory of goods still using manual methods and in the warehouse function there is a function conflict with the delivery function. From the results of this study, researchers recommend UD. Podo Joyo Farm Kediri for Functions must be carried out by their respective job desks so that work efficiency and employee performance can be maximized in terms of recording using modern computerized technology to facilitate performance and increase employee work effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, recruitment is needed that considers skills in operating computers such as Microsoft Excel applications, google drives, spreadsheets, and other applications that can support recording UD logging. Abstract

Financial performance in a cooperative can be identified by identifying various items in a financial report. This study aims to assess the financial performance of the Sinar Harapan East Java credit union saving and loan cooperative for the period 2019 – 2021. Using liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency (debt to total asset ratio) and profitability (net profit margin). Data collection is done by documentation and interviews. The documentation here is secondary data in the form of income statements and balance sheets obtained from KSP CU Sinar Harapan, East Java. The type of research used is quantitative with ex post facto methods. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The conclusions of the results of this study are (1) Liquidity Ratio (CR) has a partial effect on financial performance at KSP CU Sinar Harapan. (2) The Solvency Ratio (DAR) has a partial effect on the financial performance of KSP CU Sinar Harapan. (3) Profitability ratios (NPM) have a partial effect on financial performance at KSP CU Sinar Harapan. (4) Liquidity Ratio (CR), Solvability Ratio (DAR), Profitability Ratio (NPM) simultaneously affect the financial performance of KSP CU Sinar Harapan.
