Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the relation between midwife’s knowledge and skill in providing health education about initiation of early breastfeeding for pregnant mothers. The sampes were 30 mothers. The findings showed that midwives’ knowledge of initiation of early breastfeeding were good (76,7%), and good enough knowledge (25,0%). The midwives’ skills in providing health education about initiation of early breastfeeding, were good (83,3%), good enough skills (16,7%). The midwives’ knowledge related to their skills in providing health education about initiation of early breastfeeding for prenatal mothers in the area of work of Puskesmas Sei Mencirim Kecamatan Medan Sunggal 2019, p=0,034 < 0,05. The relationship of the two variables is in the enough category (r=0,388).Keywords : Knowledge, Skills, Health EducationABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan bidan dengan keterampilan dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan inisiasi menyusu dini pada ibu prenatal. Sampel penelitian diperoleh 30 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan bidan tentang inisiasi menyusu dini kategori baik (76,7%), berpengetahuan cukup (25,0%). Keterampilan bidan dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan inisiasi menyusu dini, kategori baik (83,3%), kategori cukup (16,7%). Pengetahuan bidan berhubungan dengan keterampilan dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan inisiasi menyusu dini pada ibu prenatal di Puskesmas Sei Mencirim Kecamatan Medan Sunggal tahun 2019, p=0,034 < 0,05. Hubungan kedua variabel dalam kategori cukup (r=0,388).Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Pendidikan Kesehatan

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper discusses the phenomenon of a shift in women's lifestyle fashion consumption in Indonesia. In this paper fashion could be interpreted as clothing, fashion, makeup, and style. The dynamics of changes in social and cultural life experienced by urban women in Indonesia have caused a shift in lifestyle in terms of fashion consumption. This shift was indicated in the function and meaning of fashion itself, namely in: (1) positioning the production of desire, identity / ethnic identity / group; (2) position the power of individuals / groups; (3) shows the ideology / ideological resistance and (4 ) to identify the context of sex / gender. The factors that case it are factors coming from within the individual (internal) and factors originating from outside the individual (external). The internal factors include the attitudes, experiences and observations, personality, self-concept, motives and perceptions. While the external factors are included in reference group, family, social class, and culture. The shift in the consumption of fashion lifestyle is adopted in every aspect of cultural life of urban women in Indonesia showed that there was a shift from the direction of homogenization (uniformity) in the direction heterogeneous (differentiation) in terms of fashion consumption. Abstract

Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana sangat mempengaruhi cepat atau lambatnya terlaksanannya kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di SMP Tri Sakti 2 Medan, penelitian ini menggunakan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penulis memilih pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan wawancara, observasi sehingga kami dapat mengetahui Terdapat beberapa masalah dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana olahraga di SMP Katolik Tri Sakti 2 Medan, seperti kerusakan dan kekurangan fasilitas, kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dalam pemeliharaan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Faktor-faktor penyebab masalah antara lain kurangnya perhatian terhadap pemeliharaan, kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya menjaga fasilitas, serta keterbatasan dana untuk perbaikan dan pengadaan fasilitas baru.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Benzoate is one type of organic preservatives which is widely used in the food or drink for more than 80 years to suppress the growth of microorganisms. Standard consume benzoate preservative according to BPOM No. 36 in 2013 is 0-5 mg / kg body weight. Excessive use of benzoic acid in the body cause negative impacts that can cause diseases such as lupus, edema, cancer, allergies and damage DNA. The use of benzoic acid in food products is often used among other things in the soft drinks, sauces, soy sauce, dill pickle bottles, butter, margarine, jelly. Benzoate is basically the chemical compounds that are foreign substances that enter with consumed food. If the use of this type and dose is not regulated it causes damages to the user which is  toxicity or accumulation of benzoic acid in human organs, especially the kidneys. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of research here is To be able to describe the role of professional teaching staff (Lecturer) in the formation of student characters. To be able to describe the role of professional faculty (Lecturer) in improving the quality of learning, to see the role of professional teaching staff (Lecturer) and the formation of student character in improving the quality of learning in the Out of School education program. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. This research is a research using regression analysis research two predictor. Data analysis technique used in this research In this study used the data validity and data reliability test method in viewing the role of professional lecturers in the formation of student character to improve the quality of learning through the initial test and final test. Data analysis technique in the form of quantitative descriptive method then used frequency table with product moment correlation formula.For result of this research is There is existence of reabel data from 15 items to 30 respondents with result 80,1% between role of lecturers (lecturer) professional in forming student character for improvement of learning quality. To see hypothesis test from X1 data with Y then used correlation test and regression 2 person variable. The result of X1 data to Y has a significant role between professional teaching staff with learning quality with correlation data X1 = 5,75% to data Y = 0,01%. Correlation data X2 to Y has significant and valid data between variables X2 and Y. The data has a role of 7.35% formation of student characters on the quality of learning 0.1%. The data of linear regression analysis 2 predictors between X1, X2 and Y. The data result is 0.737% with 0.543%. Where has a significant and valid role between professional faculty in the formation of student characters to improve the quality of learning diprodi outside education faculty of science faculty of state universities university. Kata Kunci: Guru Profesional, Pembangunan Karakter, Kualitas Pembelajaran

