Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of elementary school (SD) teachers in Mataram City in developing 21st century skills, with a focus on creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire to 100 elementary school teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate the extent to which teachers implemented 21st century skills development practices in their classrooms. The research results show that teachers show significant commitment in facilitating student creativity with an average score of 75%, as well as strong implementation of collaboration with an average score of 85%. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited resources and institutional support are still obstacles that need to be overcome to maximize the effectiveness of 21st century skills development in elementary schools. This research provides valuable insights for the development of more supportive education policies in the future.

Abstract

Less interactive learning media accompanied by the delivery of less interesting material can make students feel bored when participating in learning. Therefore, interactive learning media can be the right alternative to overcome these problems. One of them uses the Adobe Flash CS6 Multimedia Software. This study aims to produce interactive learning media for computer network engineering in network service engineering subjects using a valid Adobe Flash CS6 Multimedia Software. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis-Desain-Develop-implementation-Evaluate) which has five stages of development including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation is carried out to determine the feasibility of the developed multimedia. Validation was obtained by using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires given to material experts and media experts. The responses of students and educators were obtained by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. The results of material expert validation obtained an average of 91.67% with the "Very Eligible" category. The overall material validity test is 88.89% with the "Very Eligible" category. Practical test of learning media was tested by 1 teacher and 16 students. Practicality for the practicality test of teachers is 87.11% and practicality by students is 79.80% so that it can be interpreted very practical to use.

Abstract

This class action research aims to find out the steps of applying the Problem Based Learning Model. The subjects of this study were students of class VI MIN 2 Bulukumba in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year, totaling 21 people. This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle includes stages: planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. Cycle I was carried out three times a meeting and cycle II was carried out three times a meeting. Data collection was carried out through observation of each learning process and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model goes through the following steps: 1) Orient students to the problem, 2) Organizing students to learn, 3) Guiding individual and group investigations, 4) Developing and presenting work, 5) Analyzing and evaluating the problem solving process. In cycle I, the average score of students' learning outcomes was 77.73 which was in the high completion category, in cycle II it was 84.93 which was in the very high completion category, while the learning outcomes of students obtained in cycle I were 60% and cycle II was 63.33%. This shows that there was an increase of 21.33%.

Abstract

Objectives of this research are: (1) Producing an Interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving and analysis:(2) validator and teacher assessment results; (3) pupils perception result; (4) the effectiveness of use interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving in physics learning toward of student problem solving ability at Senior High School (SMAN) 5 Soppeng that has been developed. This is research and development using 4D model which steps are defining, designing, developing and disseminating. Trial subjects of research was using 9 pupils which held on SMAN 5 Soppeng. This research uses several instruments such as validator assessment sheets, teacher assessment questionnaire, student perception questionnaire, and Problem Solving test which was designed with an essay model. The average of validator and teacher assessments results are percentages of 77.60 and 81.89, respectively. Both percentages show good and very good category. The trial was done twice. First trial result shows that the average score of student test is 18.89 meanwhile, the average score of second trial is 19.67. Generally, the score of students is 19.00. Based on the test score we found that student categories in good and very good categories. In addition, student perceptions result of interactive E-Moodle shows in good and very good category. We can conclude that an Interactive E-Moodle based on Problem Solving is appropriate for use in physics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of interactive e-books oriented to learning objectives and based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in science learning. This interactive e-book is designed to support students in understanding science concepts more deeply through a structured problem-solving approach. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection was done through observation, questionnaire, and learning outcome test. The results showed that the interactive e-book developed had high validity based on the assessment of material experts and media experts. The implementation of this interactive e-book also significantly improved students' concept understanding and problem solving skills compared to conventional learning methods. Therefore, this PBL-based interactive e-book can be used as an effective alternative learning media to improve the quality of science learning in elementary schools. This research makes an important contribution to the development of digital learning media that is innovative and relevant to the needs of education in the digital era.
