Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2021 using the Islamicity Performance Index approach using a quantitative descriptive type of research. The sample in this study is Indonesian Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021. The data source used is secondary data and data collection techniques use literature searches. Data analysis techniques using non-statistical quantitative methods descriptive quantitative methods. In the Islamicity Performance Index indicators, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia is as follows: Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) results of the analysis are in very good predicate, Zakat Performance Index (ZPR) is in bad predicate, Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) which includes Qardh and Donation is not good, Employee Expense is not good, and Net Profit is not good, Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment Ratio is very good, and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income Ratio is very good. Thus, the results of the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for the 2021 period using the Islamicity Performance Index approach, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia has obtained results that are in accordance with using this method.

Abstract

Kementerian kehutanan dan industri menyatakan bahwa dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2018 pertumbuhan industri mebel cenderung mengalami penurunan dari 10% menjadi 6% .Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip produksi ekonomi Islam pada mebel Ira Bersaudara di Kota Bengkulu.Prinsip produksi ekonomi Islam untuk diterapkan dalam proses produksi untuk meminimalkan kegiatan produksi yang menyebabkan kerugian. Manusia yang terlalu cinta terhadap dunia adalah satu hal yang membuat manusia bertindak tidak sesuai dengan aturan atau etika, sehingga aturan nilai dan norma pada prinsip produksi memiliki posisi yang sangat penting dalam tindakan kontrol agar tidak menimbulkan bahaya bagi orang lain. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mebel Ira Bersaudara belum maksimal dalam menerapkan prinsip produksi ekonomi Islam. Maka diperlunya tingkat kesadaran dengan cara mengintropeksi apakah prinsip produksi yangdigunakan sudah sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Income and social environment are factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and social environment on purchasing decisions in taqsith. This type of research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. From the results of the T Test and F Test show that partially income variables significantly influence the purchase decision taqsith with a probability value (Sig) 0.017 < (α) 0.05. Social environment variables also have a significant effect on taqsith purchasing decisions with a probability value (Sig) 0.033 < (α) 0.05. Simultaneously income and social environment significantly influence the purchase decision in taqsith and this can be seen from the probability value (Sig) 0,000 < (α) 0.05.

Abstract

Economic Policy of Umar bin Khattab's on fiscal policy makes progress for Muslims. State income consists of various zakat as taxes, 1/5 of spoils of war, jizya, kharaj, and 'ursyu. Fund management from various sources of funds is well managed, specific, and responsibility by him. Umar did not walk alone set it, he founded a financial institution that is Baitul Mal denggan equipped department needed so that the economy remains stable. Umar's behavior which can be taken for example to become a leader in economic matters is deliberation, establishing departments as needed, prioritizing what is the main rights, issuing policies by looking at the welfare of others, caring for society, putting people in work in accordance with their fields, the economy is said to be stable if the income is small compared to expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of productive waqf through the livestock empowerment program to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia which focuses on the first goal, namely no poverty and goal eight, namely decent work and economic growth. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation, and data organization. The results of this study indicate that the potential for productive waqf in Indonesia is enormous, but the utilization of waqf assets still needs to be improved. So, the innovations emerged related to productive waqf through livestock waqf, where the waqf can play a role in developing and solving Indonesia's economic problems. Livestock waqf also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by supporting the SDGs goal of a society without poverty, providing decent work, and increasing economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance (CG on the financial performance of Islamic rural banks (BPRS) in Yogyakarta. This study uses purposive sampling technique with total final sample of six BPRS. BPRS financial performance is measured using the ratio of NPF, CAR, FDR and ROA. CG is proxied using the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and managerial ownership. The results in this study indicate that the size of the board of directors has no effect on financial performance of BPRS, while the size of the board of commissioners has an effect on financial performance of BPRS. In addition, managerial ownership has no effect on NPF and FDR, but has an effect on CAR and ROA.

Abstract

Implementation of Ijarah and Ijarah Muntahia Bit-Tamlik (IMBT) in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Islamic banking in Indonesia has been growing significantly it is shown from the Performa of increasing the number of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The products of Islamic banking has also been increasing with variety type of contracts and more competitive to opt the market and adjustable according to the people need. Among the popular products on Islamic Banking which do not exist in conventional banks are Ijarah and Ijarah Muntahia Bit-Tamlik (IMBT), in this case the author found that the contract of IMBT is a solution in providing the low cost of Loans for Housing to the community, but it is still rarely used in Islamic Banking, because of the lack of knowledge and practical exploration on the IMBT contract.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy of the Nagara Community, North Daha District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency and what factors influence the level of literacy.Design/methodology: This study uses a questionnaire distributed online via google from. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and ANOVA test.Findings: The level of Islamic financial literacy of the North Daha District Community is 68% or in the medium category. The test results show that among the four factors (gender, age, education and occupation) education and occupation factors significantly affect Islamic financial literacy.Practical implications: this study can be used as a form of government benchmark to improve Islamic financial literacy, especially in areas that have minimal Islamic financial institutions. With this research, stakeholders can determine what programs are suitable for increasing literacy on indicators that are considered lacking.Originality/Value: This research is carried out using a combined method using the Chen and Volpe theory and collaborated using Islamic financial literacy indicators. In addition, the test results show that the variables of gender and age do not affect the level of literacy

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyse the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and religiosity on halal preferences for cosmetic products, with a focus on Generation Z. Using a quantitative method with an SEM-PLS approach, this study collected primary data from Generation Z respondents who purchased halal cosmetic products. The analysis shows that attitudes, subjective norms and religiosity together have a significant influence on halal preferences, allowing a deeper understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions in this context. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for marketers of halal cosmetic products to develop more targeted and effective marketing strategies to reach Generation Z consumers. Nevertheless, this study has limitations, such as geographical restrictions and not taking into account certain external variables. Therefore, it is recommended for future research to expand the scope and consider additional external factors. To summarise, this study should provide a basis for developing smarter marketing strategies that address halal preferences in cosmetic products in the digital age.
