Abstract

Religion in Indonesia is divided into Muslim, Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist,Khong Hu Chu and Other Religions. Religion Islam is the majority religion embracedby the Indonesian population, so that business people use this opportunity to recommodificationof religion. Commodification describes how capitalism launched anaim to accumulate capital, or realize the transformation of use-value into exchangevalue. The commodification of Islam in Indonesia occurred in various aspects. Mislanyacommodification "sharia" through aspects of banking, insurance, hotel, tourism, etc.The commodification of Islamic symbols such as headscarves and halal labeling.Besides being able to be used as a marketing strategy for businesses, komodiikasi Islamalso bring positive things if businesses make this situation as a means of education. Theimpact of the commodification of Islam such as the increasing development of Islamicfinancial institutions in Indonesia, increased public awareness to abandon usury,increased public awareness using the "sharia", the increasing number of Muslimwomen who wear the hijab and the increasing awareness of Muslims to use halalproducts not only in food but also in cosmetics.

Abstract

The benefits of implementing Islamic accounting in their business will make it easier for MSME players to make Islamic financial reports, evaluate performance, find out their financial position, and calculate taxes. This research is about the application of before and after the use of accounting information systems using Zahir Accounting software in the preparation of financial reports on MSMEs in Bengkulu City. This research uses a case study approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the MSMEs through interviews. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely the method of analysis carried out by looking for the strengths that exist in the company and then compared with the Zahir Accounting software that will be recommended by the author. From the research results, it was found that some of the results of the research on the financial statements of the UMKM in Bengkulu City are currently good. MSMEs do not need to bother making financial reports manually. You don't need to make proof of a transaction receipt or invoice manually, because the accounting application can print all the evidence..

Abstract

This study aims to determine:Management reviews the increase in sales volume sharia use as a promotional marketing mixvariables.This type of research is a field research using a combined approach between Qualitative and quantitative associative. With purposive sampling technique sampling, collecting data through observation, surveys, and literature as well as data analysis techniques to test the quality of data, hypothesis testing and coefficient determinasi.Jumlah sample in this study is 30 people. The results showed that the Promotion (X) significant positive effect on sales volume (Y), it is shown from the results of the t test with significant value 0.000 <0.05 .. The amount of influence Promotion (X) on sales volume (Y) correlation coefficient R = 0.488 (48.8%) were influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Islam permits commerce, but with honesty in its activities including the promotion of the marketing mix.

Abstract

Generation Z is expected to be a long-term investment segment by OJK. Even though they have started investing, most of the Z generation still feel they are limited to basic knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, motivation, religiosity, and perceived ease on interest in investing in Jabodetabek Generation Z in sharia mutual funds. The quantitative approach is the research method chosen to conduct this research. The sample used is 100 people who are Generation Z who are in the Greater Jakarta area and have an understanding of sharia mutual funds. The use of Likert scale is used in the questionnaire to obtain data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests consisting of F test, T-test, and coefficient of determination test assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate a large influence of financial literacy, motivation, religiosity, and perceived ease of interest in investing in Jabodetabek Generation Z. in sharia mutual funds by 58.3%, the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other factors, while financial literacy, motivation, and perceived convenience have a significant effect on interest in investing in Jabodetabek generation Z in sharia mutual funds, but the religiosity variable does not significantly affect investment interest in generation Z in sharia mutual funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the inclusion program by BMTs in Sorong (BMT Al-Hijrah and BMT KUM 3) to alleviate poverty in the Papuan Muslim community. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The technique for collecting data is the interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are BMT KUM 3 and BMT Al-Hijrah have implemented financial inclusion programs to alleviate poverty in the Papuan Muslim community. In addition, the efforts that have been made by the two BMTs are by providing easy access for the poor to reach, besides that the two BMTs provide pick-up services, as well as facilitating the requirements for collection and financing products, and provide fast ones. The obstacles BMT KUM 3 and Al-Hijrah face are, First, internal factors, namely the lack of human resources, and external factors, namely customers do not have collateral. Second, from the perception of the Papuan Muslim community who are not familiar with BMT and feel the need for financial services provided by BMT.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the behavior and intentions of students to transact ZISWAF digitally through sharia m-banking services. This study uses the expansion of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use to Technology (UTAUT) model by adding the trust construct. Data collection used the Google form with a sample of students who had ZISWAF digitally through sharia m-banking with a sample of 97 respondents. The research findings show that the intention to participate in ZISWAF through sharia m-banking is influenced by social influence, facilitating conditions and trust. However, the variable performance expectations and effort expectations are not significant to behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, adoption behavior (usage adoption) is influenced by beliefs and behavioral intentions which significantly influence the adoption of sharia m-banking services for students with ZISWAF among students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is based on seeing the success of some students of Al-Ittifaq Pesantren who become entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the entrepreneur character of entrepreneurship interests of boarding school students al-ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung. With the rationale based on the theory proposed by William D. Bygrave, Suryana, Theo Suhardi and Slameto which suggests that in general the factors that affect one's entrepreneurial interest is the factor of personality (from within oneself). So from this theory researchers used entrepreneur character variables as an independent variable and entrepreneurship interest as a dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verifikatif, through survey with data collection techniques using questionnaire and observation. The samples taken were 10% of the total population using the Slovin formula. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive but not significant influence between entrepreneur character variables on entrepreneur interest. Where the amount of influence that is equal to 0.39%. There is a positive influence on this variable, in line with the theory proposed by Suryana which reveals that one of the factors that influence one's entrepreneur interest is personal factor (character / character).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of social funds in Islamic banks against MSMEs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used are content analysis and library research. The results of this study indicate that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) receive assistance from zakat, infaq, and sadaqah. Apart from leading business capital assistance for the business sector or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the government for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that already have a business permit from the village, as well as through the qardhul hasan scheme and loans for businesses that exist in Islamic banks. . So far, the social funds in Islamic banks for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have not been effective because people use more funds to fulfill basic needs.

Abstract

Every economic system is certainly based on the ideology that provides the  foundation and goal on the one hand and the axioms and principles on the other. Every economic system create a framework in which a socio-economic communities can take advantage of the natural resources and human for the sake of production and distribute them for consumption. In this case, Syed NawabHaider Naqvi transform the ethical values of Islam into a set of axioms, that is tauhid (Unity), equilibrium, free will, and responsibility. A set of axioms can be used as a reference in formulating economic behavior consistent. Axiomatic approach in Islamic economics is an analytical tool used to draw up the basic elements of Islamic economics. With sourced from the Al-Qur’an and the Hadith, the Islamic ethical axiom set has been built to meet the five characteristics logically fundamental axioms of the system.