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, when the research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2017-2018 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TB I at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti on subjects making adult female patterns with 32 students. At this stage it was concluded that interactive multimedia-based learning media that were developed were effectively used in subjects making the XI Class dress pattern at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti. Based on the results of student responses on effectiveness testing conducted at the field trial stage obtained an assessment with the criteria of "Very Good" with an average percentage of 85.89% and teacher responses rated "Very Good" with an average percentage of 93.33%.Keywords: Interactive Multimedia ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini pada semester ganjil Tahun ajaran 2017 -2018.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TB I SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti pada mata pelajaran membuat pola wanita dewasa dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Pada tahap ini disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang berbasis multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan pada mata pelajaran membuat pola kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti. Berdasarkan hasil tanggapan siswa pada ujicoba efektivitas yang dilakukan pada tahap uji coba lapangan diperoleh penilaian dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik” dengan persentase rata-rata 85.89 % dan tanggapan guru dinilai “Sangat Baik”  dengan persentase rata-rata 93.33%.              Kata Kunci: Multimedi Interaktif

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out : 1) the learning achievement of innovative work of college students  taught by constructivism teaching strategy; 2) the increasing of learning achievement of innovative works; and 3) lecturer activities in the implementation of constructivism teaching strategy. This research was conducted at FT Unimed in study program of Make-Up on even semester in academic year of 2011/2012. The subject of this research is college students of Make up Education of FT Unimed that consist of 23 persons. In this research the data was collected through (1) observation sheet; (2) questionnaire; (3) observation and (4) field recording. This research is a classroom action research with 2 cycles in which each cycle consist of two sessions. Each cycle consist of planning, action, observation and reflection steps. The results of research indicates that : 1) the learning achievement of innovative work of college student on cycle 1 has an average = 65,00; 2) the learning achievement of college student in cycle 2 has an everage = 80,87; 3) there is increasing of learning activity of colege student and lecturer activity through the implementation of constructivism teaching strategy; 4) the increasing of learning interest of college student of 15 perssons ( 65,22%) is in  good category in cycle 1 to be 21 persons (95.65%), and 13 persons (56.52%) in high category and 9 persons (39.13%) in good category. Therefore it indicates that  Contructivism Teaching Strategy can increase the learning interest and learning achievement of innovative work. Kata Kunci : Minat belajar, hasil belajar, strategi konstruktivisme.

Abstract

Penyusunan program latihan adalah proses merencanakan dan menyusun materi, beban, sasaran,dan metode latihan pada setiap tahapan yang akan dilakukan oleh setiap olahragawan. Dalam menyusun program latihan perlu memperhatikan dan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, antara lain meliputi: mengetahui biodata olahragawan, langkah-langkah penyusunan program, dan karakteristik cabang olahraga. Pembinaan dan pengembangan permainan bola voli mini merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menerapkan teknik-teknik dasar bola voli sedini mungkin kepada anak-anak usia 9-13 tahun melalui bola voli mini. Selanjutnya tujuan dari pembinaan dan pengembangan bola voli mini ini agar anak-anak mengenal, menyenangi dan dapat bermain bola voli dengan baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pentingnya penguasaan teknik permainan bola voli mini di SDN 055978 Sidodadi Kuala sebagai gambaran tingkat kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki adalah untuk menghadapi Olimpiade Olahraga Siswa Nasional (O2SN) khususnya pada cabang olahraga bola voli mini, Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode wawancara atau observasi, dengan melakukan latihan dan gerakan yang berulang-ulang siswa semakin mahir untuk bisa menguasai salah teknik dasar bola voly, proses penyempurnaan program latihan siswa secara sadar untuk mencapai mutu prestasi maksimal dengan diberi beban- beban fisik, teknik, taktik dan mental secara teratur, terarah, meningkat, dan bertahap bertahap

Abstract

ABSTRACT In adolescence curiosity about sexual problems is very important in the formation of a new, more mature relationship with the opposite sex. Information about sexual problems should be started, so that teens do not seek information from another person or from sources that are not clear or even wrong at all. Giving information about sexual problems becomes even more important in view of teenagers who are sexually active in potency, because it is associated with hormone-influenced sexual drive and often do not have enough information about their own sexual activity. Of course it will be very harmful to the mental development of a teenager when he does not have the right knowledge and information. Facts show that the majority of our youth do not know the impact of sexual behavior that they do, often adolescents are not mature to have sexual intercourse especially if you have to bear the risk of the sexual relationship. Abstract

Pertanggungjawaban peserta Pendidikan dokter spesialis dalam pelayanan Kesehatan menimbulkan kompleksitas dalam Undang-undang Kesehatan. Meskipun mendukung pendidikan medis memunculkan ketidakjelasan dalam tanggungjawab hukum, pengawasan praktik medis dan penyelesaian sengketa termasuk melalui majelis disiplin profesi. Digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data dari bahan hukum seperti konsep, teori, doktrin dan pendapat ahli. Dalam sistem penyelesaian sengketa medis, Undang-undang Kesehatan menimbulkan kompleksitas karena ketentuan mengenai kerjasama rumah sakit pendidikan dan perguruan tinggi dalam pendidikan medis serta tanggungjawab peserta didik dalam praktik medis berpotensi membingungkan dalam proses penyelesaian sengketa. Seperti kasus Siska Makatey menunjukkan pentingnya pengawasan ketat untuk mencegah malpraktik oleh peserta didik diluar kompetensinya
