Abstract

The quality of customer service plays a crucial role in the success of an organization, especially in the energy sector such as PT. PLN (Persero). This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the quality of customer service at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Tanjung Karang. The research method used is a survey with questionnaires distributed to employees and customers of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang. The results show that HRM has a significant impact on the quality of customer service. Factors such as recruitment, training, and employee development have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Additionally, internal communication, employee motivation, and reward systems also play a crucial role in improving employee performance and directly contribute to the quality of service provided to customers. This research contributes to understanding the close relationship between HRM and the quality of customer service in the energy industry context. The practical implications of this research can assist PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang in optimizing HRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in the competitive energy market. The conclusion of this research provides a basis for similar companies to better understand the importance of HRM in achieving strategic goals related to the quality of customer service.

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of liquidity ratios on the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. from 2020 to 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on financial statement data to determine the association between current ratio (CR), quick ratio (QR), and cash ratio (Cash) with return on asset (ROA). The findings revealed that CR and QR have a considerable favorable influence on ROA, however the Cashratio had no significant impact. The implication is that firm management should consider CR and QR when optimizing financial performance.This research does not use sample methodologies because it is a case study of a single organization. This analysis utilizes financial statement data from PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. from 2020 to 2022, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website. SPSS version 29 was used to do multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings revealed that CR and QR have a substantial impact on financial success, however the Cash ratio does not.

Abstract

Patients who undergo treatment at a dental clinic will certainly evaluate and assess all aspects that occur because the patient feels firsthand what is provided by the clinic. Patients certainly have the right to give an assessment of what is experienced when treatment at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic. This study aims to determine the effect on facilities, social interactions and service quality on Kemina Dental Care dental clinic patients. This research was conducted using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire to patients at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS For Windows Version 25.0 application, namely by processing descriptive analysis data, and multiple regression analysis. The number of samples used was 100 patients who received treatment at the clinic. The results showed that facilities, social interaction and service quality have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic. This research is expected to illustrate that patient satisfaction can be used as a direction to continue to prioritize patient needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing activities as well as service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Rava NailArt business in South Lampung. In facing the ever-growing era of digitalization, beauty businesses such as Rava NailArt encounter new challenges and opportunities in expanding their market reach. Social media marketing activities have become an essential marketing strategy, allowing companies to interact with potential consumers, promote products, and build brand image. This factor is considered crucial in supporting the growth of local beauty businesses amidst increasingly fierce competition. Apart from social media marketing activities, service quality also plays an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction. In service industries such as beauty salons, customer experience and quality service can be a key determinant of retaining and attracting consumers. Therefore, this research not only explores the impact of social media marketing activities on consumer satisfaction, but also assesses the extent to which service quality can shape consumers' positive perceptions of Rava NailArt's business. This research method uses a quantitative approach which collects data through questionnaires and then distributes them to Rava NailArt consumers. Regression analysis will be used to measure the extent to which social media marketing activities and service quality contribute to consumer satisfaction. The results of this research are that social marketing activities and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of online sales as well as consumer confidence on buying interest in clothing products in Shopee e-commerce. This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are active Shopee users. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between the variables of online sales, consumer confidence, and purchase intention of clothing products. The results of the analysis show that online sales have a significant positive effect on buying interest in clothing products at Shopee. In addition, consumer trust also has a significant positive effect on purchase intention of clothing products on the platform. These results show the importance of an effective online sales strategy and building consumer trust in increasing consumer buying interest in clothing products in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction at the Tanjung Karang Branch Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). With the rapid growth of information technology, mobile banking has become a crucial element in banking service strategy. The focus of this research is to identify the extent to which service quality dimensions, including reliability, responsiveness, security, ease of use, and mobile banking functionality, influence customer satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to BRI customers at the Tanjung Karang Branch Office. Data analysis was done using statistical techniques, including correlation and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research hope to provide in-depth insight into the extent to which the quality of mobile banking services can increase customer satisfaction in the local banking environment. The conclusion from this research is that service quality positively influences customer satisfaction. It is hoped that the findings of this research can contribute to Bank Rakyat Indonesia to optimize its mobile banking service strategy so that it can meet customer expectations and needs. It is also hoped that the practical implications of the research findings will help Bank Rakyat Indonesia strengthen its position in the competitive banking market by maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The business world is increasingly urging entrepreneurs to be more professional and intelligent in understanding industrial and service market competition. In this case, the apostle of Allah has set an example of how to do business in accordance with the corridors of religion, saying honest, friendly, trustworthy and not reducing the dose to avoid problems arising from unfair competitive practices. Corporate strategy, especially competitive strategy is the right step that must be taken and realized by every company that wants to survive in the market. Therefore, the focus of this research is: 1. How is the competition strategy of Photo Copy delta archipelago in increasing company profits in the UIN Khas Jember Campus environment? 2. How are the supporting and inhibiting factors for entrepreneurs in increasing the profit of the company Photo Copy Delta archipelago in the UIN Khas Jember Campus environment ?. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, which is research whose specifications explain in a systematic, structured, and clearly planned manner. Thus the strategy of competition between digital printing entrepreneurs, Delta archipelago has tips that are considered strategic. Namely through price competition, customer service, the threat of new competitors, product threats, bargaining power and rivalry between competitors. Furthermore, the supporting and inhibiting factors, which are carried out by Delta in this position, namely by analyzing strengths and weaknesses, as well as analyzing opportunities and threats that will occur.

Abstract

In the business world, especially in the coffee shop industry in Bandar Lampung, customer happiness is of utmost importance due to intense rivalry. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how consumer happiness at one coffee shop, Cafe Tuan Jana Bandar Lampung, is impacted by pricing and service quality. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study included 96 respondents who were Cafe Tuan Jana Bandar Lampung patrons. With the use of SPSS, a Likert scale questionnaire was used as part of the data gathering method. The study sample consisted of patrons of Cafe Tuan Jana Bandar Lampung, and the analytic used was multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings demonstrate that pricing significantly and favorably affects consumer happiness. For example, in Cafe Tuan Jana Bandar Lampung, client satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation as well as the work environment on employee performance at PDAM Way Rilau in Bandar Lampung City. Work motivation is measured through internal and external factors that influence employees' desire to achieve organizational goals. Meanwhile, work environment is understood as the physical and psychological conditions of the workplace that can affect employee behavior and productivity. The research method used a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of PDAM Way Rilau. Data collection was conducted using a cross-sectional approach, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study hope to provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of work motivation as well as the work environment on employee performance in the clean water service sector. The result of this study is the influence between work motivation and work environment for employee performance.

Abstract

Tofu Business in Wonomarto Village, North Lampung Regency, is one of the local business entities operating in the food industry. Raw material inventory control involves a number of key aspects, including the determination of optimal ordering quantities, safety stock management, and supply risk management. Inventory control methods and models, such as EOQ as well as JIT, can provide valuable insights in determining the optimal ordering quantity and managing inventory more efficiently. However, the implementation of these methods needs to be adapted to the specific conditions and needs of Tofu Business as well as the characteristics of the local food industry. By conducting a careful analysis of raw material inventory control, Tofu Business can identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, as well as improve customer service. This will help the company to remain competitive in a dynamic market and support long-term business growth in Wonomarto Village, North Lampung Regency.
