Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises as an effort to develop the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The resourch research data consists of BUMDes managers and communities who receive business development assistance. The data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the researcher used the analysis method by Milles and Hubarman which included data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can be explained that the role of BUMDes Desa Pejanggik is not going well and has not been able to significantly improve the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This is due to the lack of available capital, public awareness and inadequate human resources.

Abstract

Sharia mutual funds are mutual funds operated by an investment company thatcollects money from shareholders and invests in stocks, bonds, options,commodities or money market securities that are operational according to thesyariah requirements and principles. In investing and managing mutual fundsalmost the same as other bank institutions. Starting from filling out the form tofollow the rules that are issued by the agency. The development of this mutualfund from year to year experienced a better improvement and the addition ofsharia mutual fund institutions.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine the implementation of state financial management after the enactment of law number 17 of 2003 on the management of state finances in Indonesia (APBN) managed by the government in the period 2009-2017 as seen from the level of poverty, unemployment and external debt country to the impact of the management of the state budget over a period of 9 years which was examined through an Islamic economic perspective. The methodology used is a qualitative approach to Islamic economics and the analysis used is descriptive analysis. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the management of state finances in Indonesia after the enactment of Law No. 17 of 2003 there is a change in budget transparency and efficiency of budget use but there are undesirable impacts of poverty, unemployment and foreign debt that are still high, and the role of Islamic economics that must be optimized in the future is to help economic growth in Indonesia, in this case through the National Amil Zakat Agency and the Amil Zakat Institution.

Abstract

Low risk investments almost all investors want to do it and vice versa, it is not easy to find investors who want to do it. Many alternatives to invest for investors one way through a mutual fund..The difference between Islamic mutual fund and conventional mutual fund is based on the legal basis, that sharia mutual fund is based on Islamic Shari'a, all of its elements are more to see halal and haramnya while conventional mutual funds more to the public do not look halal and haramnya in a company that produce a goods that will investing funds into these mutual funds. Thus, it can be concluded that, Islamic mutual funds in the investment not only aims to get a high return and not only maximize the high welfare of the owners of capital, but more attention to the portfolio owned remains on the investment aspects of companies that have halal and good products which do not violate the rules of sharia, while conventional funds only aimed as maintenance of money that is in the guard or maintained and not based on Islamic Shari'ah not prioritize maslahahnya but only prioritize the benefits alone.

Abstract

Potential for money waqf in Sleman Regency is around IDR 35 billion per month or IDR 420 billion per year. However, the magnitude of this potential is in fact still not being managed optimally. This is happen because public knowledge and education about mon`ey waqf is still very low. Money waqf is expected to be a solution to people's economic problems, because money waqf is considered to be more effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the effect of perception, religiosity, and income of the Muslim community in Sleman Regency on the interest in money waqf. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with dummy variables as well as t test and F test. The data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 175 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the perception variable has a significant influence on the interest in money waqf. Meanwhile, the religiosity variable and the income variable did not have a partial significant effect on the interest in money waqf. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of perception, religiosity, and income have a simultaneous and significant effect on interest in money waqf, as evidenced by the value of sig. of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study describes the the law of electronic commerce transactions (buying and selling online) viewed from the side maslahah.In this study described how ber-istinbath using maslahah,starting with electronic commerce persolan description in detail, followed by synchronization and verification of the condition argues maslahah with the benefits of manfat contained in electronic commerce and final legal justification process electronic commerce transactions (buying and selling online ). From this study obtained two conclusions: First, the benefits of electronic commerce transactions already meet the requirements for use as the basis ofber-proof using maslahah. Secondly, the law of electronic commerce transactions (buying and selling online) can be changed to follow the situation and conditions of the transaction, which could turn out to be permissible and could also turn out to be illegitimate. Permissible if electronic commerce transactions could lead to the realization of intiqolil Milki (in accordance with the transfer of ownership of goods purchased) from the seller into the hands of the buyer. While electronic commerce laws turn out to be illegitimate if it does not materialize intiqolil Milki (transfer of ownership in accordance with the purchased goods).

Abstract

The goal of this research is to figure out how the potential for halal tourism in Rindu Hati Village, Central Bengkulu Regency uses the Porter Five Forces approach. The research used a qualitative technique and was a sort of field research (field research). It may be concluded based on the study's findings that first, tourism in Rindu Hati Village, Rindu Hati Village Tourism has the potential as a halal tourist destination because it has fulfilled several indicators that have been considered, such as available halal food and drinks, prayer rooms, Qibla directions, proper washing places, toilets men and women are separated, there is a prohibition on activities that violate sharia norms to provide comfort for tourists, especially Muslim tourists. Second, Porter Five Forces results that tourism in Rindu Hati Village has good product differentiation, requires large capital to enter, and even competes with facilities that are by halal tourism indicators, bathing places are a threat to substitute products but tourism in Rindu Hati Village still has providing tubing services, the bargaining power of suppliers since the do not have a major influence the relationship is only limited to sellers and buyers without a contract, and there is no bargaining with tourists because it is the final price.

Abstract

This Scientometric analysis examines the current status of broad research papers on Islamic Economic and Banking, as published in the Scopus database. The analysis primarily centers on providing descriptions pertaining to the characteristics and trends observed within keywords, authors, and journals. A total of 48 research studies were analyzed in this study. The search utilized to ascertain the research dataset was last updated in July 2023. Descriptive statistical methods were employed, and bibliometric analysis was conducted using the R Biblioshiny tool to ascertain the bibliometric map. In recent years, there has been a substantial increase in the quantity of scholarly articles addressing the topic of Islamic Economic and Banking. Several academic journals publish research on this theme, with Humanomics being one of the most prominent. Demiralp S. is widely regarded as an exceptionally productive writer with local impact by H index. The prevalent keywords observed over the timeframe including 2020 to July 2023 are Communism, Christianity, Capitalism, AAOIFI (The Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions), Moral Economics, and Islamic socialism. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of prevailing patterns in subject matter, keywords, scholarly publications, and authors within the realm of Islamic Economic and Banking. Consequently, it furnishes valuable insights for researchers specializing in this area of study. This particular theme shows potential for further development.

Abstract

Through this paper the author will measure the effectiveness of Instagram as a media for persuasion of Islamic philanthropy for students. Because Instagram is a social media that is in great demand by the younger generation. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire as a research instrument, population for tihis research was students of the zakat waqf management study program of IAIN Bengkulu, sample was a saturated sample,   consist of 76 students. Measuring the level of effectiveness using the AIDA method (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action). The results showed that the effectiveness of Instagram was in the good category as a persuasion media for Islamic philanthropy for students.
