Abstract

Law no. 1 Year 2013 on Microfinance institutions has given option for Baitul Maal and Shari'ah cooperatives to determine their legal umbrella if their business is engaged in Financial Services regulator is the Financial Services Authority, but if they choose to become a regular Shari'ah cooperative then they under the regulator of the Ministry of Cooperatives and UMKM. The position of the Sharia Supervisory Board is very clear because it is within the institutional structure of Shari'ah cooperatives, it's just that the rules that exist about the implementation of the supervisor still require clear and detailed guidelines. While the role of the Supervisory Board of Shari'ah in supervising the implementation of Shariah principles in the Cooperative there are several things that must be emphasized and made more detailed and detailed guidelines

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of CAR and FDR variables on Murabahah financing partially and simultaneously, besides, this study also examined the influence of NPF variables in moderating the relationship between independent variables and Murabahah financing. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 11 (eleven) Syariah Commercial Banks registered with the Otoritas Jaa Keuangan in 2015-2019 that meet the researchers' criteria. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the website of each bank that is a sample of research. The results showed that CAR had no effect and significant on Murabahah financing, FDR had no effect and significant on Murabahah financing, and also simultaneously CAR and FDR did not affect muarabah financing. On the other side, the NPF as moderating variable show that a map to the CAR on Murabahah financing,  the NPF moderating the FDR on Murabahah financing, and also the NPF moderating the influence of CAR and FDR on Murabahah financing simultaneously.

Abstract

This study is performed to effect of earnings management, roe and company size of dividend payout ratio. The object of the research was service company (telecommunications, transportation, hospitality, tour and travel) which go public in indonesia. This study adopted research by Ahmed Arif (2011) with some modification. The researchers have taken the data of listed service companies for the year 2008 to 2010. the company that represents their financial report over period 2008 – 2010. The researchers have measured the dividend policy by using dividend payout ratio while Modified Cross Sectional Jones Model (1995) has been employed to measure the earnings management. This study reveals that based on the results of regression analysis and F test can be seen that there is positive and significant influence between earnings management, the variable return on equity (ROE) and the size of the company's dividend payout ratio, with a significance level of less than 5%; Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that there are partially positive and significant influence among the variables return on equity (ROE) and the size of the company's dividend payout ratio. While earnings management has a negative effect and no significant effect on dividend payout ratio, the significance level of 5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services (BSI Mobile) on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is some BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers who use the BSI Mobile application. Considering the large population so that the exact number cannot be known and the limited time in conducting research, this research uses the Lemeshow formula with a maximum estimate of 7% and an error rate of 5% as a guideline in finding the number of samples used. So through this technique a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis process uses simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the quality of BSI Mobile services has an influence on customer satisfaction. The influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 79.2%, while 20.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. This research can help increase customer satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Bank Aman Syariah Sekampung on haj savings products in attracting customer interest. The type of research used is field research which is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. For data collection using interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is through qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the 7p marketing strategy that has been implemented by Bank Aman Syariah Sekampung there are effective strategies in attracting customer interest, namely product, price, place, people and process strategies. Meanwhile, strategies that are less effective in attracting customer interest in haj savings products are promotional strategies and physical evidence. In the promotion strategy, the promotion carried out by Bank Aman Syariah Sekampung is not optimal, namely for the media there is no special brochure for Hajj savings and the lack of active promotion carried out through social media such as Instagram and Facebook. The physical evidence strategy is less effective because in the last 5 years there have been no customers who have performed the pilgrimage using the Hajj savings product of Bank Aman Syariah, this has made the public less confident because there is no evidence considering the physical evidence shows how the quality of a product..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk management carried out by PT.BNI Syariah KC Mataram during the COVID 19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique used in this study was interviewed. The analysis technique used in this research is an explanation or explanation. The results of this study indicate that operational risk is divided into two, namely the risk to the customer and the risk to the bank, including limitation of service offices, increased operating expenses and decreased profit. The factors that cause operational risk are divided into internal factors from the bank and external factors from customers, the method used by BNI Syariah KC Mataram to overcome operational risk that occurs is to focus on these 2 factors, optimize controlling for all employees (internal) and also optimize controlling for customers (external).

Abstract

Islamic Public Finance is a financial concept based on Islam, which by planting religious values will have an impact on positive values. The source of Islamic public finances is certainly the largest base of acquisition is zakat, infak, sadakah, and waqf. The ultimate goal of Islamic public finance is the falah. Different characteristics of the conventional is a separate value of Islamic public finances, in which there are views on zakat and taxes, payments, expenses, and equilibrium in the public sector. The instruments that occur in public finance should also be considered, among others are zakat, corporate assets, infak, kharaj, waqf. The collected power of this public finance system has several foundations of Islamic values, which by these principles will make a firm foundation in developing Islamic public finances.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of millennial youth in the transformation of a religious tourism village to a halal tourism village in Rogoselo village. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the triangulation method, namely participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study explain the concept of millennial youth participation in the transformation of religious tourism to halal tourism in Rogoselo village. It has provided insight into how an organization in Rogoselo village (BUMDes, Pokdarwis, and Karang Taruna) can and should manage its potential human resources to advance the village through the agricultural tourism sector in rural areas. The participation and collaboration of youth and Rogoselo village communities has increased and contributed to the process of transforming religious tourism into halal tourism. These findings are called the millennial based halal tourism village, which is a collaborative participatory model for millennial youth and rural communities in realizing the transformation of religious tourism towards halal tourism in Rogoselo village which is more equitable and just.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia increasingly show the seriousness of the financial institutions in providing services to the community. However, the Islamic banking program of CSR does not aware yet the field of fish processing. Currently, Indonesian government began intense to empower the processed fish for the benefit of society. In Yogyakarta, the government is conducting “Gemarikan” to increase public interest in fish consumption. Based on these opportunities, the Islamic banking CSR program is directed to provide capital for SMEs conducting production activities in the field of fish processing.
