Abstract

The company's success depends on employee performance. This research was conducted to determine the influence of organizational culture, work engagement and communication skills on employee performance at PT Dimas Pratama Indah in Batam City. This research used a causality design with a population of 65 people. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, totaling 65 people. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the test show that organizational culture and communication skills have no partial effect on employee performance, while work engagement have a partial effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, work engagement and communication skills simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of agricultural extension workers and factors related to the performance of extension workers. This study used the swot analysis method. The results showed that extension performance succeeded in increasing agricultural productivity, farmer welfare, and the quality of agricultural products with environmental support factors, local governments, communities, and related institutions for agricultural extension performance.

Abstract

Most social media users like fast and easy e-commerce transactions. Effective communication between buyers and sellers influences buyer satisfaction when shopping online. Active public participation in online shopping drives the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia. This study discusses important elements that influence purchase intention in using e-commerce, such as interactivity, hedonic motivation, and performance expectancy. This study looks at the cause-and-effect relationships between the variables considered through hypothesis testing. This research data was used by testing primary data obtained from respondents using quantitative calculation research methods. This research aims to examine the component that drive the intention to buy goods online via e-commerce and analyze the function of each variable. There are 251 research samples from Shopee e-commerce users who were familiar with the HMNS Perfumery brand through an online survey (google form) and analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM by SmartPLS. The research results reveal that interactivity, hedonic motivation, and performance expectancy have a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions through e-commerce. This study adds to the marketing literature on online purchase intentions through e-commerce. In addition, this study suggests marketing managers to manage important factors that can influence potential consumers' online purchasing decisions so that they can increase their sales.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of celebrity endorsers as well as brand image on purchasing decisions for Makeover cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung. Celebrity endorsers as well as brand image have been recognized as important factors in shaping customer preferences as well as influencing purchase decisions. This research was conducted to gain deeper knowledge about how these two factors influence consumer behavior in the cosmetics market. The research method used a survey through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents in Bandar Lampung who are users of Makeover cosmetic products. The data analysis technique used multiple regression to test the relationship between celebrity endorsers, brand image, as well as purchasing decisions. The results showed that celebrity endorsers as well as brand image have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions for Makeover cosmetic products. This shows that the presence of celebrity endorsers as well as a strong brand image is able to influence customer perceptions as well as increase their interest in buying these products.

Abstract

Food is the most important basic need for humans to live productively. As a staple food, rice is a very important food considering that rice consumption tends to increase along with the increasing population. This research aims to determine the level of rice consumption and the factors that influence rice consumption in Negeri Booi and Paperu, Saparua District, Central Maluku Regency. The research method used a simple random technique by taking 30 household respondents. Data were analyzed using simple tabulation and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, what can be obtained is that rice consumption is higher compared to local food consumption (sago and tubers) with a total food consumption of rice, sago and sweet potatoes of 0.305 kg/capita/day. This is shown by the value of rice consumption of 0.187 kg/capita/day, sweet potato consumption of 0.116 kg/capita/day and sago consumption of 0.002 kg/capita/day.. The results of the regression test show that the factors that influence the level of rice consumption in Booi and Paperu are sago consumption, income and number of dependents.

Abstract

One component of regional autonomy related to transportation is transportation services. The purpose of this study is to determine how the level of job satisfaction of workers is influenced by professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation to work at the Transportation Agency of Central Lampung Regency. A total of 56 people working at the Transportation Agency of Central Lampung Regency were surveyed using this quantitative methodology. A Likert scale questionnaire was used as part of the data collection approach with the help of SPPS version 29. Multiple linear analysis produced the findings. Workers of the Transportation Department of Central Lampung Regency became the research sample. The research findings show that professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation in the workplace affect the level of job satisfaction of workers. Workplace satisfaction is influenced by professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

Technology has now developed rapidly and reaches various aspects of life, one of which is the activity of buying and selling products. Now the internet has emerged which has created various digital social media platforms which are currently mostly used by entrepreneurs to carry out product buying and selling activities. This research aims to analyze the influence social media marketing activities to purchase intention brand skincare Avoskin. This research examines social media marketing activities skincare Avoskin which is carried out on Tiktok social media. Technique convenience sampling used in this research with 252 respondents. Processing the results of this research uses quantitative methods and then the data is processed using the Smart PLS application. The results of this research show that social media marketing activities provide a positive influence on brand awareness And brand image, while against purchase intention does not have a positive influence.Brand awareness also has a positive influence on brand image And purchase intention, final brand image also has a positive influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

The risk that Mr. Taufik Hidayat's broiler farm in Mataram Baru Kec. East Lampung Regency faces is the issue with this thesis. This conversation aims to examine the production and operational hazards that Mr. Taufik Hidayat's broiler farm faces, as well as strategies for mitigating them. The author conducts field research with a descriptive qualitative methodology. methods for analyzing data that include data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion drafting. Data presentation utilizing ISO 31000: 2018, specifically risk treatment (risk control), risk assessment (risk identification, analysis, and evaluation), and context framing. The results of this research indicate that after carrying out the risk management process there were risk events on Mr Taufik Hidayat's broiler chicken farm, Kec. New Mataram District. East Lampung, namely 1 operational risk such as employee negligence, the drinking place is full of husks with a low risk level (low), then 4 production risks such as weather changes with a high-level risk (high), cage density with a medium risk level (medium), chickens experiencing croaking. with a medium level of risk, there is noise with a low level of risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how customer satisfaction with the PLN Mobil application is affected by perceived usefulness and ease of use. The clients of PT PLN PERSERO ULP Teluk Betung make up the study's target audience. In this quantitative study, the non-probability sampling methodology used is purposeful sampling in conjunction with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 29 program. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires by 100 clients of PT PLN PERSERO ULP Teluk Betung. The study's conclusions show that perceived usefulness and ease of use have a major influence on users' happiness with the PLN Mobile application at PT PLN PERSERO ULP TelukBetung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to outline the approach used by PT PLN (Persero) Karang Customer Service Unit to enhance services by promoting and enforcing work discipline among employees. This kind of research is qualitative, descriptive, and involves three informants in total: managers, supervisors, and workers. Three approaches are utilized to acquire data: documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of this research show that work discipline can help maintain order and consistency in the implementation of daily tasks. creating operational efficiency. Meanwhile, promotions can make employees continue to improve their skills and abilities. The combination of work discipline and promotions creates a positive cycle where employees continually strive to develop. creating a dynamic and progressive work environment.
