Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa. The population of this research is employees at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa, numbering 40 people. Total employee population of PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa has 40 employees. In this research, the entire population will be used as a sample. Therefore, the sample selection method used was the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis which will test and analyze the data with calculations and will draw conclusions from the test results. To make it easier for researchers to carry out research, researchers carry out analysis using the SPSS 25 program with multiple linear test analysis tools, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. The research results obtained are that individual characteristics and job characteristics both partially and anova have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze raw material inventory control at the Berkah Sejahtera cattle concentrate factory, before using the EOQ method and after using the EOQ method, analyzing the EOQ method can increase the efficiency of raw material inventory at the beef concentrate factory. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the Economic Order Quantity method. The results of the research by using EOQ, the company can make optimal raw material purchases every time an order is 61,405 kg with a frequency of 17 times a year and the company can save total raw material inventory costs of IDR 17,545,259 with an efficiency of 45%. By conducting this research, it is hoped that companies will minimize their annual expenses.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze influence work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung. The population in this study were employees at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, totaling 45 employees. With relative population​ small, researchers use saturated sampling as a sampling technique, namely technique determination sample If all members of the population are taken as a sample, there are 45 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods using primary data, namely a questionnaire that uses a scale likert. Data analysis using devices SPSS software to carry out data analysis, including multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that both partially and anova, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to find out influence education and training on teacher performance is to understand in more depth how education and training affects teacher performance and ultimately affects the quality of education provided to student. The selected population is all teachers who provide teaching at the Global Islamic High School Surya Bandar Lampung, consisting of 30 people, is considered representative and has characteristics relevant to the research objectives. Data collection is carried out through survey with a pre- designed questionnaire. After the data is collected, analysis is carried out using the device SPSS software, including multiple linear analysis, t test for hypothesis testing, F test, and closing with the coefficient of determination test to assess the strength of the relationship between variables. Based on studies theoretically and from the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that both partially and anova” Education and Training has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at Globar Surya Islamic High School Bandar Lampung" is acceptable.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Coffee Gedong Meneng. The population in this research is consumers of Janji Jiwa Coffee Gedong Meneng. The population in this study is unknown. The sample calculation formula for an unknown population uses the Lemeshow formula. So if based on this formula the n obtained is 96.04 = 100 people, then in this research the author must at least take data from a sample of at least 100 people. This analysis uses calculations through statistical methods and to make data analysis easier, this research uses SPSS 25 software. The analysis to be carried out is multiple linear tests, t tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that product quality, service quality and price have a positive and significant influence together on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Coffee Gedong Meneng.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of business interest and social media on entrepreneurship in Management Study Program students at Bandar Lampung University. This research used a population of 168 Bandar Lampung University students, and the sample taken from this research was 25% of the 168 students so that 42 students were determined as the research sample, however, to make the research easier the researcher determined 50 students as research in order to get more answers. varies. In collecting data sources, researchers use primary data sources, namely questionnaires that will be distributed to respondents, then the results of the research will be tested using multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on the research results, business interest and social media are both partial and second ANOVA have a significant effect on entrepreneurship among Economics and Business Students class of 2020 at Bandar Lampung University.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of training, organizational support, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among intern students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research focuses on Millennials, who make up over 50% to 70% of the workforce and pose unique challenges in recruitment and retention due to generational differences. Using quantitative methods, the study surveyed 260 respondents, with data analyzed through SmartPLS (v.3.2.9). The findings reveal that training does not significantly impact turnover intention or job satisfaction but positively influences organizational support. Organizational support reduces turnover intention and enhances job satisfaction, which in turn decreases turnover intention. Companies need to improve training and support to increase employee satisfaction and retention.

Abstract

Structural poverty is defined as a condition that occurs when a certain group of people experiences poverty because the social structure does not allow them to develop economically and take advantage of the sources of income that are actually available. East Java Province with the highest poverty rate in Indonesia is suspected to be related to the causes of structural poverty. The purpose of this study is to determine the determination of structural poverty in districts and cities in East Java Province in 2013-2022 by using poverty indicators that affect poverty levels, namely the Gender Development Index, Gini Ratio, and Life Expectancy Rate. This research method uses panel data regression analysis. The results of the analysis with the Random Effect Model model show that the Gender Development Index and Life Expectancy have a significant effect and have a negative relationship with poverty which shows that gender inequality and inequality in access to health have an effect on poverty in East Java.

This research aims to find out and analyze influence Love Of Money and Machiavellian On the Ethical Perceptions of Accounting Students at Bandar Lampung University. Population is the sum of all possible values, calculated and measured, so population from this research are Accounting Students from Bandar Lampung University. The samples in this study were identified using the lemshow formula sample size is found amounting to 100 respondents. This analysis uses statistical calculations to facilitate testing for data analysis, therefore the above analysis uses tools SPSS 25 application. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis or tests, coefficient of determination tests and t tests. Cak Kiki Sate Stall in Sukarame Bandar Lampung is an example of a successful culinary SME in the midst of intense business competition. The stall offers regional chicken satay with fresh ingredients and traditional grilling. The service is friendly and courteous, and they continue to innovate with new menus and interesting presentations. Cak Kiki Sate has also been consistent in maintaining the taste of its satay since its inception. Factors that attract customers are friendly service, guaranteed product quality and taste, affordable prices, easily accessible location, and word of mouth. Cak Kiki Sate has proven that with the right strategy, culinary SMEs can compete and thrive in the era of globalization.
